Parking is super convenient with the hotel's exclusive parking lot, which is a huge plus for self-driving tourists – no need to stress about finding a spot, and it feels safe and secure. What really stands out is the service, from the warm and efficient check-in process where the front desk proactively helped us get our preferred room, to every staff member we encountered who greeted us with a smile. Any requests were handled incredibly quickly. The attention to detail truly shows how much care they put in, making us feel really welcome.

The room was spotless and the bedding was comfortable. I especially loved that the bath towels were individually packaged – a great touch! The service was just right, and it was so nice to enjoy a quiet bowl of congee late at night. Breakfast was well-balanced and tasty. The laundry room was also clean and well-organized.

The bathroom was well-equipped, featuring a strong shower pressure and high-quality toiletries. Complimentary bottled water and snacks were also a thoughtful touch. The hotel's dining service was equally impressive. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. This is one of the better hotels in Shaoxing, with excellent facilities across the board. Its biggest advantage is its proximity to Lu Xun's Former Residence and Shen Garden – it's literally at the best and closest spot right at the entrance of the scenic area, and also close to the subway. Regarding the accommodation, we booked a garden view courtyard room on the first floor. It was very convenient, saving us from constantly taking the elevator. There were a few more mosquitoes and it was a bit humid, but thankfully, we had two sunny days during our stay. Upon arrival, we noticed the bathroom sink was clogged, but the hotel promptly cleared it after we notified them, which was great. Now, about the restaurant. The menu wasn't extensive, but we tried some famous local dishes like Shaoxing Sanxian, Dongpo Pork, Stinky Tofu, and Drunken Fish. The dining service here is quite different from what you'd find in southern Guangdong. We weren't offered tea after sitting down; when we asked about it, the waiter just brought three bowls for tea. There were no napkins either. Basically, they don't offer anything unless you ask. After dinner, when we requested toothpicks, they pulled out a handful of loose ones and gave us one or two. It's hard to associate this kind of service with a five-star hotel. Perhaps for a second-tier city, this is as good as it gets, so one shouldn't expect too much!

The hotel was very clean, and the large parking lot had a great ambiance. The lobby was bright and tidy, giving the impression that events are often held there, yet it was never chaotic, always well-organized. This time, I came with my family for a concert and some sightseeing. The hotel's proximity to the concert venue was incredibly convenient. Plus, they gave us a small photo card of A-Pu when we checked in! After the concert, they even prepared a tea break with snacks in the lobby, which was a really thoughtful touch! The front desk staff were all super helpful and friendly. It was so easy and pleasant to borrow an umbrella when it rained. They always seemed busy, but they'd listen carefully to requests and eagerly assist, providing excellent service every time!

No strange smells in the room, new facilities, and excellent soundproofing. The staff were incredibly attentive, offering warm tea upon arrival and always greeting us politely – the service was superb! Room service was quick, the cleanliness was top-notch, and the bedding was comfortable. Laundry was convenient, and the 'Zhuju' (bamboo lounge/area) was elegant. The late-night congee was comforting, and breakfast was plentiful. The shower, TV, and air conditioning all worked perfectly. Invoice processing was smooth, and the in-room amenities were high quality. Highly recommended! They even lent us a pet stroller when they saw we had our dog, which meant we could eat in the restaurant for the next few days without any complaints or being turned away. Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic!

Kaiyuan Guantang hotels have never disappointed, and this stay at Dayu Kaiyuan Guantang was just as excellent! The hotel is nestled at the foot of Dayu Ling mountain and is essentially an ancient village, a vivid depiction of small bridges, flowing water, and homes—a perfect place to relax and unwind! They have shuttle carts, and the staff service is exceptional and very warm-hearted! They helped us with our luggage and even pushed the wheelchair for the elderly. Special thanks to Xiao Du (Du Jingchao), Xiao Zhu (Zhu Biao), and other service staff who ensured we were always picked up and dropped off precisely where we needed to be! They left us with no worries! Xiao Lü's follow-up call was also very thoughtful! This vacation was truly wonderful and delightful!

The hotel has both positive and negative aspects. The room was spacious and comfortable, which was definitely a plus. However, there were several issues that affected my stay. First, the air conditioning was quite noisy, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. The bathtub also had a leakage problem, so it could not really be used for a relaxing soak. Another major concern was the noise every morning. My room was located on the 17th floor, directly below the canteen on the 18th floor. From early morning onwards, there were constant sounds of tables and chairs being dragged across the floor, which was very disruptive and made it hard to rest. Housekeeping service was also disappointing. There was no “Do Not Disturb” door hanger provided in the room. Even when I turned on the Do Not Disturb light, housekeeping staff still knocked on my door repeatedly to ask if I wanted the room cleaned. On one occasion, staff knocked loudly at around 9 a.m. while I was still sleeping, which was quite annoying. On the positive side, the hotel offers self-service laundry facilities. The washing machines cleaned clothes well and the dryers worked effectively. There is also a gym with good equipment, as well as snooker and table tennis facilities, which provided enjoyable recreational options during the stay. Overall, the facilities were good, but the noise and housekeeping issues need improvement.

First of all, the location is good, walking to Dongqian Street and Yuexiu Road is within 15 minutes, there is also a Powerlong Plaza diagonally opposite. Secondly, there is a separate parking lot, which is more friendly to friends who drive by themselves. It is good to enter the license plate at the front desk when you check in. You can enter and exit unlimited times during your stay. The hotel decoration hardware is relatively old, but fortunately the room is cleaned very clean and relatively quiet. Overall, it is good and the price is quite high. Their slippers are recycled, not disposable items, you can bring your own slippers if you mind.

The B&B has a beautiful environment and the rooms are warm and comfortable. The host is hospitable and the service is attentive. It is convenient to travel around and experience the local customs. It’s a wonderful place to stay while traveling and highly recommended!
