"What a Lovely Stay! This is actually the first hotel I’ve ever reviewed on Trip.com, and I really wanted to share my experience because this place truly impressed me. The hotel is spacious, clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. Everything feels thoughtfully managed, and the staff are all incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming. They were always happy to help and provided complete and useful information whenever I had questions. The room itself had everything I needed, so I honestly didn’t feel the need to go outside at all. You could easily spend the whole day at the hotel and still have plenty to do. There are working spaces, baking facilities, a swimming pool, ping-pong tables, mountain and island activities, and many other things to enjoy within the property. I especially loved the green spaces around the hotel. The atmosphere is peaceful, refreshing, and really relaxing. There are also bicycles available for free, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable and convenient. The location is another big plus. It’s close to 7-Eleven and various local shops, so getting snacks, drinks, or anything you might need is very easy. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here. The combination of a beautiful and spacious property, friendly staff, great facilities, peaceful surroundings, and a convenient location made my stay really comfortable. "The hotel environment is generally quiet and peaceful. However, when checking out, they were unwilling to grant even a 30-minute late checkout. As for the Shimmer restaurant within the hotel, there's one waitress who seems to have a split personality. Her demeanor and attitude towards white guests and Asian guests are completely different. White guests are allowed to use the beach loungers just by ordering a drink, but when I wanted to, I was told I had to spend a minimum of 3000 Baht. Her attitude was also very poor, almost as if she was interrogating a criminal. The service from everyone else, though, was quite good and friendly."

"Had to extend my stay due to a sudden change in travel plans, so I booked a one-night accommodation. This is hands down my favorite hotel in Phuket Town! It might be off-season, as the bar next door wasn't noisy at night. The room was huge, with two air conditioners and a ceiling fan. The hotel grounds are lush, like a mini botanical garden. Absolutely loved it!"

"This time, I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Thailand. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and check-in was smooth. "We put a lot of thought into choosing our hotel and were so glad we picked the Sawasdee in the end. As soon as you step in from the street, you enter a completely different world. The grounds are beautifully designed – so much greenery and water. Especially in the dark, when everything is wonderfully lit up – just stunning. We had a room with pool access, which was very pleasant. The rooms were spacious and everything was clean. The housekeeping staff were truly working from morning until evening. Breakfast was also excellent. There was something for everyone. You could have scrambled eggs or an omelet freshly prepared. A huge thank you to the lady who made our mornings so delightful every day. There was also fruit and warm Thai dishes, French toast, pancakes – I can't even list everything. Our special thanks also go to the bellboys. They always had a kind word for us, joked around, and gave us tips. We can't praise the entire staff enough. It was truly a unique experience and hopefully not our last. One more thing comes to mind. We had to leave very early due to our schedule and received a wonderful packed lunch. Thank you for that too. Keep up the great work. You can tell you all enjoy your jobs."

"An incredible return visit — Cape Sienna never disappoints This was our second stay at Cape Sienna, and it was every bit as wonderful as the first — maybe even better. We stayed for 9 nights and were sad to leave. What struck us right away was that the staff remembered we were returning guests. That kind of attention to detail says a lot about how this hotel treats its guests, and it made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. The views here are simply amazing — the kind you find yourself stopping to take in every single day, whether from the room, the pool, or the restaurant. Cape Sienna’s hillside position gives it a real edge, and it never gets old. The location is another huge plus. You’re close to everything you’d want — restaurants, beaches, and activities are all within easy reach, so you get the best of both a peaceful retreat and easy access to explore. "The staff provided excellent service. One employee even helped me with my luggage. I was getting my bags out of the car and didn't even see him approach, but he ran over with his own bag on his shoulder and offered to help. I asked him if he had just started his shift, and he said he had already finished for the day. I told him not to worry since he was off duty, but he insisted on helping anyway. I really appreciate his service-minded attitude. The room itself wasn't stuffy, which was good, but there were no slippers provided. Also, after showering, the bathroom gets very damp. There was a dehumidifier in the room, but it didn't seem to do anything. The floor in front of the bathroom was completely wet with water droplets and just felt damp everywhere."

"Pros: The room was clean, though there was a slight musty smell in the hallway. I booked a small room as I was just passing through for some business in the area. The location is excellent; it's close to many popular shops, making it very easy to find food. The parking lot is spacious. Cons: The room seems to be in an old, renovated building. There's no elevator, but it's an easy walk. However, when people walk past the room and talk, you can hear every word. The room offers absolutely no soundproofing; you can hear everything – conversations, footsteps, doors opening and closing. As they say, for the price, expecting too much would be strange."

This stay far exceeded my expectations, highly recommended! The staff were warm and polite, check-in and check-out were very quick, and they patiently answered all my questions. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a very quiet night and a high-quality rest. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, comprehensive toiletries, and stable hot water. Breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted great.

