Guest UserVery satisfied with my stay here, right inside Luzhen. You step out to quaint bridges and flowing water, and it's so peaceful to walk around early in the morning. The room was exquisite, and the butler was very responsive to any issues. The room smelled lovely, and the bathroom was spotless, even with a diffuser. Most importantly, the bar area allowed for brewing tea, and they provided disposable liners for the kettle, which felt very modern and hygienic. My only minor suggestion would be to add a handle to the bathtub for safety.

The rooms are quite spacious, and they even offer fruit porridge. Parking is super convenient with the hotel's exclusive parking lot, which is a huge plus for self-driving tourists – no need to stress about finding a spot, and it feels safe and secure. What really stands out is the service, from the warm and efficient check-in process where the front desk proactively helped us get our preferred room, to every staff member we encountered who greeted us with a smile. Any requests were handled incredibly quickly. The attention to detail truly shows how much care they put in, making us feel really welcome.

Guest UserI recently booked the New Century Grand Hotel through Ctrip for my trip to Shaoxing, and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The hotel just opened in 2024, so the facilities are brand new. The rooms are incredibly spacious, with even the standard rooms starting at 50 square meters. The new Chinese-style decor feels very high-quality. The location is also super convenient; the Meishan Square subway station is right downstairs, and it's just a few stops to Lu Xun's former residence, making sightseeing a breeze. Plus, it's not in a noisy downtown area, so it's very quiet.
The service deserves special praise. Even before check-in, a service manager proactively added me on WeChat to communicate my needs, register my license plate, and help reserve a room. The entire check-in process was incredibly smooth. The housekeeping was spotless and thorough, making for a very comfortable stay.
The breakfast and dining options really highlighted Shaoxing's local flavors. I got to try authentic 'one city, one flavor' dishes, including local snacks like preserved vegetable pancakes and steamed buns. The braised duck and Shaoxing three delicacies also have a great reputation. Jinghu Wetland Park is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, which was lovely for a post-dinner stroll. All in all, it's a fantastic value for money choice for a trip to Shaoxing.

Guest UserI specifically booked the Wyndham Zhuji Oriental while chasing my idol in Zhuji. As a fan of Lu Mu, this hotel was the most comfortable part of my entire trip, so I have to give it a big shout-out!
The location is absolutely perfect, very close to the venue, so traveling back and forth wasn't tiring at all – super convenient for idol chasers. What truly impressed me was the comfort of the stay. The room was spacious and bright, the cleanliness was impeccable, the bedding was soft and thick, and the mattress was just the right firmness. After continuously waiting outside and running around, I could just hit the bed and fall into a deep sleep, getting excellent quality rest. The room's soundproofing was also great; I wasn't disturbed by people coming and going outside, allowing me to fully recover.
The service was an even bigger bonus. All the staff were gentle and polite, clearly understanding that a large number of fans were visiting. Their attitude was accommodating and thoughtful. Check-in was very efficient, and any requests were met with a quick response. They were also very friendly when they saw us with our fan support items, not interrogating us unnecessarily, which was incredibly pleasant. Even returning to the hotel late at night, I felt a strong sense of warmth; the attention to detail was evident everywhere.
Chasing idols is already tough, so finding such a comfortable and human-centric hotel is truly rare. If I come back to Zhuji to see the trainees again, Wyndham will still be my top choice. I highly recommend it to all fellow idol-chasing sisters!

The location is good in the scenic area, the hotel facilities and the price are still not matched, the hotel does not provide services such as dining and coffee. Breakfast is provided, breakfast is the same for two days. These hopes can be improved in the future. The service is not bad. In general, if you want to enjoy rapeseed flowers and cherry blossoms in the season, you can still stay at this homestay.

