李李彩虹This was a lovely hotel in some ways but it’s also a bit misleading. We had an upgrade and our room was lovely the bed was superb and the bathroom was beautiful. The staff were super helpful and a credit to the hotel group. The staff did everything possible to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and we’re very happy to help us with anything we needed. The location is in a somewhat rundown scenic area that is themed to look like a Chinese water town but so many things are closed and it lacked atmosphere. The promotional video doesn’t match what it was like. We did stay when weather was bad (raining all the 2 days) during the week and not in a holiday period so having not much to do on site and it being very quiet did impact the experience. However we did use the time just to recharge and relax in the very comfortable room as we had a few energetic days walking in our previous location. I would also say the activities that were on catered to children so I think this is more a family holiday destination and probably great if you have a car which we didn’t. Little touches that were nice was some complimentary fruit on arrival, the afternoon tea and some lovely local snacks given to us when we checked out.

TTraveling the earthWe love this hotel, especially the experience and would give more than 5 stars if we could. There are multiple playgrounds and venues for the children. I would say they have the best and cleanest indoor heated pool in Ningbo and the staff bring a feel of a true International five star hotel. We live in Ningbo and this is our fifth staycation at this hotel because of how much fun we have. I can say that on various occasions the receptionists, concierge in the lounge, supervisors and managers have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome . The previous trip was for my daughter’s birthday, but this time it was for spring festival where we got to make rice, cakes, sign scrolls, even a dragon dance. It was truly special because they didn’t just hire people,it was the entire management team. We had a great time and will be back soon.

BBgh191505The room was clean and tidy, with exquisite furniture and excellent service. The restaurant on the first floor had a great ambiance, and the food was decent. The hotel's surroundings are lovely, and you can easily walk to Yuehu Park and Tianyi Pavilion scenic area. Just a short walk out the main entrance and to the left is the metro station and train station entrance, making transportation incredibly convenient. The only minor drawback was that the faucet in the bathroom extended out a bit short from the wall, making it easy for water to splash onto the counter while washing up.

XxlzhuThe kids absolutely loved the slide in the room! The room itself was huge, easily accommodating two families, making it incredible value for money. Plus, the hotel's location is fantastic; you can walk to restaurants and attractions. The only downside was that the breakfast selection wasn't very extensive.

GGuest UserI booked two twin mountain-view rooms and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a spacious family ocean-view room. It had bunk beds and an extra-large main bed, probably 2.6 meters wide, made by combining two 1.3-meter beds. The room had double sinks, which was super convenient. There was also a sofa and a desk, perfect for the kids to do their homework. The balcony even had a round sofa, very relaxing. The hotel service was excellent, and the kids had a blast playing in the sand with the provided digging tools. There's also a mudflat right next door, and playing in the mud was a lot of fun!

GGuest UserI booked this hotel on Ctrip in advance for my May Day holiday trip to Hangzhou Bay, and it turned out to be excellent value for money. We checked in that afternoon. A month prior, I had arranged with the hotel to have all our rooms on the same floor, but upon check-in, some family members still ended up on a different floor than us. This might have been due to the high occupancy during the May Day holiday. The rooms aren't large, but they have everything you need. The only minor drawback was that some facilities were a bit broken, possibly because of the sudden high occupancy, but the hotel's engineering team promptly came to inspect and repair them. Overall, I'd still recommend this hotel. The breakfast was decent, and I commend the hotel for implementing staggered entry for the large crowds. All in all, I recommend staying here! It's very close to all the major attractions, and the staff's service attitude was absolutely fantastic – kudos to them!

GGuest UserEvery time I visit Dongqian Lake, I used to stay at the Park Hyatt, but this time I tried the Cordis and absolutely fell in love with it! The surrounding area and the hotel's own scenery are stunning. It's a short walk to the lake, and although you need a shuttle to get to and from the main building, it arrives so quickly that it's no inconvenience at all. Our concierge, Winnie, was incredibly quick to respond and resolve any issues, and even upgraded our room type. The breakfast was a little underwhelming, but I will definitely be back to this hotel.

BBillie PThe staff can speak English, and they are very helpful. The rooms are great, I also tried the buffet lunch and breakfast. They were decent. The location is more in a business area, but not far from the.metro station, so it is convenient to get around. Would reccommend!

GGuest UserThe hotel address is good, parking is convenient, and the park is next to it. I went to the May Day holiday and spent a long time in the park on the last day, which was very good. The hotel breakfast is also very good, more abundant than Hangzhou Bay International Hotel, and the service is more thoughtful. This season, blowing the hair on the balcony of the room is very pleasant.

GGuest UserTraveling to Ningbo for the May Day holiday, I chose to stay at the Park Hyatt. Jane from the guest services center even called me in advance to ask about my needs and help with arrangements, which was very thoughtful. The Park Hyatt Ningbo is more than just a hotel; it's a living ancient Jiangnan village. The hotel has perfectly preserved the historical fabric of Dayantou Village, where grey walls, dark tiled roofs, small bridges, flowing water, and Chinese courtyards are cleverly integrated. You can stroll along the preserved Anshi Dam, explore ancient Song dynasty wells, or enjoy a cup of tea in the tea house, which is converted from the Dai Family Ancestral Hall. Every corner here is full of stories, and any photo you take will be a stunning shot with a strong Eastern charm. It's an excellent place to experience the coexistence of a thousand-year-old cultural legacy and modern luxury.