The staff here are all very friendly and extremely enthusiastic. We especially appreciate Rach's proactive and friendly service. Although the lobby is a bit far from the rooms and we had to call the front desk every time we went out or came back, the shuttle service arrived very quickly and never delayed us. Even when we returned late, there were always staff members on standby to drive us back to our room immediately. The hotel provides shuttle services to and from the Old Town and Central Festival. It would be even better if we could take the shuttle to the Old Town and then be picked up from Central Festival on the return trip. The room was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning was excellent, though the water pressure was a bit weak. The hotel environment is quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. I would definitely want to stay at this hotel again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and it was lovely to relax there after a day out. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and Kevin kindly helped us book Phi-phi island trip through the hotel, for which we also received a 10% discount. Everyone was genuinely keen to assist whenever we needed anything. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Graceland Resort—I can’t be any happier. I arrived pretty late at night, and all I asked for was a nice, quiet room. The front desk lady Jenny at that time of night was incredibly considerate and sweet .She upgraded me to a pool room, and I truly appreciate that. Also, there was a lovely cleaning lady Kanyakorn who cleaned me room every day and was very attentive and pleasant , she let me borrowed the iron exceptionally longer period of time😅Overall, I felt taken care of and very welcomed. The service and hospitality were excellent. The breakfast was okay—I’d rate it about 6.7 out of 10—but the hotel itself is beautiful. It has a couple of pools and it’s right on the beach, with many restaurants around. Hotel got a small gym as well which is good enough for few days workout and oh yes they offer complimentary half an hour morning trainings as well which was nice . I also remember a v kind gesture from them i ordered late night food and they forgot to deliver to bring and on being reminded the food and beverage manager felt terribly sorry and wanted to send free meal next day which wasn’t needed for me so I declined politely but they were so sweet they still ended up sending a fruit platter to room.In all , with such great hospitality, I would definitely come back to the hotel. Customer service was awfully wonderful.

Highly impressed with my stay at The Dorm Hostel as a solo traveler. This hostel meets every need! Content: It praises the cleanliness, superb location (convenient for attractions/transport), the friendly and helpful staff (excellent service), and the great amenities (comfortable beds, large lockers, nice common areas). Conclusion: Highly recommend it for solo travelers looking for great value, cleanliness, and a good atmosphere. Will definitely come back!

The studio apartment is very spacious, featuring a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a separate bathroom with a walk-in closet, and 3 air conditioners. The room is equipped with a microwave, a stove, a capsule coffee machine, and cooking utensils. Housekeeping is every two days, but it's best to remind the reception. Beach towels are provided in the room and are replaced during cleaning. There are two buildings and several pools on the property. Guests can use the shuttles from the Laguna area, and there's also a transfer service to Patong. A boat transports guests to the beach every 20 minutes from 8 AM to 12 PM and from 1 PM to 7 PM. You can also take another boat to cruise around the Laguna. On the beach, there are complimentary sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a toilet and shower. Small stalls selling drinks, food, and corn are right on the beach. Stand-up paddleboard rentals are available nearby. The breakfasts are good, offering vegetables, fruits, cheese, pastries, a kids' table, yogurts, an egg station, coffee, beverages, and much more.

Excellent hotel! My child attended many workshops and activities. The staff are caring and attentive, huge thanks to them. There are plenty of sun loungers by the pool, always a spot to relax, and an excellent bar with delicious cocktails. The housekeeping is top-notch; our room was cleaned twice a day and the bed was made. The hotel has a very convenient app with all the information you need, and you can even order extra necessities to your room. I ordered an additional pillow and there were several different types to choose from. The breakfasts are excellent, and on certain days, there are seafood dinners. The buffet includes oysters, crab, shrimp, and hot dishes, all for 1250 baht. We will definitely be back. This is one of the best hotels for our vacation ❤️

The service was incredibly warm and welcoming, and having the 'rabbit car' (shuttle service) was a great help for getting around. We received a complimentary welcome fruit basket on our first day, which was a lovely touch. The hotel also boasts a private beach that remains peaceful and private even during peak season. We'd definitely come back again. The only minor drawback was that the Italian risotto I had was a bit undercooked, quite al dente.

Spectacular views of the sea from the rooms make this resort a winner for feelings of peace and solitude. My room included a ceiling fan and a separate rain shower next to the bath tub. A massive free breakfast buffet starts the day for most guests, with changing options on a daily basis. Before breakfast I walked down the steep driveway to the private beach to swim either in the sea or the small pool next to it. At 7 am there is nobody around. One morning I took out a kayak (one hour free) which had stunning panoramic views. There are two swimming pools by the resort’s main building and both are delightful for swimming and relaxing. Nothing much to do in the evening and the TV channel selection could be expanded with movie channels (e.g., HBO, Cinemax), educational channels like Discovery Asia, and nature channels like BBC Earth and Love Nature. I partook in a 90 minute herbal pack massage which was a bit pricy but very professional. Both lunch and dinner menus have sufficient variety of dishes and food quality was good. Staff were always helpful. In summary, Supalai Scenic Bay Resort is a wonderfully serene experience at a very reasonable room price.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Sunset Beach Resort. The facilities are a bit dated, but they are well maintained, which I truly appreciate. You can tell the resort takes good care of what it has. The location is generally fine, though the beach directly in front of the resort isn’t the best. Patong Beach is about a 300+ meter walk away, which is manageable, just something to note for guests who expect a beachfront swimming spot. The only part that slightly affected our experience was the shuttle service — not a big issue, but a memorable one. On 1 February, around 5:30 PM, we informed the front desk that we needed the 6:30 PM shuttle to Bangla Street. We even confirmed it twice and were told to sit and wait, as the staff would notify us when the shuttle arrived. We made sure they knew exactly where we were waiting. By 7:00 PM, after no update, we went back to the front desk only to be told that the shuttle had already left. The staff apologized and admitted she had overlooked us, and arranged the next shuttle. Nothing serious — just an unexpected extra 30 minutes of “resort relaxation time” we hadn’t planned for. 😊 Still, aside from this hiccup, the stay was comfortable, and with a bit more attention to shuttle coordination, the experience would be even better.
