"I'm quite satisfied with my stay. When I booked, I was simply looking for a place close by because I was attending a concert like a 'special forces' tourist and wouldn't be staying for many hours. I still carefully chose the Hilton, and it certainly didn't disappoint. Whenever I had a request, they were very quick to respond. My friend and I were both well taken care of. We even received a parting gift when we left. Harbin is truly wonderful, I'll definitely come again next time! ~~~"

The Russian architecture of pedestrian street Central Avenue (Zhongyang Dajie) and tourist attraction Sun Island are just a 10-15 minute drive away.The hotel has a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. It is only 45 minutes and 20 minutes away from the Taiping International Airport and the railway station, and only 5 minutes away from the Shanghai Street Station of Metro Line 3.Views from river-facing windows take in the lights of Harbin's frozen structures on the opposite side of the river during the Harbin Snow and Ice Festival in January. The hotel's luxury guestrooms offer free broadband Internet access and Wi-Fi as well as other amenities like satellite TVs and goose down pillows. "The location is excellent, making it convenient to get around everywhere. The room offers an unobstructed river view. It's very convenient for first-time visitors to stay here. Although the hotel is old, it has been renovated, and the walls, floors, and bathroom are quite new, with great water pressure in the shower. The hardware is exceptionally well-maintained. The hygiene is excellent, and the housekeeping service is very detailed. The front desk staff are attractive, and Rena was particularly great! I'll definitely stay here again when I revisit Harbin."

"This hotel deserves more than a five-star rating! Let's start with the location: it's nestled in a side alley right off Central Street, a mere minute's walk to the main thoroughfare. The Hongzhuan Morning Market is only three minutes away. How convenient is that?
Cleanliness: Spotless! We were staying with a young child, so we moved the sofa next to the bed to prevent falls, and there wasn't a speck of dust underneath, which shows how thoroughly they clean. The bedding was dry and pristine, the bathroom had no odors, the drains worked perfectly, and even the nooks and crannies were dust-free.
Facilities: Not brand new, but very well-maintained. The coffee machine was a nice and convenient touch.
Service: The service was arguably the best part – incredibly heartwarming. They called us the day before our arrival. We got there quite early, and although our room wasn't ready, they kindly stored our luggage. Around 10 AM, they called to let us know the room was cleaned and ready for check-in. The next day, our child had online classes until 1 PM, and they graciously granted us a late check-out. The gentleman at the entrance actively helped with our luggage and greeted us warmly every time we passed. Great service truly lies in these small details, offering friendly assistance within arm's reach. That was really impressive."

"The room was genuinely huge, double the size of a standard room! The hotel's location is excellent, right by the Songhua River. You can walk out and take a boat ride within steps. Head west about 300 meters, and you'll find the cable car to Sun Island. Taking the cable car at night to see the city lights was absolutely stunning! We booked a twin room, and since our child is over 1.4 meters tall, the hotel staff kindly provided a complimentary children's breakfast, which was very thoughtful. My only minor complaints are that our floor wasn't high enough to see the other side of the Songhua River, and there was a bit of noise from the outdoor air conditioning unit at night. Other than that, everything else was quite satisfying."

"The hotel is right next to Central Street and the Songhua River, with the subway and bus stops just downstairs. It's a five-minute walk to Zhaolin Park and Central Street. The hotel lobby is on the top floor, offering amazing views. They even gave us complimentary homemade cookies when we checked in, which were delicious. The room was clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and excellent soundproofing – we barely heard any noise from the hallway. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including local specialties, and it was served until 10:30 AM, which is great for those who like to sleep in. There's also afternoon tea from 2 PM to 5 PM with good juice and pastries. We even got to make cotton candy with the kids. Highly recommend staying here."

"Stayed here with a friend. The hotel has a lot of character and the bathtub is spacious – you can really stretch out in it. The breakfast spread is fantastic with a wide variety of options, and the freshly made dumplings and Lanzhou beef noodles were absolutely delicious. The fruit quality was also excellent. The pool water was clean. The only minor downside was that the TV in our room couldn't cast, but it wasn't a big deal. The front desk staff, Luna, was very responsive and provided excellent service. 👍"
