This was one of the most satisfying hotels we chose for our trip. What really impressed me was the hotel's motto: 'Humanized details!', visible at the front desk, in the rooms, and even on the key cards. This principle was fully reflected in the staff's service and the room's amenities. It was my first time experiencing staff showing us the room beforehand to see if we were satisfied; my first time seeing special hooks under the air conditioning vent for guests to hang clothes; and the upgraded room even came with a massage chair, simple fitness equipment, various fast-charging cables, and an adjustable tea table... The front desk also offered various flavors of free popsicles, which could be delivered to the room with just a phone call! Everything was geared towards guest service at this hotel, truly living up to its name, 'Source of Warmth!' It would be absolutely perfect if the breakfast could be improved a bit more. 🤓👍

This time I stayed at Boya Hotel Luxiao Road and I was very satisfied. The cleaning and cleaning are in place, the rooms are cleaned everywhere, the bathroom is clean and refreshing; the hotel is very soundproofed, the corridors are walking, and the outdoor traffic is effectively isolated, and the quality of sleep is very good. The service is intimate, the supporting facilities are complete, there is free freshly ground coffee, and there are free tea bags. The environment is good, very quiet and very suitable for living. Hotel service attitude is very good both day and night. Transportation to the city is also very convenient to take a taxi. Overall very good.

There are spider webs everywhere 🕸, the air-conditioning hole is connected to the window glass curtain and cannot be closed. The sanitation is too poor, just like the guesthouse 30 years ago. The owner should strengthen the sanitation work in the future.

The front desk service was good, the room was spacious, there was a rooftop swimming pool, the breakfast was rich, there was a large supermarket nearby, and there were a variety of dining options. There was a charging station at the entrance of the supermarket downstairs, which was very convenient, and charging was very cheap during specific time periods.

There was a slight hiccup during check-in, probably because the hotel doesn't host many foreign tourists normally. However, the front desk staff, and a gentleman (not sure if he was the manager 😂) were all incredibly warm, friendly, and had excellent attitudes. The room, cleanliness, and basic amenities and facilities were all up to par for a hotel in this price range. While there wasn't anything particularly outstanding, their great service and warm hospitality definitely made up for any minor shortcomings. The hotel's location is truly excellent. There are many good restaurants nearby, and it's very convenient to get to the theater and supermarket. There are also bus stops nearby, making transportation very easy. Overall, it was quite good.

I have to praise this hotel, good quality and cheap, service leverage. Because the upstairs is being renovated, the front desk lady took the initiative to help upgrade the room and arrange it to a quiet room. There is an underground garage downstairs and parking is very convenient. The merchant service is thoughtful and the after-sales processing is timely.
