"All good, I like the staffs, are so cooperative. just the guyz late night snores and gossips were disturbing from neighbour bed. There is a common flat table, a big aircon on top of the side, i was working on the table, siddenly the aircon started leaking, my laptop keyboard got wet badly, i thought it will not work. I was upset and quickly turned off laptop and dried by using my hair dryer and thank God it started working. Otherwise my travel can be so stressful."

GGuest UserI believe it used to be a Six Senses resort. It's located on an island, just a five-minute speedboat ride away. The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking. The hotel truly embraces its natural environment, so be prepared to encounter wildlife like centipedes, insects, snakes, monkeys, and various small birds. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to completely unwind and relax at the property. However, the food variety at the hotel is somewhat limited, and there are virtually no other dining options on the island. Despite these points, it's still a great place overall.

Almost all staffs were distant and did not give out a five star hotel kind of services. Birthday arrangement was honored, thank you to the team. The pool was very nice and the activities were varied. AAnna_inShanghaiI truly loved this hotel!! And would come back here once more. The direct enter to the beach, three pools, free sport classes for guests. I went to Muai Thai boxing class and really enjoyed it. There is panoramic view gym and great breakfasts! The staff is also very kind and supportive. I would say it’s one of the best hotels in Bangtao beach😍 Highly recommend to take the room with the pool access. Also there is a coop restaurant Nora which belongs to the hotel. Try lobster ravioli there, I loved it for 100%. There are many deck chairs on the beach, so you don’t need to worry and come early to occupy in advance.

The pool is beautiful, and you can access the sea directly from the back door. However, the sea view suite I booked was in building D, not a beachfront property, and it was a bit old. My room key failed twice. Also, there's no Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk.

MMiriamKSecond time staying here, we love the isolated beach with only few people on it, we had dinner here this time and the food was very good. Only 5 min scooter ride away there is Nathorn beach with some bars and shops and massage places, very convenient. And only 15 min from the airport so it’s perfect for the last night on the island.

JJoelbastedoThis resort has a beautiful pool area, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. It has decent facilities but they are in need of maintenance and repair. We were there during the wet season and the ceiling in the restaurant leaked in several places, soaking the chairs. They placed towels on the floor at the entrance to wipe off your feet every morning but didn’t change them all day, so they were usually waterlogged and filthy. There is a movie theatre for the kids, which is lovely, but the screen is a white tarpaulin which is too reflective, making it hard to watch. Breakfast is okay, but the bread is often stale, the fruit was not very fresh, and the coffee in the urn was just instant coffee. You can order proper coffee (cappuccino, espresso, etc) from the ice cream shop next to the restaurant area, and we discovered upon checkout that they didn’t charge us for this, but included it in the breakfast, which was great! But because they don’t advertise this, and because the ice cream shop appears closed until 10:00, most guests suffer through with instant coffee, not knowing there are other options. There are several bar areas where you should be able to order snacks and drinks and exchange towels, but they were never staffed, and it was hard to find anyone to help. There was an incident one night with an electrical fire at 3 AM and the staff who cleaned up the mess in front of our rooms did so with loud shouting conversations for over an hour, while pushing water loudly across the floor with shovels. The next morning, instead of offering an apology, the manager greeted us by asking when we were leaving, which seemed an odd and unprofessional way to initiate a conversation about guest satisfaction. The rooms smelled musty and dank, and housekeeping didn’t regularly clean the rooms and change towels, unless we specifically asked them to. They usually came to check the rooms in the evening when we were already getting into bed. The beach is beautiful but it is across the road and reaching it requires walking through an unattractive garbage-strewn field. There are lifeguards and they did a good job marking safe areas to swim, but the beach is not ideal for young children as there is a strong undertow. The kids loved the slides and the pool and overall we had a good stay, but unless this hotel receives some upgrading and better maintenance, we would not stay here again.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay overall and would happily return. The property is beautiful. The breakfast buffet and Madura restaurant was excellent and very tasty, with an amazing view of the pool . The staff took good care of us throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. They also have a gym facility and it was fun to exercise with a sea view. For improvements, we had no privacy with room 315, the staff was always in front of the villa( check my picture) and it was a messy view… I suggested to have plantation around the villa.

SSergey StatsenkoWe have stayed in the hotel for 4 days on the way home. Overall - we do not like this stay. Rooms were clean, staff tries to do its work. But - room had sewage smell. During our stay - we have found 4 huge cockroaches in the room. One of them was in the toilet bowl. Breakfast was not too bad but at the same time - nothing good. Choice is not too impressive but I was not hungry after it. Will I get back to this hotel - definitely no.

SSnickersfrogIt is the second time we are back to this hotel since last year. We brought our 2 year old daughter here last year and now we are back again this time with a newborn. The hotel has undergone some refurbishment with a new bar beside the pool. We also discovered the new kids playpen at level 1 which the kids enjoyed. However there were some not so enjoyable parts of this trip. Such as the mosquitoes and also the lift which was out of order. It was not easy to carry the bags and stroller up and down the stairs. I trust the hotel management will look into this matter asap. Overall kids enjoyed it.
