The Nai Harn Phuket is absolutely stunning! Its Santorini-style white architecture is built into the hillside, and every room features a huge terrace directly facing the jelly-clear waters of Nai Harn Beach and Promthep Cape. You can even watch the breathtaking sunset right from your bed. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with incredible attention to detail; some even offer a fun ‘champagne on demand’ bell service. The staff are warm and attentive, and occasionally there's a pleasant surprise upgrade upon check-in. Breakfast is incredibly lavish, with a wide selection of Western, Chinese, and Thai options. The rooftop bar and Rock Salt restaurant offer an amazing ambiance. Just downstairs, you'll find a private, soft sandy beach with complimentary paddleboards and sun loungers – perfect for snorkeling or sunbathing. While the location is a bit secluded, that's precisely its charm, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. It's the ultimate hideaway resort in Phuket for complete relaxation. Highly recommended!

feeonnaaaEnjoyed our 3 nights at Noku Phuket! The front desk and bell team were absolutely lovely during our time here, and we had a complimentary upgrade to the room with the whirlpool in our balcony! Loved that the room was super spacious, and there were dual sinks in the bathroom. Location was pretty far but they provided complimentary shuttles to Phuket town too!
Didn’t manage to explore the breakfast, dining and spa offerings during this stay!
It would be good if the hotel could look into improving their flooring (there were some gaps & there was even a piece of wood sticking out and was a hazard). The linen was really thin and not fitting of 5 star standard, which was a shame as the hotel was really pretty! But overall still a highly recommended stay!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel, and there were many things we really enjoyed.
The hotel is located right next to Karon Beach, which is absolutely beautiful with soft sand and clear water. The only downside is that there are not many restaurants within walking distance. If you’re looking for more local food options, you’ll need to travel about 1 km to the nearby night market.
We also appreciated the hotel’s commitment to environmental protection. However, please note that toiletries and other amenities are not automatically replenished every day. You need to request them from the front desk if you need replacements.
One of the highlights of our stay was the restaurant on the second floor. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and attentive, and there was a wide variety of choices. We enjoyed both the breakfast and dinner there throughout our stay.
The only issue that significantly affected our experience was the floor. Every morning, a large puddle of water would appear on the floor outside the bathroom. One of my roommates almost slipped while walking to the bathroom after waking up. We reported the problem to the front desk, and someone came to wipe the water with a towel, but the cause of the leak was never investigated or fixed. Unfortunately, the same issue happened again on the third morning, and the puddle was even larger than before.
Overall, this is a lovely hotel with a great location, excellent restaurant, and friendly service. If the bathroom water leakage issue is properly resolved, it would make the stay much more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their exceptional attention to detail—they were friendly, thoughtful, and always one step ahead in making sure guests felt comfortable.
The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering a great balance of comfort and functionality. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt premium.
The hotel’s facilities are top-notch—modern, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. I especially enjoyed the game room, which was a fun and unexpected bonus. It’s perfect for relaxing or spending time with friends and family.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, modern place to stay with excellent service and thoughtful amenities.

This is rather difficult in that the resort is excellent, the food was really good and the service very good but…..through Trip we booked a premium sea view room which was shown in the booking as a large room with full sea views, a double sun lounger on the balcony, a sofa and a walk in wardrobe. Ours had none of the above and indeed the room faced the back of the resort cafe! We politely mentioned this and was told the premium rooms were full - not great considering we booked ours several months ago. We were given a really nice upgrade for night 2 but obv only being there 2 nights we feel a little let down on the quality of night 1 and the money we paid.

I recently stayed at Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong - MGallery during my trip to Phuket, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in the Patong area but slightly away from the busy streets, which makes it quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Because the hotel sits on a hill, the view is beautiful, especially in the morning and evening.
Another convenient point is that there is a 7-Eleven just about 3–5 minutes walk from the hotel, which makes it easy to grab snacks, drinks, or small essentials anytime.
One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the breakfast — there was a great variety and everything tasted very good. The hotel also has three swimming pools, each with a different vibe, so there is always a nice spot to relax.
What impressed me the most was the exceptional service from the staff. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly polite and welcoming. They would greet us warmly every time they saw us — morning, afternoon, or night — which made the stay feel very personal and comfortable, almost like being at home.
I would also like to give a special thank you to one of the staff members who helped us during an unexpected situation. We had a small accident with a rental motorbike and fell down near the hotel entrance. The hotel security immediately came to assist us and checked if we were okay. Later, the staff even asked what time we would return so they could help clean our wounds if needed. That level of care was truly appreciated.
Unfortunately, we had rented a motorbike from a rental shop located directly in front of the hotel, and after the incident they tried to charge us 12,000 baht for a very small scratch on the bike. We approached the hotel staff for help, and they kindly assisted us in communicating with the shop. They told us the price was not reasonable and helped negotiate it down to 5,000 baht. They also informed us that we could report the issue to the police since the rental contract was not clearly written.
In the end, we decided to pay the 5,000 baht just to save time, but we were very grateful that the hotel staff supported us and helped reduce the amount significantly.
I would like to warn future travelers to be cautious when renting motorbikes from the shop located directly in front of the hotel, as the charges may not be reasonable.
Overall, the hotel itself is excellent — beautiful views, great facilities, amazing breakfast, and truly outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay at Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong - MGallery again on my next trip to Phuket.

