"I recently stayed at this guesthouse, which is conveniently located right next to the airport. The location is fantastic if you have an early flight or need to catch a late one, as it’s just a short distance away. The area around the place also offers plenty of local restaurants and shops, which is a nice bonus if you want to explore a bit. The guesthouse itself was mostly as described on their website, and I didn’t find any surprises when I arrived. However, we did encounter an issue with the room we were first assigned. Unfortunately, the beds in our room were dirty, with sand scattered across the sheets and mattress protection.
We immediately reached out to the staff to request fresh bedding and a change of mattress protection, but unfortunately, they were unable to accommodate that request. Thankfully, the staff did offer us a new room, and once we moved, everything was perfect. The new room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked as expected.
Overall, I had a good stay once the room change was made, but I would recommend paying more attention to cleanliness in the future. For the price and convenience of the location, it’s a solid option"

AArinaWe stayed here for 5 days. The hotel lives up to its name: the area is quite quiet and calm.
Pros:
1. Wonderful hostess! Very kind, attentive and caring. Always accommodating and ready to help. It is obvious that she cares about her hotel, so everything is clean and tidy.
2. Delicious buffet breakfasts. Mostly eggs, but we never left hungry. If you stay here, I recommend having breakfast at the hotel. Or at least trying it.
3. Cleaning. The area is cleaned daily, practically throughout the day. The cleaning of the rooms themselves is also high-quality.
4. Cheap bike rental.
Cons:
1. The first and most important minus for us follows from the plus - room cleaning. Upon check-in, we were given several towels, during our stay and daily cleaning, the cleaning service changed them. When checking out, they tell us that we are missing one small towel in our room. We are shocked, how could this happen. It's not that we didn't take them with us, we didn't use them at all! That's why we didn't keep track of how many small towels we had every day. We always took only large ones. Moreover, I took my small towel from home (from Russia), so we didn't need someone else's.
As a result, after their statement, I go through all the suitcases at the reception, thinking maybe they threw it somewhere with the things - it's nowhere. They go to look in the room - they don't find it there and say that we need to pay 200 baht for it.
Of course, we paid, but leaving the hotel as ”thieves” is not very pleasant.
As soon as we checked into another hotel, I went through all the things again and naturally I didn't find any of their towels.
I don't want to think that this was set up on purpose, so I highly recommend that the hotel sort things out with the staff, because If we didn't take this towel, then someone else took it. Or they simply didn't put it in for us during cleaning.
P.S. The hostess was not there when we checked out the room. Maybe she would have sorted out the situation.
2. Road noise. You can hear it loudly, even if the windows overlook the yard. We only slept with earplugs.
Bottom line: If you want a quiet, relaxing holiday, this is your option. But be sure to check the availability of towels, etc. after each cleaning, if you don't want to end up in our place.
We ourselves would have wanted to come back here later, if not for this situation.

HHong YiWarmly welcomed by the staff with a huge coconut while waiting for check-in. Room was decorated nicely (upon request) and the whole villa was pretty clean with only one or two flies. Loved the bathtub/shower which had strong current and steady hot water. Private pool was relatively clean and staff were really friendly. Counter receptionists speak good english and the breakfast buffet had a variety of dishes (asian & western) with some changes in menu everyday. Although the overall experience was good and would definitely come back again the next time we’re in Phuket, the location can be quite out of the way (~30mins to Phuket Old Town). If you don’t have your own transport, there are bicycle/bike/car rentals on site at affordable rates, and shuttle buses to some destinations.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location, a short walk away will brings you to Nai Yang beach where you can play water activities and have a lot of food choices. The hotel is also near to the airport. The swimming pool was a little dirty as there are visible green algae or stains in the pool. But it is considered good given the price point. Booked a room for three but there was only a king size bed which might not be sufficient. The staff suggested to add one more bed but we saw the mattress that they gave were stained (there was big red stains all over the mattress) and the stains were visible through the bed sheet, we didn’t use it.

GGuest UserОчень понравилось расположение, отель на стыке двух районов. В пешей доступности пляжи Ката и Карон. Много гуляли, смотрели город, рядом много ресторанов, магазинов и в целом, развитая инфраструктура. Весь дождливый день провели в панорамном бассейне на крыше. Было очень атмосферно. Хочется выразить благодарность всему персоналу отеля. Начиная со встречи в аэропорту и заканчивая проводами мы были окружены заботой. Чувствовали себя так сказать «как дома»)))
Очень рекомендую брать трансфер от отеля. Все быстро, комфортно, никого нигде не ждали, рейс сильно опоздал, но нас дождались. Не пришлось бежать менять сразу доллары в аэропорту по плохому курсу. Все оплатили потом в офисе, на обмене сэкономили 10%.
По апартаментам нареканий нет. Выбирали по фото, все соответствует

LLaneyLSomebody wash the floors! Please wash the floors with hot water and cleaner. The floors are filthy. The cleaning in general is weak (Just wiping stuff down with a wet cloth) there was sticky stuff all over the table when I arrived. I had to clean the room myself. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. I Loved the design of the loft and having a kitchen was handy. The wifi is great! And I had many online meetings so I appreciated that. The pools are nice but busy and beware of hornets at the rooftop. The room is generally quiet at night, but you can hear your neighbours talking or coughing. The bed is super comfortable! The shower is weird and has low water pressure while the sink has extremely high pressure for some reason. Also lots of ants around. The balcony faced construction so it was quite loud from 7am until about 10pm. Would be nice to have some chairs and a drying rack on the balcony. Not sure why this room didn’t have one. I saw other balconies with this. There’s a lovely restaurant with a nice view. The food I ordered was good, except the breakfast (that was terrible). It’s also far from everything so you need a bike for sure. Overall this place has potential, but needs more attention to details.

JJohnnie, the traveller.The hotel is in a good location 10 minutes walk to the beach, big carpark, internet fast.
The swimming pool is a very good size.
But the rooms are smaller than usual and the big problem is there is nowhere in the area where you can buy good cheap food. Everywhere is tourist related.
In pattaya, Chiang Mai, Bangkok, and other cities we have visited, you can always find the areas where Thai citizens live and eat, but not around the hotel mentioned above.

11395320****I have to give them a rave review! I almost hesitated to book this hotel after seeing online reviews saying it was in a remote location, but I'm so glad I did. It's better than any villa we've stayed in before, and most importantly, the service is absolutely fantastic. Any problems were resolved immediately, and the cleaning staff were always smiling, professional, and efficient! I don't think the location is remote at all; it's a 5-minute walk to the main road and the beach. Although there's a small path, the streetlights are bright, making it very safe. There's also a local restaurant nearby where you can try local cuisine. Several 7-Elevens are within a 10-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended! There are massage parlors all around, and they're very cheap. Our family of four goes for massages every day. There are also fruit stalls and good restaurants nearby, which is very convenient! This beach has a lot of white people, and very few Chinese people!

KKaren LempickaThe best location. Opposite Patong Beach and very near to Bangla Road and Smart Bus station to go to airport or other areas. The room is newly furbished and reopen in Jan 2025, so it looks better.
However the water heater did not function well. Theres a flying cockaroach in the toilet. We booked sea view however the view is limited by trees and roof. When they clean up the room they put away the rug (carpet) and the bed throw. It was decorated as we first checked in. Room photos included in the review.
We are very pleased with our stay overall. For the price we paid (during high season) we are happy with our choice.
