ZZ@tiSSuch an amazing hospitality by the owner. Beautiful village and house. Comfortable room as it got heated floor and bed. Complinentary snack and breakfast. Also got muslim menu if u want homecooked meal preapred by owner. The fish meal is amazing. Also play legendary mario video game at common area post dinner every night. Malaysian and Muslim should come here. They are really kind, hospitable and communicate well. Also help us arranged transport from harbin town and plan activities. Lets keep this place lively. Really recommended. Will repeat my trip here. Absolutely hidden gems.

TTan Bing XiangThis is one of the rare occasions that i wanted to write a review because the accommodation and services are truly exceptional. Let me put it upfront that if you choose this accommodation, you will NOT regret your decision.
When we arrived, they provided transports from the train station (yabulixi) to their place. We were greeted by them and throughout the interactions they are very friendly. They are very hospitable and will do their best to take care of our needs.
The owners also assisted us and provided tips and places to go and even go to the extent of getting his people to ferry us around the places (yabuli ski resort, datudingzi mountain, snow&ice fantasy and snow town) at an affordable rate. Without his assistance, I don’t think we would have navigated better. It was a pleasant trip and they really did their best to provide the best services.
The owners also brought us to restaurants to eat during our stay as well as ferry us back to the train station at the end of our stay which was not required but they did it for us. We truly appreciate the services they have provided!
Their rooms are clean as well and they provided amenities such as slippers, towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, toilet seat paper, beds are arranged well and there’s water heater as well.
If you have many choices to pick from like i do and you are still deciding, please give this a try because it will be an exceptional experience!
To the owners: thank you for your exceptional care and services. If we do come back again, we will stay at your place again!

Special thanks to Qiu Jie, who was always responsive and patient in answering our many questions via WeChat — her support made planning everything so much smoother. We’re also deeply grateful to the boss, Hongbo, for his warm hospitality and genuine care; it truly felt like staying with family rather than at a commercial accommodation.
Everyone we met — including the chef and our drivers — was extremely kind, friendly, and attentive. They were always ready to help with arrangements such as transportation and ticket bookings, and did so with great sincerity. We were also thoughtfully provided with frozen fruits, which was a lovely and refreshing treat after spending time outdoors in the cold.
The location is about a 2-hour drive from Snow Town, and we loved being away from the busy, crowded tourist area. The peaceful rural surroundings allowed us to experience local life at a slower pace, complemented by delicious farm-to-table home-cooked meals. The hosts even taught us how to do the hot water splash, which was a fun and memorable experience in the freezing winter weather. As a bonus, there’s also a cute little deer in the backyard, which added an unexpected and delightful touch to our stay.
They helped us book a visit to Gou Xiong Ling (¥400 per person, inclusive of transportation, entrance fee, and all rides). The snow activities — snowmobiling, snow tubing, snow drifting — were great fun, and we appreciated that photos and videos were taken and shared with us afterward.
In addition, they assisted with ticketing and arrangements for our visit to Snow Town, including crossing Yangcaoshan by horse-drawn sled, taking a snowmobile up the mountain, and then a jeep ride down (with the option to walk down as well). Transportation back from Snow Town was also smoothly arranged.
Overall, this stay offered not just comfort, but a truly warm, authentic, and thoughtfully curated experience. Highly recommended for travelers who value genuine hospitality, local experiences, and a peaceful alternative to the crowds of Snow Town.

Lodge owner & wife ate extremely friendly, helpful & nice.
They will ferry u around to activities in Yabuli free of charge. They can help to arrange tickets to attractions & help u with itinerary if u need advice.
Even lend us ski jackets & helmets & googles without charge when go skiing.
Even buy fireworks for my boy to play.
Outside the lodge has snow slides & snow toys to play freely.
This homestay is highly recommended.

The room was comfortable and cozy, and the soundproofing was very good. All the staff members were warm and attentive, providing exceptional service. I genuinely feel this is a trustworthy and excellent hotel. They also offer a wide variety of ski suits, and I purchased a ski package from them (absolutely no hidden fees, includes admission, ski suit, and protective gear), which was very worthwhile. Highly recommended!

The owners are genuinely kind and straightforward, and their recommendations for restaurants and attractions are very reliable. The guesthouse offers a free breakfast with a rich variety of porridge, steamed buns, eggs, and pickles, providing a balanced and nutritious start to the day. In the evening, you can even roast sweet potatoes and regular potatoes at the guesthouse, which are sweet and delicious, bringing back many childhood memories. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and the service, environment, and hygiene are all impeccable. If you're coming to Snow Valley, this is the place to stay!
