The bedding was comfortable, the hairdryer worked great, and the rain shower had excellent water pressure, making for a very enjoyable shower experience. Breakfast far exceeded my expectations; both the Chinese and Western options were delicious, clearly showing a dedication to high-quality food. The service was also excellent. It's very close to West Station, and there's a bus stop right downstairs, which is very convenient. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis hotel was incredibly comfortable. I woke up naturally refreshed every day. The location is also convenient; while it's a bit far from the 731 Unit Museum, it's quick to get to Daoli District. The hotel is cleaned thoroughly and promptly every day. The front desk staff were very professional and attentive, providing us with 6 bottles of water daily and even complimentary fruit. They were always ready to help. The hotel staff who assisted with luggage were also very thoughtful. The shuttle service was excellent too; you just need to book 2 hours in advance, and it can take you to Harbin Ice and Snow World and Sunac Snow Park at the adjacent Sunac Mall. There's also MixC nearby, offering a full range of dining, entertainment, and shopping options.

MMoranhuishou-SHThe hotel was spotless and impeccably clean. Sofitel Harbin's hygiene truly exceeded expectations. The room was dust-free, and the bedding was pristine, smooth, and soft against the skin, without any stains or odors. The bathroom was cleaned exceptionally thoroughly; the tiles and mirrors gleamed like new, and the toilet and sink were spotless. The wet and dry areas were completely dry with no standing water, and even the floor drains and corners were sparkling. Daily housekeeping was meticulous and prompt with replenishing supplies. The cleaning staff were professional and attentive. As someone very particular about cleanliness, I couldn't find a single flaw throughout my stay. I felt incredibly at ease and comfortable. This is definitely the gold standard for hygiene among five-star hotels in Harbin. The laundry room is also fantastic, with a sofa and TV where you can relax while your clothes are being washed. Highly recommended!

Getting straight to it, from check-in to check-out:
First off, the high-speed elevators are incredibly smooth, which is a huge plus. I timed it, and it took less than a minute to get from the underground parking to the 42nd floor. Since the lobby is on the 42nd floor, and you have to go through it to switch elevators to the guest rooms, having such efficient elevators for frequent use is really important.
Secondly, the Chinese restaurant has a pretty good selection of dishes, and the taste is quite good for a five-star Chinese restaurant. It leans a bit salty, which might be because of the colder northern climate needing stronger flavors. The dim sum, however, was just okay, and I hope they can improve it. The prices are relatively reasonable, and the staff at the Chinese restaurant are very professional and provide excellent service. It would be even better if it were on the 43rd floor instead of the 5th.
Now, about the room: The view from the scenic room is fantastic, the bedding is comfortable, and the wide sofa and double sinks are great for families. I just wish they'd add a spotlight near the entrance as it's a bit dark there.
In the evening, the executive lounge would be a perfect spot to watch the sunset and enjoy a drink. Unfortunately, I was with my kids, so I didn't get the chance, but I'll definitely go next time.
Finally, before checking out, I tried the hotel breakfast. It's quite interesting because it's open until 1 PM, which is incredibly thoughtful! The variety of dishes is also very rich.
Due to my travel plans, I only stayed one night, but if I have more time next time, I'll definitely bring my kids to stay for a few more days.

All the front desk ladies were super nice! 👍 From answering my inquiry calls to check-in and check-out, every single lady was so professional. My child had a great time, it was a wonderful vacation experience, and we'll definitely come back next time. Big shoutout to the front desk ladies! ❤️ The hot springs and steam room were also very clean and well-maintained. We stayed until closing time, and the staff were diligently disinfecting with chlorine-based agents, not just going through the motions. Big thumbs up for that! 👍

**Ambiance:** The lobby, like other Mandarin Oriental hotels, is very grand and impressive.
**Facilities:** The facilities are well-maintained, but it doesn't have smart home features throughout the room.
**Cleanliness:** Overall, it was clean and tidy.
**Service:** The service was excellent, very warm and attentive. Today was 'Lidong' (Beginning of Winter), and they even specially served dumplings for breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch.

PPiersenzhaoyunThe panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning, expansive views of the frozen Songhua River, which was truly breathtaking. The in-room floor heating kept everything incredibly warm, a stark contrast to the icy outdoors, making it super comfortable.
The service was exceptionally thoughtful. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the bellhops proactively helped with luggage. The entire experience was fantastic. The dining was also outstanding; the松咖啡 (Song Cafe) buffet offered a wide variety, and the service from Linda and Joker at the Executive Lounge was particularly attentive.
The 270° constant temperature infinity pool was absolutely amazing. Swimming while enjoying the river views made all my fatigue instantly melt away. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, making it perfect for both leisure and business trips. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserFirst off, the staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful – so attentive, thoughtful, and polite. They proactively helped me with my luggage, which I really appreciated. Secondly, the room was spotless, and all the facilities were impeccably maintained. The moment I walked in, there was a lovely fragrance. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the shower pressure was fantastic – honestly, the bathing experience was as good as any bathhouse in Harbin! The front desk even picked a room for me with a view of the Songhua River, which was another big plus. They also thoughtfully gifted me two breakfast vouchers, welcome fruit, and Harbin's famous White Pear beverage. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the strawberry cake was particularly delicious – I ended up eating six pieces! I'd also like to give a special shout-out to the cleaning lady on the 19th floor, who wears glasses; her service was excellent and very polite. I hope the hotel gives her a raise! Overall, for just over 500 RMB in Harbin, getting such great service at this hotel is truly amazing value for money. I highly recommend everyone visiting Harbin to stay here!

GGuest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location near the Songhua River. The staff were incredibly warm and provided great service, even offering a complimentary afternoon tea. Our whole family was very satisfied with our stay. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and it's right next to Central Street, and very close to St. Sophia Cathedral, which is easily reachable on foot. Not bad at all!
