MMoney&Moji👩💼 Even though the hotel staff are not able to speak english, They are helpful and very patient. Translation apps is a must have.
🧼 The room is clean and fresh everyday. Only way to make your room colder is to open the window.
🥘 Breakfast is not diversify. Only Chinese cuisine is available. With mostly pork for the main ingredient. Vegetarian option are also available too.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, The location is great. You can access many malls nearby and about 20 yuan away if you use Didi from the hotel to Zhongyang Walking Street

MM532027****The hotel's location and room decor are absolutely superb! Turn right upon exiting, and you're right on Central Street, super close to Madieer Ice Cream (bought some immediately, of course!). The rooms are designed in a Russian aristocratic style, and they even offer costume rentals – the dresses are beautiful! You can put one on and head to the lobby or the hundred-year-old elevator for some amazing photo opportunities. The lady at the front desk was fantastic at taking pictures and helped me capture so many memorable shots. The guy was also quite entertaining; he readily shared stories about the hotel's history. Both helped me with my luggage when checking in and out (a real lifesaver, as my suitcase was heavy and the hotel entrance has steps – I couldn't have managed it alone!). A big thank you to the enthusiastic front desk staff! Oh, and I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade, which was a fantastic bonus!

The hotel staff were attentive, warm, and proactive in greeting guests. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the location was very convenient. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience. Five-star rating!

GGuest UserWe had a really lovely stay here! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The location is great too—close to recreational areas and some beautiful parks that are perfect for taking photos. Breakfast was nice and simple, just what we needed to start the day.
One small thing to note: the hot water for the shower and bathroom can run out if several people bathe in a row, so the next person might need to wait a bit for it to heat up again. It wasn’t a big issue, but good to keep in mind.
A special highlight of our trip was meeting the driver. He was incredibly kind—he picked us up and dropped us off at the station, and even took us to several places around the area. He also recommended some great local restaurants for lunch. His warm hospitality truly made our stay extra memorable.

GGuest UserThis hotel is phenomenal! We had two rooms & our big party just loved every bit of our stay. From the absolutely amazing spa & hot springs to the restaurants & the convenient main entrance parking as well as the great location, everything was to our liking. We particularly enjoyed the rooms with the bathtubs (which is recommended as a private spa with your family & kids). IMO, the amazing spa & hot springs here are the best in Harbin & the hotel is also located right next to an outlet mall with lots of shopping & eats. It's especially great for people who drive because it's easy to get to all the major attractions from here via car. We loved this hotel & we will stay again next time we visit Harbin.

XXiangrixiaokuikuilaExtremely satisfied with my stay. The location is great, about a 30-minute drive from both the high-speed train station and the airport.
**Ambiance:** The lobby, like other Mandarin Oriental hotels, is very grand and impressive.
**Facilities:** The facilities are well-maintained, but it doesn't have smart home features throughout the room.
**Cleanliness:** Overall, it was clean and tidy.
**Service:** The service was excellent, very warm and attentive. Today was 'Lidong' (Beginning of Winter), and they even specially served dumplings for breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch.

She even proactively reminded me of the best times for reindeer interaction and enjoying the panoramic views. Her patience and professionalism were evident throughout. Any request I had was promptly addressed; deliveries and inquiries were handled with such care and thoughtfulness, making my trip truly heartwarming. The hotel's forest-inspired ambiance perfectly complements its attentive service, and Jennie's professional touch made the experience even better. Next time I'm in Harbin, I'll definitely choose Olguya again, and I look forward to experiencing that same warm service!

XXiaoyuerHighly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel! It's right by the Central Street shopping district, and only a fifteen-minute walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral. Plus, transportation around the area is incredibly convenient. The elevator runs smoothly, and the room amenities are top-notch: a 64-inch high-definition projection screen, excellent concierge service, super fast Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, and complimentary bottled water. It's fantastic value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin! 😊😊😊

You don't even have to leave the hotel for meals or to change your ski equipment, which is super convenient, and there's a great selection of ski rentals. They offer hotpot and BBQ, and the front desk is very responsive. They also arranged a day trip to Xuexiang for us.
