Phuket Hotels with Airport Shuttle

Very family friendly resort. Super close to the beach and loads of restaurants and good bars. The pools on site were all super clean and they had inflatables. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and had good areas for drying out clothes- Andy for the beach. Would be good if the balcony came with 2 chairs instead of 1 🤣but that's my only area for improvement.

Staffs are very kind and helpful. When we checked in the rooms, we can still see some cigarette butt and hairs. And we need to ask the cleaner come in to clean it again. And the sound-proofing is super low. We can hear people walk by and the sound-proofing of the lift. Especially when you stay beside a sweet couple. Overall is okay 😊

Pros 1. Ultra comfortable bed and pillows (one of the best) 2. Spacious room and balcony, especially the restroom and shower 3. Extremely helpful staff - helped carried my stroller down the stairs since the hotel isn’t wheelchair accessible 4. A prime hotel best suited for couples and lovers 5. Breakfast and lunch options are scrumptious 6. Delicious food options and a Lotus grocery store five minutes away. Cons: 1. Not stroller or wheelchair friendly with innumerable sets of stairs 2. The area is a bit secluded and boring- live music could help to liven the atmosphere 3. Not luxurious- the service makes it convenient, but I wouldn’t call it luxurious. The rooms are simple with outdated decor, and lack modern amenities 4. WiFi - inconsistent connectivity

Depand on your travel style. If you just want a chill beach vacation, this is the place with clean and peace beach. But if you like more happening, here is a bit outskirt, no street food, no massage shop, what you expect is just resort restaurants, bar, spa, recreation with hotel's price. Breakfast same every day. So go other place if you want more variety choice because phuket grab is very expensive. Otherwise a good place to relax

My experience at Santhiya Koh Yao Yai was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all expectations. 1. Tranquil Location & Stunning Views: The resort is incredibly peaceful, with a breathtaking location surrounded by nature. The scenery is simply amazing — a perfect escape from the noise and crowds. 2. Beautiful & Quiet Rooms: The room was calm, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The private pool made the experience even more enjoyable. 3. Outstanding Staff: Most of the staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their warmth really made a difference. 4. Minor Issue with Restaurant Credit: There was only one issue during my stay — a misunderstanding with a restaurant staff member regarding the use of the resort credit. Unfortunately, the management handled it poorly by calling in the waiter to prove I was wrong. This approach was unprofessional and left a negative impression, which contrasted with the otherwise excellent service. 5. Amazing Restaurant Experience: The food at the resort was outstanding — delicious, healthy, and with plenty of variety to suit every taste. 6. Fast & Efficient Transportation Within the Resort: The internal transportation service was impressively responsive. On one occasion, I called for a buggy and they arrived even before I hung up the phone! 7. Highly Recommended: I strongly recommend this resort to anyone seeking luxury, relaxation, and a unique experience surrounded by nature. Final Note: I would only advise the management to train the front desk staff to handle situations more gracefully. One negative moment should not overshadow the hard work and excellence of the rest of the team.

This hotel has the best location—just steps away from all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Super convenient! The service was amazing—the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend for couples looking for a vibrant and relaxing getaway.

So we have been in Phuket for the last 10 days and this is our third and last accommodation for a three-night stay. Unfortunately, this establishment is one that I will not return to. We had three rooms two garden rooms and one on the hilltop. The two garden rooms had our parents. Upon arrival, the bathrooms were not clean. The garden room bathrooms are not sealed completely so the bathroom temperature is the same as outside throughout their stay. They switched on the ACs to cool it down but it just made the rest of the house even colder. Our parents don't complain in a hurry so they looked passed things that youngsters won't. They did mention something about the drainage in the shower and water coming up from a different pipe so they had to switch the shower off and on so that the bathroom doesn't get flooded with shower water. Sounds crazy by that is what they told me. The hilltop room 3207 No ocean view as the trees blocked the view. Getting up and down was such a hassle, thank God my parents did not get rooms up there. The pool just felt like a mission getting to when staying on the hilltop. Things that stood out despite the high rating: Outdated TV - we didn't switch it on at all. Something from the early 2000s. No charging ports The hilltop shower is one I won't comment on. Old used plastic slippers are given for the room. Could this be a health concern? Oh yeah, the staff are friendly and helpful. But the rooms are outdated, the location of the establishment means traveling to Patong is longer due to the construction. Lastly, from an experience point of view this a below-satisfactory holiday resort that some might say overpriced and rated.

Good location with the Beach, Bangla Road and plenty of restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. Very comfortable bed. Housekeeping seemed slow by comparison to other hotels, but was done by late afternoon. Sliding panels between bathroom and bedroom are a negative, as you hear everything! Overall though a plus and I would stay again.

It's ok to stay just for short time like 2-3 night. We stay at the villa zone, the hotel is old, not much clean, the staff at front not so friendly. When we were in to check in, the staff was not care untill we said we were about to check in then they gave the paper to written our detail. And after that we were back in the front again to ask about wifi, the staff(new one) just point to the signboard without care or looked at us even that time we notice that no other customer. So apart of the hotel is old, the staff front no friendly at all. Just don't understand why they train the front staff like that? Didn't they know this is the service job? Not want them to do anything harder, at least they just should pay attention to the customer or any people they speaking with. Will never book again. Once is enough.

After a frustrating experience at another property, the team at Amora kindly fit us into their last two available rooms—and we couldn’t have been more grateful. Our room was spacious, spotless, and perfectly appointed for our family. Every morning we looked forward to breakfast at Isla Restaurant—fresh, high-quality dishes that set the tone for the day. The entire Isla team went above and beyond, especially to celebrate my birthday. Their genuine warmth made the occasion feel extra special. Our boys spent hours splashing in the pool, and I appreciated the clean, well-equipped gym for a quick workout. The only downside was a single visit to Nora Beach Club, where the food and service didn’t measure up to the rest of the hotel—Isla remains our top dining choice. One small suggestion: an earlier room cleaning schedule would be ideal. Overall, Amora delivered exceptional service, lovely amenities, and true hospitality. We left with happy memories and fully intend to return on our next trip. Thank you, Amora team!
