(private ensuite) pretty good. pros: decent location, walkable to many places. a few shops and many restaurants around the area which is good. really friendly staff and nice cozy interior. easy check ins and check outs. really comfortable bedding. cons: the room looked like it was unfinished because the lights werent installed properly and there were random holes in the walls etc but i didnt really care. the rooms did lack storage like shelves, you get a shampoo/body wash. you can request stuff like hairdryer and more from reception. for housekeeping you do have to ask at reception as well which is a bit of a hassle but its alright.

Slight confusion upon arrival regarding booking confirmation. However that was swiftly dealt with. Room was clean, quiet and warm despite freezing temperatures outside. Nice location, easy transportation to airport and sights. Plenty of kebab shops in the local area with useful supermarkets.

There is a direct bus to the museum island and the Berlin wall nearby. If you don't mind the location, quite a nice place to stay

Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Facilities are great, we used the bar, the luggage storage and the lounge. They even had Christmas specials at the bar and Christmas tree with lights and deco in the lobby, made the place cosy and festive. 🎄 Our room was clean, the towels worn but still usable, the windows could be done with a clean but the beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. We’d definitely come back.

Generally an okay experience. Was initially rather apprehensive about staying here given the bad reviews but the overall experience was not bad and a value for money. The room I stayed in was clean, however some toilets had a strong pee smell to it but this was still okay since I could walk slightly further to use cleaner toilets. I could also see cleaners very regularly every morning working to clean the place, so overall cleanliness is acceptable but very much dependent on your hostel mates. Location was pretty far away from the city centre, however, it was still v accessible to public transportation so that was good. I previously read some reviews about the noise at night at the hostel coming from outside. I found this to be true on some of the nights there as the hostel is right next to a campground where people parked their cars at. They would occasionally blast loud music at night but this didn't bother me too much as I'm a heavy sleeper. The most unnerving thing about the hostel was that overall it would feel unsafe for solo female travellers. I stayed in a private room so I had a rather enjoyable experience. However, I found there to be large groups of older men hanging around the corridors and smoking near the gates late at night. They would also occasionally walk out of the toilets and into the shared corridors in just their underwear so it was quite uncomfortable especially when I had to walk past them. Receptionists were all generally very helpful who even unlocked the laundry room slightly earlier for us to use in the morning. However, we had a bad experience with one receptionist who was rather curt,dismissive and unhelpful. Overall an acceptable stay for the price we paid. However, I would not recommend for long stays ( more than a week) and if u are a solo female traveller.

This hotel is a youth hostel. It is very clean and sanitary. The service staff are very nice. The transportation is very convenient. There is a shopping mall and supermarket in 5 minutes' walk. The Internet Wi-Fi is very good. The bed and mattress are very comfortable. I have slept in six-person and four-person rooms. , the bathroom is also very clean, and the overall feeling is great. The only drawback is that the elevator goes to the 7th floor. If you live on the 8th floor, you have to walk. The rest is great.

The traffic conditions nearby are good. There is a bus stop in 5 minutes, and S-Ban and train station in 10 minutes. However, there seems to be no personal cabinet in the hotel, and items need to be stored at the front desk.

As soon as w you walk in, you know this accommodation has a vibe! The luggage super cool, easy to operate, and free! They even have showers if somebody strolls up stinky before they can check-in. The room was good and the shared bathroom was better than I expected to be honest. The cafe attached had a great meal called ‘The Local’. They even had a guide where to watch matches since I was in town for the 2025 European cup! The only downside was my window faced the courtyard where they sort everyone’s beer bottles in the morning from the night before.

It was good for the price I paid. There was a firealarm twice during my one-week-stay. You can go there, it’s not too bad. I never saw another person in the shared bathroom for instance. The reception is nice but the coffee small for its price. While you can hear in your room everything that is happening in front of it, I never had enough people on my floor to find it too disturbing. It’s a big building. What I really liked was the cozy room, the desk, the arrangement of the light and the sink. I felt at home in the private space.

The location is perfect as well as the rooms. Every room has its own wash basin, every bed its own suit for backpack, etc. Beds don't have curtains, but this is not a huge issue. The furniture and the space designed in special way so you don't feel like your personal space is violated. The key cons is showers. There are no available lockers to keep your clothes before you go to the shower 🚿. So you need to leave your staff on the open space.
