GGuest UserVery satisfied with my stay here, right inside Luzhen. You step out to quaint bridges and flowing water, and it's so peaceful to walk around early in the morning. The room was exquisite, and the butler was very responsive to any issues. The room smelled lovely, and the bathroom was spotless, even with a diffuser. Most importantly, the bar area allowed for brewing tea, and they provided disposable liners for the kettle, which felt very modern and hygienic. My only minor suggestion would be to add a handle to the bathtub for safety.

The hotel's exterior has a modern and elegant design, while the interior decor exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The room itself was clean and tidy, with a soft and comfortable bed and perfectly sized pillows. The bathroom was well-equipped, featuring a strong shower pressure and high-quality toiletries. Complimentary bottled water and snacks were also a thoughtful touch.
The hotel's dining service was equally impressive. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The restaurant environment was elegant, and the staff were friendly and attentive, promptly responding to customer needs.
Furthermore, the hotel provides free Wi-Fi with a stable and fast connection, which is a great convenience for business travelers.

SSunsuntravelOverall, it was a pleasant stay. The service was excellent — all the staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful, which made the experience much more enjoyable. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and everything was smooth during the stay.
The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation, making it easy to get around.
One small downside was the sound insulation. Conversations in the corridor could be heard quite clearly, and noises from the neighboring room, such as showering, were also noticeable. This might be something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper.
That said, the good service really stood out, and overall it offers good value for money.

There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's not far from various attractions, making it very convenient to get around by taxi. The breakfast offers a good variety and is quite decent. GGuest User過年來嵊州旅遊，客觀的説，酒店地理位置不錯，離越秀路和古城牆東前街步行就能到，房間設施衞生都還不錯，但是，重點來了： 1.入住的時候前台給了兩張卡，一張是房卡，一張是取電卡。但是不巧，給我們的取電卡是失效的，導致我們誤把房卡插上取電，出門的時候帶了失效的取電卡。回房間的時候，開了門幾次不行 ，這是一女性服務員，過來看了後，帶着説教的口吻説：這是取電卡，你們拿着取電卡，開一天，這門也打不開的。***!後來她用萬能門卡打開後，發現取電卡確實失效，給我們換了張。這個説教的態度…，大家自行腦補。2.酒店有大型的餐飲宴席，樓面一半是餐飲包房，一半是客房，還有卡拉OK，房間的隔音啊😱，啥曲目聽得一清二楚，夜夜笙歌。所以，如果節假日要來的，大家考慮清楚吧，停車難，環境嘈雜。上述真實客觀評價，供大家參考。
