"Harbin is truly beautiful in spring, and my stay at the Habsburg Hotel made the experience even more delightful. The room was well-furnished and comfortable, equipped with everything you might need. The staff, who were consistently friendly and helpful, thoughtfully provided tips on little note cards, adding a personal touch to the experience. Every detail was carefully considered.
The hotel offers a lounge, a gym, and a convenient self-service laundry area. The staff, always well-dressed and attentive, regularly checked in to ask about my stay and travel plans. Breakfast at the hotel was a highlight, featuring an array of local specialties. Jenny and Air were especially friendly and helpful during breakfast, offering travel tips and introducing me to local dishes.
The hotel’s location is excellent, being very close to the metro and the main shopping street, Zhong Yang Da Jie. This area, the most historically significant part of town, is perfect for exploration and discovery.
Overall, I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is absolutely beautiful, housed in a stunning Russian-style building and furnished with such care and elegance. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the service was excellent—friendly and attentive.
The breakfast and afternoon tea spreads were impressive, with so many delicious options to enjoy. The location is also unbeatable, right between a busy shopping street and a lively breakfast street market, which made exploring super convenient.
What touched me the most was the little extras from the staff. They prepared a lovely gift bag with sweets and confectionery, and another bag of cut fruits for us to take on the road when we checked out. These thoughtful gestures made the stay feel even more special.

"It is certainly an overwhelming experience of my stay, this property is located just a few steps from Central Avenue (Zhongyang Street) which is the iconic landmark of its city, connecting to the major tourist attractions such as St. Sophia church, Zhaolin Park, China Baroque History Culture Scenic Area, Dragon Tower ( Long Ta ), Sun Island, Ice Show World etc wherever can be reached by metro, makes perfectly sense to leisure travellers, practically for purpose of the visit to Ice Show World when on winter season.
Upon reaching the entrance of the hotel, the staff was enthusiastic and helpful, stepped out to help me take the luggages for check-in, they gladly introduced the history of the hotel, I was astonished to learn that it's been standing over 100 years, well designed in every part of foyer, full of Russian style, feeling like I'm staying in as a membersof the nobility.
As I booked the superior room, the staff suggested a limited offer that I can go on the different type of suite, before the decision, they escorted me to have a view of the room, and I finally chose the 55sqm room, that was a big bargain for the upgrade paying just ¥500 extra. I was shocked at the time I stepped in to the room, it is elegantly decorated. Whenever you sit in watching the TV, lying on the bed immersing yourself enjoying the bubble bath, you would almost be resisted to leave.
Finally I will undoubtedly give the full score of 10 for what I deserved from this property, and this will be a good place to be on my next visit, hopefully December the year for Ice Snow festival."

What you see in the photos is what you get. Comfortable bed and pillows for a good night's sleep. Excellent location: A minute's walk from Zhongyang Street and right next to the famed Laochujia restaurant and several other eateries. No lack of food and shopping day or night if you stay in this hotel. For those who prefer a slower day, it's a short walk from Lizzy to Zhaolin Park.

"The location is very good, quiet in a busy city. It is close to the Ice and Snow World and Diamond Sea. It takes less than 10 minutes by taxi. It is 15-20 minutes from Central Street. The hotel service is also very good, and everyone is trying their best to meet the needs of the guests. Full of sincerity and warmth. I just want to make a suggestion. If the suite has executive privileges, can the minibar charge be cancelled? In fact, the minibar in the room is basically the same as what the executive lounge can provide. The Shangri-La executive privilege rooms in Ningbo and Hangzhou have cancelled the separate charge for the minibar."

"Everything about this stay was amazing for our first time in Harbin. To begin, the people were so warm and friendly - from the doorman, the front desk and the manager in charge (shoutout to Ms Jojo!!).
The check-in was smooth and we were promptly brought up to our room which was all prepped and all warmed up which was a pleasant surprise! (P.S. we were in Beijing Con*** and the room was cold AF when we checked-in there.) Little things like these were well-thought out by Jojo and her team that made it feel like we were staying with family.
The room was very modern and clean and there was a Japanese toilet with heated seat and bidet functions! I am very particular about toilets so I was very, very pleased about the cleanliness and modern layout in the toilet.
I wish I’d taken photos of the room to show you exactly what it looks like as a tourist but you can rely on the hotel photos because it truly looks like those photos.
Another selling point of this hotel is the location - it’s really convenient to get to all the tourist spots. In fact, my elderly mum and I ended up taking the public transport to places by the 2nd day because it was easy to do so and the bus stops are just down the street from the hotel.
As a first-timer in China, I loved this location even more because in the same block, there’s a couple of Chinese eateries for us to choose from. Also, there’s a neighbourhood mall that’s only 10 steps away from the hotel door, that has a supermarket - perfect for buying all the snacks and souvenirs before flying home.