This was a truly terrible experience. We had booked two family rooms, but due to a strange odor at the International Hotel we originally booked, we ended up reserving this hotel at the last minute. We booked family rooms, which are generally understood to not incur extra charges for adding beds. However, at check-in, the front desk tried to charge me an additional (1177 * 2 * 2) * 2 = 9416 for two children for two days! Given the chaotic situation that day, I reluctantly agreed to pay 4708 just to get us checked in quickly, as the kids were exhausted. Later, because of these unfair charges, I spoke with the front desk again, and they ended up charging us over 5000 Thai Baht (even charging half price for a 7-year-old!). I requested a receipt and contacted Trip.com, and they eventually refunded me. (Be careful, they overcharge randomly!)

Budget Hotel - Good for Short Stay but Overpriced for what it is.
This hotel is very basic for the price and I found prices fluctuate alot on this hotel During low season. I found for the price there are better hotels in the area thats even closer to the beach with more amenities.
RESTAURANT & POOL AREA
The pool area is beautiful and during my stay here the pool area was always neat and tidy with a small in-house restaurant on tue right.
BREAKFASTS
The breakfast menu is basic but suitable and in accordance with the price. I enjoyed the plain breakfasts and warm hospitality
ROOM SERVICE
Daily room service is available at this hotel. Water and coffee with sugar and tea is provided in the rooms. I was given a welcome drink on arrival in a wooden cup. It was lovely. Room will not be cleaned or water replaced unless you ask for it.
ROOMS
If you stay here I recommend the rooms with the pool view. The City view isn't so great.
Rooms are large with a little more compact bathroom but amazing baths but in my room the water pressure wasn't so great. The geysers is on controlled temperature. The water doesnt get boiling hot here. But its a good temperature
The room is comfortable and if curtains are closed its rather dark. Furnished with dark wooden furniture but comfortable bed and smart tv where you can stream on your own subscription. I liked that.
You will have:
Fridge
Kettle, cups and glasses
Plenty of packing and cupboard space
Bed side Tables and lamps
Towels
Bedding was comfortable
AIRCONDITIONING
Mine was a little noisy but not intolerable and cooled nicely but had a little leak, be careful if the floor is wet its insanely slippery so use the bath mat. Aircons are very old.
LOCATION
The hotel is on a hill so to walk to the nearby shops and such can be a mission but they do have bike rentals at THB180 and a shuttle bus that takes you one way to the beach round 11 daily and coning back will be at your own cost.
I felt it was a little far from all the major attractions and that it is in need of renovation especially outside paint work areas. The overall hotel is good I just felt for its location, basic menu, and old furnishings with the busy and sometimes noisy restaurants that its a kittle overpriced for what it actually is.
PESTS
Hotel has a serious ant problem. I am neat and tidy and nothing worked ants took over my room. Also get a mosquito 🦟 repellent as you next to a lake and the mozzies here are like little dragons.
I do recommend this hotel but consider your surroundings and rent a bike for traveling around then it will be a comfortable stay.
DEPOSIT
The hotel requests a 500Baht Deposit or they hold your passport.

Spectacular views of the sea from the rooms make this resort a winner for feelings of peace and solitude. My room included a ceiling fan and a separate rain shower next to the bath tub. A massive free breakfast buffet starts the day for most guests, with changing options on a daily basis. Before breakfast I walked down the steep driveway to the private beach to swim either in the sea or the small pool next to it. At 7 am there is nobody around. One morning I took out a kayak (one hour free) which had stunning panoramic views. There are two swimming pools by the resort’s main building and both are delightful for swimming and relaxing.
Nothing much to do in the evening and the TV channel selection could be expanded with movie channels (e.g., HBO, Cinemax), educational channels like Discovery Asia, and nature channels like BBC Earth and Love Nature. I partook in a 90 minute herbal pack massage which was a bit pricy but very professional. Both lunch and dinner menus have sufficient variety of dishes and food quality was good. Staff were always helpful. In summary, Supalai Scenic Bay Resort is a wonderfully serene experience at a very reasonable room price.