MinipangNestled in a thousand-year-old village at the foot of Kuaiji Mountain, by the Yu River, Shaoxing Dayu Kaiyuan Guantang's two-bedroom garden-view family villa brings the poetic charm of Jiangnan waterside life right into your vacation. ✨
The entire villa is artfully arranged according to the ancient village's layout, with white walls, dark gray tiles, and upturned eaves. The wooden beams and pillars still retain the raw, textural warmth of the old village. The first floor features a bright living room connected to a small courtyard. The courtyard, paved with flagstones in the corner, has clumps of bamboo and banana plants. You can brew a pot of Shaoxing Longjing tea and comfortably relax all afternoon. The breeze blows through, carrying the damp scent of grass and trees, slowing down even your breathing.
Following the wooden stairs, the second floor quietly holds two independent bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The solid wood furniture, paired with New Chinese soft furnishings, creates an antique charm without sacrificing modern comfort, ensuring everyone in the family enjoys their stay.
The most captivating moment is when you open the window – nearby, you see the lush green of various courtyards, and looking up, you can gaze upon the verdant peaks of Kuaiji Mountain. Morning mist drifts over the dark mountain ridges, and in the evening, returning birds flutter their wings past the treetops. Even the light and shadow carry the unique softness of Jiangnan. After nightfall, the ancient village becomes especially tranquil, with only the low hum of insects circling the window frames. Completely removed from the city's hustle and bustle, you sleep exceptionally soundly. Breakfast was plentiful; the fermented bean curd was simply divine!

IrisChoosing Anlan Xinchang for the Dragon Boat Festival, I got to relax amidst the misty mountain wilderness.
For a domestic mountain retreat hotel, it's really quite good. Some minor imperfections weren't deal-breakers for me, as my main needs were all met.
Our butler, Leo, was enthusiastic, attentive, and responsible, always communicating and providing a truly home-away-from-home service. He reminded us to climb the Cloud Ladder to see the sea of clouds. When we left, in addition to the hotel's souvenir, he specially prepared a large portion of pastries and fruits, as well as a goodie bag for the child. He was incredibly thoughtful from before our arrival until our departure! Huge thumbs up!
The buggy was also available on call, even during the Dragon Boat Festival, and arrived very quickly.
The room cleaning aunties were also warm and smiling. Despite the rain, they diligently changed linens and provided supplies, and every evening we received Madeleines and different drinks, like iced mung bean soup and iced black tea.
Every staff member at the hotel was enthusiastic and attentive.
The breakfast variety was sufficient for our family. I highly recommend the noodle bar's soup noodles; both the Zha Mian and handmade noodles were delicious.
Most importantly, the natural scenery is truly spectacular. Whether it's the lush greenery or the streams and waterfalls of the Hanfei River, it's full of wild charm and a sense of seclusion.
Anlan's location is excellent, right in the Nineteen Peaks scenic area. It was very convenient to spend time at the hotel daily and then drive out for excursions. Taking the kids on the mini-train and climbing the Cloud Ladder for panoramic views was a great experience. The Cloud Ladder even has air conditioning, which was very comfortable. The only regret was that our planned stream trekking on the last day was canceled due to heavy rain the night before making the water too turbulent for safety reasons, but we can always go back next time.
The kids really enjoyed playing in the kids' club and the infinity pool. The only minor inconvenience with the infinity pool was having to go to the building upstairs to get towels.
[The hotel's dinner was also delicious, with fresh and flavorful ingredients that showcased local specialties.

Anonymous UserVery satisfied with this hotel! The facilities are excellent, with a fantastic gym and swimming pool. Breakfast was also great, offering a delicious and plentiful spread including omelets. I regret not taking photos! The room was spacious and very comfortable; I didn't want to check out. It was a wonderful stay, and I'll definitely choose this Novotel again next time I'm in Shaoxing for business. I highly recommend it to everyone!

We stayed at this resort for a two-night, three-day trip, and while the building and location were visually impressive, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially for international travelers.
First, the golf course was not well-maintained and did not resemble the pristine images shown online. Additionally, while the archery court was fine, it lacked proper safety protections, making it a concern for families traveling with young children.
Despite being branded as an Italian resort, there was no functioning Italian restaurant during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Even though the breakfast was really good, the food options for lunch and dinner were very limited, especially for non-Chinese guests. As visitors from Nepal, we found it difficult to enjoy the meals, and one member of our group who is vegetarian struggled even more to find suitable food options. There were no alternative dining options nearby, so if you don’t bring snacks or food with you, your choices are extremely restricted.
Another challenge was the language barrier. Only one staff member could speak basic English, which made communication quite difficult at times.
While the venue might be suitable for events like weddings or photoshoots due to its scenic appearance, it’s not ideal for a relaxing getaway unless you come with your own activities planned. Without that, there isn’t much to do onsite, and the lack of entertainment, food variety, and language support made the experience feel isolating.
Overall, this resort has potential, especially in terms of architecture and ambiance, but it still needs significant improvements in service, food, and international accessibility to truly be welcoming for global guests.