"Best stay ever for me! Everything from the front desk to the housekeeping was great! I arrived quite early than the usual time but was given early in.. the benefits was explained clearly when checking in. Location wise is near a huge shopping mall, other than that its also near to tourist areas. You can even arrange for free pick up service to drive you to either central street or snow world and city. They also can arrange to have the driver to wait for you at the location you dropped off.
There are 2 reindeer to greet you at selected timing. Even witness one of it shredding it's antlers! There are also free coke and Sprite and local drink in their mini bar. Unlimited free flow of night food from 10pm-12 midnight, legit nice beef noodle that I had 3 bowls. There are also free drinks and other local delicious food . For breakfast although I didn't get it, it's until 1pm lol, not a typo. Never heard before any hotel we have breakfast till 1pm. I was told this is because the owner know when we visit harbin we will stay up late, if it's the usual 10am you might miss your breakfast.same for those who need to get up early and still be able to come back to eat
If you book those 72 square meter room they even provide free car rental. Yes all free, just have to top up the fuel, with this benefits you would've save a lot of money.
Special should out to driver wangxin(王新) he drove me to snow world and walked there, even beyond the selected timing because he knows that it will be hard to take taxi back to hotel at late timing. He was also very passionate to introduce all the major location on the way. I was really glad to have met someone like him. Definitely a 5 stars for me!"

"This time I came to Harbin for a trip, and the Four Seasons Hotel in Paris where I stayed was a real surprise to me!
• The location is amazing: it is right at the intersection of Qunli Fifth Avenue and Lijiang Road, close to the subway station, Yintai City, and Yuanda Shopping Center, and it is very convenient to eat, drink, and have fun. There are also many parks around, so it is very pleasant to stroll around in your spare time.
• Elegant environment: The murals and French dome in the lobby are very eye-catching, full of European style, instantly improving the style. The room is warmly decorated, the bedding is skin-friendly and soft, and you can't live too comfortably.
• Intimate service: From the front desk check-in to the room service, the staff are enthusiastic and professional. They will also take the initiative to introduce attractions and food, and they will respond to any requests, which is particularly heartwarming.

The hotel restaurant only offered breakfast but it was ok to order deliveries in. Hotel is slightly weird in that it’s also seems to be a neo natal staycation hotel with many nurses and families members hanging out in corridors at all times of night. Main issue with the rooms was that they were 28 degrees C and there was no way to cool them down slightly to be able to sleep well. Opening the windows didn’t help and the hotel aircon was understandably set to heating the room - maybe something they can think about. Nice hotel and a good stay- just didn’t sleep well.

QQidandanThere are many B&Bs around, but this one is the largest, with 60 rooms. It's also new. The price is very expensive, but the room is very small! It's the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The room is very simple, with only one main light on the ceiling. There is only one 1.8-meter bed and two small bedside tables in the room. The bedside is only big enough for one person to walk around, and the distance from the end of the bed to the TV wall can only put down a small suitcase. There is no table in the room, no place to put a suitcase, and even no wardrobe. The shower room in the bathroom is of normal size, but the light is dim, and the face in the mirror in front of the washbasin is dim, so it's impossible to put on makeup in the bathroom. The breakfast is also very simple. The free travel photography has not been able to get the photos for a long time, and the guests are not actively communicating with the guests when they can get the photos. The guests will catch up later. Until now, the guests have not received the photos. The free elk park project requires guests to buy feed to feed the elks. The small elk park is for guests pulled over by nearby hotels. There are too many people and only a few deer, so there is no fun in taking photos and checking in. In short, this B&B charges five-star hotel fees but provides a three-star experience.

From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable.
The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me.
In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less.
The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers.
Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

YYemzyThe hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for.
The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)

The hotel facilities are very new, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, the rooms are also large, and they said the sound insulation is also very good. The bathroom has complete toiletries and a smart toilet, which is a great experience! Thanks to the staff for their enthusiastic service. He took us to the places we wanted to visit and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His kind and polite demeanor, coupled with his provision of water to keep us hydrated, added an extra level of comfort to our city tour.

Ms. Wan Xintong even took the initiative to arrange activities and airport transfers for us, ensuring our safe and timely arrival at the high-speed bullet train station.
Staff Mr. Xia Xiangxing from the ski department was truly amazing and extremely helpful throughout our ski session.
Mr. Xia Xiangxing went above and beyond to ensure that our ski experience was enjoyable and well-organized. He took the initiative to arrange a ski instructor for both me and my friend, which greatly enhanced our skiing skills and overall experience on the slopes.
His assistance guided us through the process of selecting the appropriate equipment and ensuring that everything was well-prepared for our skiing sessions. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made us feel supported and taken care of.
Thanks to Mr. Xia Xiangxing's assistance, we were able to make the most of our time on the slopes and enjoy a memorable skiing experience.
