GGuest UserVery satisfied with my stay here, right inside Luzhen. You step out to quaint bridges and flowing water, and it's so peaceful to walk around early in the morning. The room was exquisite, and the butler was very responsive to any issues. The room smelled lovely, and the bathroom was spotless, even with a diffuser. Most importantly, the bar area allowed for brewing tea, and they provided disposable liners for the kettle, which felt very modern and hygienic. My only minor suggestion would be to add a handle to the bathtub for safety.

GGuest UserAtour continues to impress with its excellent environment, top-notch service, great amenities, and outstanding value for money. This was my first time in Shaoxing, and the location is incredibly convenient, right by the lake, offering amazing air and surroundings. It's also quick to get to the city center by metro in the morning. I returned a bit late, and they were kind enough to extend my check-out until 3 PM. If I get the chance to visit again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

GGuest UserThis hotel boasts a fantastic location, very close to the city center with plenty of amenities nearby and excellent transport links. Major shopping areas and attractions are just a few minutes' walk away.
The hotel's exterior has a modern and elegant design, while the interior decor exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The room itself was clean and tidy, with a soft and comfortable bed and perfectly sized pillows. The bathroom was well-equipped, featuring a strong shower pressure and high-quality toiletries. Complimentary bottled water and snacks were also a thoughtful touch.
The hotel's dining service was equally impressive. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The restaurant environment was elegant, and the staff were friendly and attentive, promptly responding to customer needs.
Furthermore, the hotel provides free Wi-Fi with a stable and fast connection, which is a great convenience for business travelers.

GGuest UserSkipped the Chinese New Year crowds and checked in on Lantern Festival, so it was wonderfully quiet and uncrowded. Even though it's in the city center, it doesn't feel old, cramped, or damp at all. From the exterior to the rooms, every detail is excellent. The biggest surprise was how comfortable the bedding was; it was clean, soft, and I had a great night's sleep. Woke up feeling great in my back, waist, and neck – I'm seriously considering getting one of those pillows! As I was leaving, I checked the bed for anything I might have forgotten and found the duvet was still warm. It's also incredibly lightweight yet super insulating. The owner really put thought into their product selection. Even on a gloomy morning, I saw the cleaning staff meticulously tidying up the rooms, working up a sweat. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends and would happily stay here again if I get the chance. It's also super convenient for walking or cycling to nearby attractions, and there's a bakery and a popular cafe right outside the door, so you can easily enjoy them.

There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's not far from various attractions, making it very convenient to get around by taxi. The breakfast offers a good variety and is quite decent. The facilities seem a bit old but are very clean, offering good value for money.

GGabor87The hotel staff didn't speak any English at all, but they were quite helpful. The room itself wasn't cleaned and there was clearly visible dirt on the carpet, we also got used, dirty and smelly hotel slippers - I asked the staff by using translator to replace it and clean our room because it wasn't cleaned, the promised to do this. They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD

CCherry WeddelI thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the hotel's family room. The spaciousness of the room provided ample space for my family and me to relax comfortably. The firsthand experience was truly delightful, allowing us to create memorable moments together.
While the room boasted a pleasing view, it's worth noting that the positioning of the two beds felt a bit distant, which could be improved for a more cohesive family experience. The sliding bathroom door posed a minor inconvenience as it wasn't the easiest to navigate, and I found myself struggling with it at times. Another minor drawback was the absence of shelves or storage options within the shower area, making it a bit challenging to keep our toiletries organized.
Despite these minor shortcomings, our overall experience in the family room was positive. The spaciousness and engaging atmosphere certainly outweighed the small inconveniences we encountered. We left with fond memories of our time there and would consider returning in the future.

GGuest UserWell located for Indian travelers as it is close to the Indian restaurants but the hotel has now become old although some rooms have been renovated but some are still the same old ones so if you are lucky to get the new renovated rooms then your stay experience should be good but if you get the old ones then your experience will be nothing but average.also found a cockroach in my room on the day when I was suppose to leave which means that they need to work on their cleanliness.
