it was really a calming and nice villa big and clean, the theme was outstanding too, would definitely go back, the serenity and the peacefulness, was really relaxing and its nearby beach too

4/5 Stars - Great Stay Marred by One Disappointing Experience I recently spent a wonderful few days at Andaman Beach Suites Hotel, nestled in the heart of Patong, and had a fantastic time exploring this vibrant city's food, culture, and stunning beach. The Good: - Perfect location: walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach - Spacious, beautiful, and calming room with a soothing white color scheme - Friendly and helpful receptionists made check-in and check-out seamless - Vibrant city atmosphere and delicious local cuisine The Not-So-Good: - Unfortunately, our room was cleaned by a housekeeping staff member who seemed to help themselves to my brand-new, unused cigarettes and lighter. This was a first for me in all my hotel stays, and it raised trust concerns. Despite this incident, I loved overall experience in this Hotel. The pros far outweighed the cons, and I appreciate the hotel's efforts to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Recommendation: To management: Please address this housekeeping issue to ensure guests' trust and security. To potential guests: Don't let this incident deter you. Andaman is still a great choice, with its fantastic location, lovely rooms, and warm reception. The beautiful instagrammable hotel with nice pool area, great spacious rooms and helpful staff. I liked the breakfast but wish there were more options. Great honeymoon surprise and upgraded room type were super sweet! The Karon beach is beautiful, crystal clear water. There is a shuttle bus taking you to the beach and back. I’d love to come back one day! Thank you Ikon!

I traveled for business, and overall, it was a good experience for me. The hotel is in a very good location, close to Big C and various shops. The outdoor parking area is spacious. The pool is large but has a bit too much chlorine. The room isn’t very new, but it’s acceptable. The hotel is next to a Western restaurant that opens early in the morning and closes at midnight. Overall, I like this hotel.

The hotel is very near to Kata Beach. And we also enjoyed the night markets with variety of food and shopping around the area. We stayed there for 2 nights. The housekeeping staffs are very great as they will come to our room and ask if we need cleaning service. And they are willing to help eg. bring us bottled water and towels upon request. Another pleasant surprise is the romantic room decoration prepared by the hotel in response to the message I left during booking. The only area where we hope to see improvement from the hotel is in providing more helpful service at the front desk (eg. share us information about the available facilities and activity packages in the beach area, as well as offer assistance when we lost the phone (thankfully, we found it later in the day). If we plan to visit Phuket again, we will definitely book this hotel as it offers great value for money and an overall satisfied experience.

The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. We loved everything!; I highly recommend for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up! And they have pinoy staff named Friday she is so accomodating and helped us to stay at the lobby and offer the amenities for us to use whie waiting for our flight at night…

I have stayed at this hotel twice before, and I don’t know what happened this time. The staff didn’t seem as helpful, almost as if were bothering them. With the exception of the restaurant (the manager in the restaurant is really excellent, always checking up and having a friendly chat with everyone) and bar staff, the other staff seemed annoyed when we asked something. For example, when we arrived we noticed we were missing face towels. I called the front desk to ask for towels. The lady said she would send towels over. After about half an hour and the towels still not arriving, I called again, and I could hear by the way she responded that she has clearly forgotten to send the towels over. Kept waiting and waiting, still nothing. Eventually when we went outside later that night, we found someone had simply left the towels on the table outside the room. Also, one day we were waiting for the staff to come clean the room. I went to the front desk to ask when they were going to clean the rooms, because nobody had been there yet and we were in need of new towels. The lady said they only start cleaning after 2pm, which I thought was strange, because shouldn’t they clean the rooms before guests start checking in at 2pm? I got back to the room, and then realized it was already 2:30pm. Eventually about 4:45 they came around to clean the room, so I assumed that’s the way they do it at this hotel. But the next morning they showed up at 9am to clean the room, just very inconsistent. Also, on our second last day at the hotel, we got a letter stuck to the door, reminding us to check out at 11 the next day because the staff has to clean the room. Where is this coming from? My third time staying at this hotel, and this is the first time I received this note. We have never checked out late before, so I really don’t get it. It’s also really nice that they have the private beach, but it’s very dirty. They try to clean it up, but they don’t throw the trash away. They simply pick it up and throw it on both sides of the beach. Me and my girlfriend saw a lady (a guest staying at the hotel, not hotel staff) picking up trash on the beach, and decided we were going to help her. I went to the bar and asked for a trash bag, and the 3 of us picked up trash on the beach as much as we could. Luckily we made a friend that way. Like I said, I’ve stayed at this hotel and this was my third time, but I really feel like the standards have dropped. Now the main things about this hotel is just the private beach and the proximity to the airport. I will think twice before booking a stay here again. I feel there are hotels for the same price and cheaper that offer better service with more helpful staff. I just really want to thank the manager (the older gentleman with the white shirt in the restaurant) again for your excellent service. You are a star.

Fantastic experience with Trisara. Ultimate luxury with exclusivity at its best. Be ready for a time of your life the moment you land at the airport, with exceptional service, amazing food and beautiful scenery. I celebrated my wife’s 30th birthday and the staff were so accommodating to make this a special and memorable experience. Would definitely come again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury, private experience in Phuket.

Great service, staffs were very friendly and i feedback about the bidet that was leaking w water and the guy came to repair so quickly! The breakfast was good and the view was great too

We stayed 9 nights at this hotel. Let's start with the pros: 1. View from the balcony 2. No noise from busy streets 3. Green And now the most important thing - the cons: 1. Walking in the heat becomes difficult even for prepared young guys on the 4th day, because to get to the room you have to overcome sooooo many steps. We thought it was nonsense, but no) 2. Poor soundproofing or very loud neighbors all the time 3. The elevator did not start working on our first day of stay, and the golf cart does not go in the rain 4. Once we agreed on a transfer from the beach, they did not pick us up 5. Noisy air conditioner and refrigerator, mold in the shower (cosmetic repairs are needed) If you plan to stay for a long time, then only in the houses closest to the reception, otherwise you will get bored and will not bring pleasure.
