"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station and airport shuttle. It's also easy to catch a taxi; just turn left onto the main road. Turning left also takes you directly to Central Avenue, and it's only a few minutes' walk to the Hongzhuan Street morning market. Getting around is very convenient, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby downstairs. Our room had a balcony facing the street, but it was very quiet at night. The front desk service was great, and they even provided hot bottled water. The room had a separate wet and dry area, and while it was a bit small, the layout was relatively reasonable. If you have a large suitcase, you might not have much space to open it up, but if you're traveling light, it's highly recommended. It offers great value for money. I stayed for four days and overall, I was very satisfied."

"Excellent service, very clean, and a superb location right on Central Street, close to the entrance, and also very near Metro Line 2, Exit 1. When I booked, I couldn't get a family room. Upon check-in, I wanted to change to a triple room, but because of the complicated procedures, the manager directly upgraded us to a triple room, which I'm extremely grateful for. The breakfast was also very good."

"Stayed at this hotel again, and I'll definitely choose it next time I'm in Harbin. They upgraded me to room 312 for free, whereas last time I was in 310. The room is spacious, comfortable, bright, and tidy, with plenty of sunlight throughout the day. The windows can be opened easily for ventilation, which is a plus. I especially loved the bed linens – they were thick, soft, smooth, and breathable. The service was very attentive; I had a lot of shopping, and the front desk thoughtfully brought me a carrying bag and promptly provided drinking water. There's a fish tank in the lobby that I always enjoy looking at when coming and going. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Baroque area. It's convenient for getting to the riverside park, the snack street, and local markets… pretty much everywhere, and even better for dining. They were very friendly and kind to my kids, speaking to them gently. My two boys moved the small slide from the second-floor play area to our room to avoid disturbing other guests. Was that a bit selfish of us? Luckily, we didn't see any other children around."

"Fantastic stay overall! The room was spotless and tidy, and the service was incredibly warm and attentive. Since I was traveling with a child, I was a bit worried about a strong 'new renovation' smell before checking in, but my concerns were completely unfounded – there wasn't any odor at all. The location is absolutely superb, just a one-minute walk to Central Street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was well-equipped and very comfortable. I'd definitely choose this place again next time! Highly recommend!"

"The lady at the hotel front desk provided excellent service; she was incredibly thoughtful and a pleasure to talk to. She even kindly offered us complimentary breakfast and helped us with a late check-out when bad weather delayed our departure. I highly recommend this place! We had a very pleasant stay! The location is fantastic, right on Central Street! The rooms inside are also great! We booked a room with a terrace."

"Harbin Central Street Maxx Hotel: I can't believe they translated 'Maxx' into a 15-character Chinese sign – what an incredibly creative idea! It's an unforgettable experience for any traveler. With Central Street and Stalin Park right nearby, the hotel is perfectly situated. While the building itself is a bit old, the interior design is modern, comfortable, and inviting. The staff are warm, attentive, and incredibly efficient! Check-in was super fast, a benchmark for the industry. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!"

"TianTian is a great hotel here in Harbin. It's 3 mins walk to Zhongyang street. As you can already see the famous street from our room window. Sophia Church is 10 mins walk from the other direction. The room is big and spacious. Housekeeping Ayi is very nice and approachable. She refills our water daily and clean our room. We first stayed for 2 nights and then we went to Snow Valley. They allowed us to leave some of our luggages. After snow valley we came back and stayed for another 4 nights as we enjoyed the stay here at the hotel. Best part they have washing machine for free use. We will definitely come back soon maybe end of the year. 🫰❤️"

"The hotel service was truly exceptional. On my first day, I used a toilet seat cover, and from the next day onwards, disposable toilet seat covers were provided daily. Housekeeping was always prompt, and fresh fruit and mineral water were replenished regularly. The bedding was changed every two days. What was even more incredible was that on my last day, while packing, I noticed that all the black scuff marks from baggage handling on my suitcase had been wiped clean! The location is also superb. A left turn leads to the Hongzhuan Street morning market, and a short walk to the right takes you to Central Street. I never had breakfast at the hotel because there were so many great food options nearby. I'd go out in the morning, come back for a rest at noon, and then head out again in the afternoon, feeling completely refreshed. Wandering around the old streets near the hotel, you can find beautiful small churches and old buildings – absolutely fantastic! If it's your first time visiting, I highly recommend staying at this hotel."

My child had a great time, it was a wonderful vacation experience, and we'll definitely come back next time. Big shoutout to the front desk ladies! ❤️ The hot springs and steam room were also very clean and well-maintained. We stayed until closing time, and the staff were diligently disinfecting with chlorine-based agents, not just going through the motions. Big thumbs up for that! 👍"

"Yiyi Homestay is the best I've ever stayed at. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming; they even stored our luggage for free. The location is perfect – just a few steps from Daoli Market (a morning and evening food street), and St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street aren't far either. There's also the New 100 Mall, an underground shopping area, Yibinzhi Home downstairs, and the KFC next door is a must-try (coming from a Malaysian baby 👶)! If you're still cold, don't be shy to ask for a heater. They even offer to lend money if your WeChat Pay runs out – I'm so grateful for Ruoyi's incredible service! The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable, just as pictured, with city views from the window, including St. Sophia Cathedral, which is stunning at night. You'll never be short of places to eat. Diagonally opposite the Central Street subway 🚇, there are many fruit stalls with fresh selections. Across from the fruit stall, there's an underground eatery – I highly recommend the black rice porridge for only RMB 3, along with other authentic local delicacies at great prices."
