"On my first visit to Harbin, this hotel, which I discovered by chance, was an absolute delight. It boasts an incredibly convenient location for tourists, offers nearly all-day afternoon tea, and a meticulously prepared breakfast featuring both à la carte and buffet options. The service truly rivals that of luxury brands like Four Seasons and Banyan Tree. What particularly stood out was the thoughtful gesture of neatly tying up phone cables after room cleaning – a small detail I had only ever seen before at the Regent Chongqing. We booked a garden room with a private courtyard, and the small patio at the entrance was absolutely charming. The public courtyard is also ideal for outdoor tea and relaxation. Furthermore, the customer service manager and all staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They were extremely knowledgeable about Harbin's dining scene and were able to recommend the most unique and authentic restaurants to guests. They even thoughtfully prepared a small farewell gift upon our departure. This is truly a fantastic hotel, worth revisiting two or even three times! I've already recommended it to many friends."

If nt dry,you can hang in room . You can ask the staffs to help if needed and they super super helpful when i lost … Im feel so lucky to be their guest… Nextime i will bring some fruits from Malaysia for them when i visit Harbin again.Worth to stay…and cozy place when bringing kids along."

"I searched **** and Ctrip for a long time but couldn't find a satisfactory room type. Finally I found this one. I was worried at first, but when I got to the hotel, although it didn't look fancy from the outside, the room was very suitable for our trip. There were two large beds for two adults and two children and it wasn't crowded at all. It was a newly built hotel with new facilities but no smell. I added the front desk girl's WeChat and the room prepared for me was very quiet. The key is that the hotel's location is also very convenient. It's close to the subway entrance and you can walk to Sofia Central Street! If you are traveling as a family, it is highly recommended 👍👍👍!"

"This is the oldest building I've ever stayed in. Its 1903 elevator is one of only two operational century-old elevators in China, the other being at the Waldorf Astoria on the Bund in Shanghai. I initially thought I wouldn't like this style, but beyond the lobby's dazzling, opulent gold leaf decor, the rooms were surprisingly comfortable with their low-saturation palette of grey-green, brown, and gold. The velvet wallpaper, with its shifting shades depending on the light, demonstrated excellent taste. The service was excellent; we received welcome drinks upon arrival and welcome fruit in the room. Staff members also shared insights into the hotel's history and the lobby's decor. The location is prime, right next to Central Street and Central Mall. Yet, being on Dongfeng Road, which intersects Central Street, it remains relatively quiet. If I had to nitpick, it would be that, due to it being a century-old building with plumbing limitations, hot water takes a few minutes to come through. Additionally, the TV wasn't working, but it didn't bother me, so I didn't ask staff for assistance."

Since entering the hot spring, I heard the staff intercom ”Ctrip members have arrived at the hot spring area”, and then a staff member followed me all the time, asking me about the water temperature and introducing the effects of each pool. The black tea specially given by Ctrip members is delicious👍🏻On a cold day, the tea is changed immediately when it gets cold outdoors, and the bath towel is replaced immediately when it gets wet... One-on-one help with tea and fruit plates throughout the whole process... The service is really flattering... Special thanks to Zhu Yanjuan and Xiao Gao for their enthusiastic service throughout the whole process, thank you again🙏🏻

OOhmaiI arrived late at night and the receptionist very helpful. Even though i cannot speak chinese and receptionist do not speak english, he always ask Siri on his phone to make sure everything go smoothly. The receptionist even help me buy bread and drinks at the vending machine that requires Chinese phone number. Room is spacious, clean. All items working well, just lack of internet connection maybe my room located at the end of the alley. The best part, breakfast included too in the room rate. So you don’t have to go outside find breakfast during this cold weather 😃

GGuest UserThe room was very good. I drove for two hours to Harbin Galaxy. The only downside was that the room water transfer package told me to check out at 12 o'clock in the room. I personally felt that it was unreasonable. The room could check out at the time. The water transfer ticket should be 24 hours! If you stay at the hotel at night, the time will be up at noon the next day! A little personal suggestion! It does not affect the love of Galaxy! We will have to count the time next time, which is more troublesome! After all, it is not cheap to buy a single ticket for Shuihui overtime!
