This was one of the most satisfying hotels we chose for our trip. What really impressed me was the hotel's motto: 'Humanized details!', visible at the front desk, in the rooms, and even on the key cards. This principle was fully reflected in the staff's service and the room's amenities. It was my first time experiencing staff showing us the room beforehand to see if we were satisfied; my first time seeing special hooks under the air conditioning vent for guests to hang clothes; and the upgraded room even came with a massage chair, simple fitness equipment, various fast-charging cables, and an adjustable tea table... The front desk also offered various flavors of free popsicles, which could be delivered to the room with just a phone call! Everything was geared towards guest service at this hotel, truly living up to its name, 'Source of Warmth!' It would be absolutely perfect if the breakfast could be improved a bit more. 🤓👍

The hotel is in a bustling street, parking is convenient, transportation is convenient, the front desk staff is warmly received, and the service is very good. The hotel room is clean and tidy, the service is good, the breakfast is many, and the taste is OK. If you rush to Xianglu Peak on the first day of the new year, it is very convenient to stay at the hotel for one night. There are many parking spaces inside the hotel and it is convenient to travel by car. There are not many places to eat around, so you have to drive to nearby shopping malls or streets to eat.

While the room boasted a pleasing view, it's worth noting that the positioning of the two beds felt a bit distant, which could be improved for a more cohesive family experience. The sliding bathroom door posed a minor inconvenience as it wasn't the easiest to navigate, and I found myself struggling with it at times. Another minor drawback was the absence of shelves or storage options within the shower area, making it a bit challenging to keep our toiletries organized. Despite these minor shortcomings, our overall experience in the family room was positive. The spaciousness and engaging atmosphere certainly outweighed the small inconveniences we encountered. We left with fond memories of our time there and would consider returning in the future.

Traveled many times, this store is the best! It is the only hotel that can't find any problems. All details are very user-friendly. For example, taking a bath, not only the water heat is large, but also sitting and adjusting to any position. The design of the drying clothes rack is very reasonable. The quality of the staff is high and the service is good. You can imagine that the boss is a high IQ, hardworking and capable person. Next time you come to Xinchang, you will still live here!

The room was quite small but affordable. The hallway, however, had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the soundproofing was poor. I could clearly hear conversations and phone calls from next door, as well as snoring. You'll understand once you stay there.

As a cycling enthusiast, I am simply too satisfied. Very new and clean, very smooth and comfortable to ride. The procedures in front of the hotel are very simple and fast, the staff is very enthusiastic and professional] help me choose the car, debugging the height, and the charge is cheap. The best thing is the hotel's carefully prepared riding road map! The leisure route around the lake is about 4 kilometers, very safe, and the scenery is beautiful. You can see the lake along the road. The map guide is clear, so you don't have to worry about getting lost. Cycling along the lake in the morning, the breeze is blowing, the birds and flowers are fragrant, so pleasant! The hotel room was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the service staff were generally enthusiastic] was also satisfactory.  If you like riding, or want to try a relaxing and enjoyable ride, Huazhu Village Shengzhou Hot Spring Lake Resort is definitely the ideal choice! Professional facilities, intimate service and excellent route planning make riding the most memorable part of this stay. Highly recommended, will come again next time!
