GGuest UserWe recently stayed at Burasari Phuket for three nights and had a truly wonderful experience. We had booked two Elite Pool View rooms, and although we were initially assigned corner rooms with no real pool view, the staff were incredibly courteous and accommodating, and promptly shifted us to proper pool-facing rooms without any hassle.
The rooms themselves were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a large balcony featuring a cozy, bed-style sit-out overlooking the pool—perfect for relaxing with a drink or reading a book.
The staff throughout the hotel were consistently warm, helpful, and attentive, which really enhanced our stay. We also indulged in the hotel’s spa services, which were absolutely top-notch. Highly professional and incredibly relaxing—a definite highlight of our trip!
The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of hearty and delicious options to suit all tastes. We also enjoyed drinks at the pool bar, which had an impressive collection of cocktails and a fun, tropical vibe. The food overall was excellent, both in taste and presentation.
One of the standout features of Burasari is its proximity to the beach—just a 2-minute walk! The hotel even provides a beach basket free of charge, thoughtfully packed with towels, slippers, a mat, and an umbrella—making your beach visit effortless and enjoyable. Another bonus: the complimentary minibar, restocked daily, which includes beers you can take to the beach.
All in all, Burasari offers a complete vacation experience—great location, amazing amenities, and truly hospitable service. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket!

TThanabalasingam BalakrishnanMy wife and I stayed at Anona Beachfront Resort Patong from 30 October to 3 November 2025, and our experience was truly exceptional — not only because of the wonderful hotel, but because of the remarkable care shown by Ms. Peemai, the Resort Manager, along with the outstanding professionalism of the Patong Police.
From day one, Ms. Peemai impressed us with her warmth, sincerity, and genuine concern for every guest.
Unfortunately, on 1 November, we faced a very distressing situation. Around 8:50pm outside Jungceylon Mall, two foreign scammers approached us, spoke about scalp-care products, and lured us into a herbal shop they were working with. Inside the shop, surrounded by several people, we were pressured into buying herbal products worth 22,000 THB in cash. They even attempted to push another USD 2,500 worth of items before we realised we were being scammed.
The next morning, we informed Ms. Peemai, who listened sincerely and immediately guided us on the correct steps — report to the Tourist Police first, and then proceed to the Patong Police Station. Her advice was precise and extremely helpful.
The Patong Police handled our case with seriousness and full commitment. Even though we were leaving Phuket the next day, the officers assured us they would try their very best — and they truly did. That same evening at 8:30pm, five officers accompanied us back to the area. They waited discreetly until one of the scammers appeared. The moment he did, they acted swiftly, detained him, and brought us back to the shop to gather evidence — photos, videos, herbal items, licences, and documents. They also arrested two shop staff involved in the scam.
At the station, the individuals confessed. Thanks to the officers’ dedication, we recovered 100% of our money — 22,000 THB.
We were also informed that legal action will follow against both the scammers and the herbal shop.
The next morning, when we thanked Ms. Peemai, she praised us for not giving up and for taking the matter seriously. She told us that by taking action, we helped protect other tourists from falling victim to the same scam — and that our efforts contribute to making Phuket safer for everyone. Her words meant a lot to us.
She also reminded us, wisely:
If strangers approach you on the street with unusual conversations, simply walk away and do not engage.
Despite the unfortunate incident, the exceptional support from Ms. Peemai and the remarkable professionalism of the Patong Police completely changed our experience for the better. Their sincerity, commitment, and care truly stood out.
We highly recommend Anona Beachfront Resort Patong.

GGuest UserWonderful location, beautiful sunset views from rooftop pool, and good food and service as well. Been to Patong numerous times but I believe this hotel is now my favourite in the Center of Patong. You can find everything you need nearby and the hotel has everything one needs.
We also took the ATV tour from their service desk.
We ate in their rooftop restaurant, the food is not bad. We did the steamed fish in lime sauce.
Highly recommended for couples!

AALESTAThe hotel is nice, secluded: there’s nothing much around it, which can be a good or a bad thing.
I loved the private sandy beach, now it’s high season, and yet there were maximum 10 people at a time. So it feels all for yourself.
I got upgraded and stayed in a little house with private pool and exit to the beach. Thanks for that.
BUT there were 3 things I didn’t like:
1. noise, I don’t know, probably air conditioning or pool cleaning machine of A NEIGHBOR HOUSE, not even mine. In my room the AC and the fridge were also loud, but I turned them off. Yet I could not turn off the neighbor’s ones. At night it was hard to sleep because of that sound.
2. the pool cleaning — mine didn’t have that. The water there is still , was not changes next day, and I am not sure if was changed before I arrived 🤷♀️ In the neighbor pool I can see the water is always floats and changes, in mine not.
3. Every time I bought something and wanted to pay with my card, I had to go to reception. Every meal, every cocktail. That was disturbing. It was my last day of my holiday and I was short on cash. I thought it wouldn’t be a problem to pay by card, I could do it. But every time I had to climb 7 staircases to do it.

AAnisurrahmansMy stay at the Andakira Hotel was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. We were greeted with a cool towel and a refreshing drink, which was a lovely touch after a long journey.
Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and had a breathtaking view of the city skyline. The bed was supremely comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom was modern and well-stocked with high-quality toiletries.
The hotel's amenities are top-notch. We spent an afternoon by the beautiful infinity pool, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. The breakfast buffet was extensive, offering a great mix of local and international dishes, all of which were delicious.
Its location is also a major plus, with easy access to public transport and main attractions.
We cannot recommend the Andakira Hotel highly enough. It was the perfect base for our trip, and we will definitely be returning.

