♥️Room We were upgraded to a standalone villa – it was new, very quiet, and spacious, with a small courtyard! The twin beds could be moved together. The toilet, shower, and sink were in a separate area, and there was a dressing table too! ♥️Breakfast Most of the items were Ningbo specialties! Tangyuan (glutinous rice balls), wontons, handmade noodles, pancakes, sticky rice balls, wheat rolls, youzanzi (fried dough twists), douhua (tofu pudding)... everything was really delicious! The restaurant itself was very unique, with multiple doorways leading through, and even a wall covered in greenery. ♥️Service I felt their dedication even before checking in! We unfortunately encountered a typhoon, so they swapped out our outdoor activities from the package. There was a dedicated shuttle for check-in, and we received a fruit platter! The butler was also available 24/7. Other hotels often try to get you to spend more, but not here – they were always very thoughtful in helping us solve problems! ♥️Facilities If you're traveling with kids like us, this hotel is perfect! It has an indoor playground, a swimming pool, and intangible cultural heritage craft activities! There were also tons of activities during the summer (details in the photos). Outside the hotel, within 1.5 km, there are many shops, so it's convenient for food, drinks, and other necessities! We also received a 3-day free parking pass upon check-in.

Arrived in Ningbo at 10 AM. Called the hotel in advance, and they kindly arranged an early check-in for us. The service along the way was so attentive, and the lobby offers complimentary scented tea and freshly ground coffee—absolute heaven for coffee lovers! The room looks exactly like the pictures and is much more comfortable to stay in than a traditional twin room. The bathroom features a bathtub, double vanities, and a heated smart toilet seat—truly a five-star hotel experience. Lastly, the hotel's service response time is exceptionally fast. Shoutout to the receptionist with glasses at the front desk—she was polite, quick to respond, and respectful of personal space, providing professional service while making guests feel completely at ease. Also, when we left our charging cable behind at check-out, the housekeeping staff brought it to us very promptly. Five-star review!

The hotel's location is a huge plus, right near Tianyi Pavilion and Moon Lake, both within a 10-minute walk. Although the hotel has been open for a while, it's generally well-maintained. The suite I stayed in wasn't huge, and it was a bit disappointing that there was no TV in the living room. The buffet dinner included in the package was a pleasant surprise; it was crab season, so there were plenty of swimming crabs. I had originally planned to find food elsewhere, but ended up having the buffet dinner at the hotel for both nights. The staff were very attentive and always greeted us warmly. The two little parrots by the front desk were particularly cute, and I always stopped to interact with them when passing by.

The hotel lobby is beautiful and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. We ordered specialty dishes at the Chinese restaurant on the second floor of the hotel, and the food was delicious. If you get hungry at night, you can even grab a bowl of noodles at the late-night snack counter in the lobby restaurant! The late-night light meals are complimentary.

The hotel service was excellent. Check-in was fast, and the room was spotlessly clean with no strange smells. All the facilities were complete and in good working order. The environment was quiet, so I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The staff were gentle and polite, and they resolved any issues promptly. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. My stay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!

Choosing this resort for a family vacation with kids was definitely the right decision. The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, making the air incredibly fresh. The dense vegetation around feels like a giant oxygen bar, perfect for strolls and letting the kids run around. This natural environment is super family-friendly; the kids have a blast, and the adults can relax too. It’s a perfect experience! 👍

Our recent stay at Cordis Hotel left us deeply impressed with their high-quality and warm service. Coincidentally, it was my elder's birthday on the day we checked in, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a birthday cake, which was a pleasant surprise for them and made them feel incredibly touched. They also upgraded us to a lake-view room. That evening, we realized that our child's beloved pillow (Abebe), which they depend on daily, had gone missing, and we were quite anxious. We are very grateful to the hotel staff for their proactive assistance in searching for it, doing their utmost to help us recover this item that is so important to our child. From the heartwarming birthday surprise to the diligent handling of the lost item, everything fully demonstrates the professional and meticulous service standards of your hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend Crowne Plaza NINGBO XIANGSHAN SEA VIEW by IHG. My vacation stay here was fantastic, a perfect 10/10! The value for money exceeded my expectations. Although the hotel has been open for some years, the facilities are very well-maintained and don't feel old or outdated. The guest rooms are meticulously cleaned, and the public areas are tidy and fresh. The staff are warm and friendly; check-in was smooth, and requests were handled promptly. The buffet breakfast offers a wide selection and tastes great. A special thank you to Guest Services JOE for their attentive and considerate service, always going above and beyond. I will definitely choose Crowne Plaza NINGBO XIANGSHAN SEA VIEW by IHG again for my next vacation in Xiangshan!

My child was very happy with the hotel. The location is excellent, right in the center of Ningbo. The room offers a great view, with the Sanjiangkou visible. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The Chinese restaurant's buffet was also very good value for money. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The family room is a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, and both bedrooms have TVs, which is very convenient. However, our room faced the road, not the Sanjiang River. I'm not sure if there are also parent-child rooms on the opposite side. The soundproofing is excellent, and we slept well. The room decor has an old-money style. The front desk service was very responsive and friendly. The parking lot is a bit old. The location is convenient; you can walk to Tianyi Square. The popular shops like Jimau Duitang and A Mao Restaurant are also within walking distance, and the food is quite good. It's easy to rent an electric scooter downstairs, and you can ride to the Old Bund, which is also not far if you prefer to walk.
