Had a fantastic stay! It's conveniently located near a theme park and attractions like Sun Island and Ice and Snow World. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the theme park, which is a huge plus. They have a good variety of room types, and the family rooms are quite popular. It's also pet-friendly, and the robot delivery service is quick and efficient. The hotel boasts a lovely back garden with beautiful lake views. Nancy was very enthusiastic, and overall, the value for money is excellent. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in Songbei District, which is quite convenient if you're planning to visit Sun Island or the Ice and Snow World. The service was very attentive, and the entire hotel was decorated with unique flair. The staff all wore ethnic costumes, and the ubiquitous log-cabin style gave it a full sense of design. The rooms also featured exceptionally large floor-to-ceiling windows, offering an unbeatable view. Now, let me share my personal feelings. I'm originally from Genhe, the very place where Aoluguya (the hotel's inspiration) is located. It's been many years since I moved away and haven't returned to Genhe. Over time, I've even developed a kind of 'near-home apprehension.' For me, choosing Aoluguya was an absolute no-brainer. My home and my elementary school all had some connection, big or small, to Aoluguya. Staying at Aoluguya this time, there were truly many details that touched me. For example, the photos and stories of the Ewenki tribe in the hotel lobby, the reindeer and birch elements visible everywhere in the lobby, corridors, and rooms, and even the books I found in my room: 'The Right Bank of the Argun River' and 'Aoluguya Customs.' What others might see as a distant and mysterious place, for me, represents familiar hometown sights and sounds ingrained in my very being. I can't represent all of Genhe, nor do I have the right to speak on behalf of Genhe. But as a Genhe native, I sincerely thank you for creating such a hotel in Harbin, using the imagery, elements, and symbols of Genhe. It allowed me to briefly dream of my hometown, a thousand miles away. Thank you for keeping this flame alive in Harbin. I wish you prosperous business, so that Harbin will always have a place that holds the snow and wind, the ancient pines, and the negative ions of the Taiga forest. This was my first stay at a Shangri-La, and the facilities here are relatively new. The rooms have both a shower and a bathtub, and the pool and gym are quite good. Since it's in a new district, the surroundings are a bit quiet, so you'll need to walk a bit if you want to go shopping or find good food. The service was excellent.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel service was great; they upgraded our room, which was very comfortable. The hot springs were a bit crowded and noisy, but the kids had a blast. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. There's an outlet mall right next door, which is good for a browse. I'd suggest adding more entertainment options.

The ingredients were fresh, and the food quality was consistently excellent. The dining area was spacious and bright, providing a great start to each day of our trip. The hotel's overall service was impeccable, with thoughtful turndown service and prompt room service. All staff members were polite and patient, and all our requests were handled efficiently. This trip to Harbin, the JW Marriott Hotel's environment, views, and dining were all satisfying. However, it was truly Riley Kong's professional and warm service at the front desk that added so much warmth to our journey. It's perfectly suited for family trips, friends traveling together, or business travel. We chose this hotel for our trip to Yabuli, and its location is fantastic. There are plenty of recreational activities right within the resort. Our stay was excellent; the room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was super comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The environment is quiet, and overall, it offers good value for money. Plus, the sightseeing cable car offers beautiful views, and the Rainbow Flying Carpet is exciting and fun! Highly recommend!

When we arrived at the ski hall, the staff had already prepared all our gear, saving us a lot of time and effort. The restaurant on the first floor serves excellent food; we tried various dishes for three consecutive days. There's a QR code in the room for ordering food, so you don't even have to leave to get your meals delivered. A special shout-out to the front desk staff (Zheng Linchun, Sun Yuxin, Li Yan, Teng Yaoxuan); they were incredibly patient and helpful with all the questions my two kids had.