GGuest UserOur flight arrived in Phuket late, already past midnight on our first day. The hotel we originally booked wasn't great, and our baby wasn't happy, so we quickly switched to this one. We finally got here around 2 AM. The room was a bit old, but the service was excellent. I'd definitely recommend it for families. It's just a short walk to the beach, and there are convenience stores nearby. We even left some luggage behind, and the staff kindly arranged for a taxi to deliver it to our next hotel. The service was truly thoughtful!

MM58385****This place might not be ideal for germaphobes or those with high standards for indoor facilities. However, if your trip is all about embracing nature and snorkeling whenever you want, then I definitely recommend it.
The stilt house we booked had an excellent location, almost the closest to the lobby and restaurant. The room facilities were pretty basic, and while the bathroom was large, it felt quite dated.
The upper part of the room door was translucent, so there was no way to block out light during the day. My friend's room next door had a direct sea view.
You can walk right to the beach from the hotel and snorkel anytime. Just grab some gear and a life vest from the staff. Scuba diving costs extra.
At 4:30 PM, you can take a boat trip to watch the sunset. Any fish caught during sea fishing can be processed by the hotel restaurant. There's also a car available to take you to other beaches for sunset views.
Due to its orientation, the hotel's hillside is more suitable for watching the sunrise, and it's especially quiet in the morning.
The pool facilities are great and the view from the hillside is absolutely stunning. It would be even better if there was a gym.
The restaurant has a fantastic view. Besides breakfast, we had two other meals there, and the taste and price were generally acceptable.
The main drawback was the waiting time: on the first day, we arrived on the island at 11 AM but couldn't check in until 2 PM. On the second day, we checked out at 11 AM but didn't leave by boat until 1:30 PM. This meant we were mostly stuck in the hotel's common areas, which was a bit boring (walking to other restaurants or hotels was too far).
The most memorable moment was waking up for the sunrise and seeing a hermit crab crawling in the room. It was a wonderful and delightful surprise.

The room is controversial. We had to wait till exactly 14:00 to check in. We couldn't even check in at 13:58. The toilet is a joke. It has a big glass with a frosted part so you can see a silhouette of a person in the shower. The sliding door has a big gap so you can see a person sitting on a toilet through it. So there's no sound proof on the toilet and you can see and hear almost everything happening inside. I had to go to the first floor toilet to do my things. And water pipes are noisy and might start buzzing in the middle of the night. A few times we heard loud music somewhere in the hotel so we had to call the reception to solve the problem otherwise it was impossible to rest in the room. There also was dust somewhere in the room.
I'm not sure I'll stay there again.

MMrV12341234LOVED our stay here and would recommend the place to others. See my below pros and cons.
Pros:
-the staff was very friendly. They all worked very hard to make sure the guests are happy.
-The food was delicious (especially the curry’s). Everything is good except maybe some of the western things like the hamburgers. Stick with the Thai dishes. The breakfast buffet was slightly above average.
-The rooms were very clean. No bugs.
-They provided us a very nice crib for our nine month old
-we never once heard our neighbors, or any guests, through the walls.
-The ac worked great.
-There is a free shuttle to old town Phuket each day (but see cons below on this).
You can use the Bolt or Grab app to call a taxi. This is much cheaper than the on site taxi.
-Free ride to and from the local beach (it’s not realistic to walk there because the road is too steep).
-The beach is very quiet compared to most beaches in Phuket. There is a bar at the beach that serves all kinds of drinks.
There are free beach chairs for you. If they are all taken the staff has large picnic mats for you to use (see below for negatives about the beach)
-beach area has a small children’s playground. One of those plastic castle style climb / slide things. There is also two small football (soccer) goals and a volleyball net.
-the beach is really nice in its own way. The sand and water is not as beautiful as other Phuket beaches, especially those on the west side, but the views of the nearby islands make it very serene and something the west side beaches don’t have. If you’re not coming to snorkel and see fish, it’s a good beach. There is also lots of shade if needed.
-you get one free kayak rental per stay
-The sheets in the room were changed every day and were very clean and comfortable
-The hot water was really hot and never ran out.
-our room had a mini fridge that worked great and had a little freezer section.
-The pool is very clean, cool, and relaxing. You can order drinks right in the pool
-The upper pool has an amazing view of the Thai islands. Make sure to get to the pool early (8-9am) and secure a chair or two if you plan to have a pool day.
-speaking of the view, because you’re on the east side, there are many islands in the distance, making the view’s spectacular. The west side beaches you’re looking out into open ocean. Here you see mountains and hills in the distance.
Cons:
-they give your room 2 water bottles each day, but you’re stuck at the resort unless you hire a taxi. So we had to continually buy water from the desk or restaurant until we went out to the 7-11 (I recommend stopping at a convenience store on your taxi ride to the resort and stock up on water, drinks, snacks etc that you enjoy)
-you have to get a taxi everywhere, even to a convenience store.
-There is a small store on site that sells snacks, drinks, souvenirs, cigarettes, etc. but it was never open. We got really frustrated because our 9 month old uses water for his formula and we simply couldn’t get enough water, so we had to repeatedly ask to use the store and then a worker finally came and let us buy some water.
-Our room did not have electric outlets next to the bed (could be a pro for some?). Actually, there was only one outlet in the room that was reasonably accessible to charge phones. (Plug outlets are multi purpose, had USA & Europe holes)
-The snorkeling is terrible at the Supalai beach. Very murky and cloudy water (The tides are rather extreme here, hundreds of feet of shore line exposed), leaving a muddy/marsh like area at the beach each evening. We even did a day trip over to Naka Yai island and Nahka noi island and the snorkeling was also pointless because the water is so cloudy. If you plan to snorkel don’t stay in the east side. But if you just want to side by the shore, relax, and get in for a quick dip… the beach is ok.
