GGuest UserVery satisfied with my stay here, right inside Luzhen. You step out to quaint bridges and flowing water, and it's so peaceful to walk around early in the morning. The room was exquisite, and the butler was very responsive to any issues. The room smelled lovely, and the bathroom was spotless, even with a diffuser. Most importantly, the bar area allowed for brewing tea, and they provided disposable liners for the kettle, which felt very modern and hygienic. My only minor suggestion would be to add a handle to the bathtub for safety.

GGuest UserNestled deep within the lush, emerald embrace of the Zhuji Mountains, my recent stay at this charming, honesty-style resort was nothing short of magical. Surrounded by whispering bamboo groves and crisp mountain air, the resort seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern comfort, offering a tranquil retreat from the bustle of everyday life. The resort’s cozy yet elegantly designed rooms [Tree top rooms and RVs] provided a haven of relaxation, with large windows framing the serene bamboo forest. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the exceptional care from the housekeeping team. A special shoutout to Xiao Luo, whose attentiveness and warm demeanor made us feel genuinely pampered. From thoughtfully sharing local tips, her dedication embodied the resort’s commitment to hospitality. As a pet owner, I was thrilled by the resort’s pet-friendly ethos. Our furry companion was welcomed with treats, a comfy bed, and even a playful toy! Beyond that, the resort curated delightful activities: guided hikes through misty trails, flower-picking in sun-dappled meadows, and complimentary photo shoots at scenic hilltop vistas. The photographers expertly captured the beauty of the landscape, leaving us with timeless memories. This resort is a gem for those seeking solace in nature without sacrificing comfort. Whether you’re hiking through bamboo forests, bonding over a sunset barbecue, or simply unwinding to the symphony of rustling leaves, every moment feels thoughtfully crafted. Combined with the warmth of staff like Xiao Luo and their genuine care for guests (and pets!), this stay was unforgettable. Highly recommended for nature enthusiasts, pet owners, and anyone craving a rejuvenating escape with a touch of magic.

GGuest UserI'd been eyeing this hotel for years, and finally, after all that time, I got to stay there. Overall, I was extremely satisfied. The hotel's service was excellent; all the staff, from top to bottom, were incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable. I could barely find anything to fault. The hotel's rose and moonflower walls were blooming beautifully and freely. The birds, squirrels, goats, and koi fish roamed around, all living their lives freely. Combined with the clear stream, stone bridges, and traditional boats of the ancient village, it felt incredibly natural and untouched, truly tranquil and full of Jiangnan charm. It's a rare sanctuary in the middle of a bustling city. The only minor drawback was that some of the smaller amenities, like the bedding, could use improvement. The quality of the pillows and linens was even inferior to what you'd find in a chain budget hotel, and the towels were a bit old. The shower pressure wasn't great either. However, despite that, I still highly recommend it! If you come during the off-season, the environment is superb, the location is good, the service is outstanding, and the value for money is incredible.

FFr1edlichFacilities: This is the first time I stayed in a hotel in the Anlan series. As one of the top luxury hotels in Zhejiang, Xinchang Anlan did a very good job. The public area of the hotel is truly secluded and just right to meet the needs of general passenger flow. However, the only drawback is that the facilities in the room are average. The TV is in the living room, which is not very viewable. There are only Mango TV and channels, and the screen cannot be projected. There is no TV in the guest room. Secondly, the shower facilities are not adjustable, and the toiletries are also relatively ordinary, but considering the hotel's room price, it can be weighed. Service: The hotel's manual training is very good, the service is mature, the hotel area is large, and a shuttle bus is required for pick-up and drop-off. The hotel's shuttle service is fast. After receiving the notice, it will be in place in two or three minutes. The housekeeper Zoey is enthusiastic and introduces the hotel's facilities and services in detail, so that you know everything here. The check-in process is super smooth, and there is no need to worry about any problems. It rained that day. After swimming, I was ready to try the hotel's cloud ladder to have dinner in the village on the mountain. After arriving at the cloud ladder, the shuttle bus staff saw that we didn't bring an umbrella and kindly took an umbrella for us.

GGuest UserThis hidden gem of a hotel, nestled at the foot of Kuaiji Mountain, boasts an amazing ecosystem and is perfect for a weekend getaway. The rooms are spacious and exquisitely designed. The service exceeded all expectations – we received a welcome tea and snacks, tremella soup, afternoon tea, and a complimentary dinner for two, which truly showed their sincerity. Our butler contacted us in advance to help plan our itinerary and offered thoughtful reminders. The staff at Shenlu also proactively informed us that we could choose between a set meal or afternoon tea for each of our two rooms.

GGuest UserI've always stayed at the Hilton every time I went back to Zhuji. I'm thinking about checking in at Yunmanju this time. I just checked out, and here's a few things to share: 1. The hotel's overall environment is nice. The gardens and landscaping are quite impressive, showing meticulous care and a high level of aesthetic taste. While the rooms are simply decorated, they're not dull. The materials and amenities are good. The toiletries aren't brand-name; they're quite ordinary. The hair dryer is a Dyson imitation, the toilet is a Kohler smart, and the basin and faucet are likely other generic brands. It happened to rain during my stay, which made the air feel nice and the spring greenery lush. It was a great place to relax. 2. The environment and amenities are quite nice, but the service is a letdown: This hotel's management and service feel like they're putting on a brave face. It looks like they have everything, but they often offer things you don't need, and they don't provide what you need. 1) I checked in at 7 PM, and it took 30 minutes to get through to the front desk. I wanted a latex pillow, but they didn't have one. 2) Breakfast was a pre-packaged portion per person, with no options. It consisted of half a head of corn, a boiled egg, a piece of cake, a few slices of watermelon, a bowl of white fungus, and a bowl of noodles. The white fungus soup was delicious. Since I don't eat cake or fruit, I asked for another bowl of white fungus soup, but they said they didn't have any. My meal time was before 8 AM, so I only made two bowls. 3) When I asked why my room didn't have a bathrobe, they said they only provided bathrobes in higher-priced rooms (I booked a Duyun Room on Ctrip, and they upgraded me to a Duyun Balcony Room). This was completely shocking; this was the first time I'd heard of a hotel providing bathrobes depending on the room rate. 4) The room also supposedly included the first complimentary mini-bar (a grapefruit juice, a Yuanqi water, or something like that, and two 250ml bottles of Baishuishan mineral water), a small bucket of potato chips, two bags of Three Squirrels Daily Nuts, tea bags, drip coffee, and more. (There was no capsule coffee machine.) There was also a large, approximately 1L bottle of Baishuishan mineral water. After I finished drinking the mineral water, I asked for more, but the hotel said they charge for it. It's just regular mineral water. Is that necessary? 3. Also, there's a sign in the hotel lobby: It basically says the hotel area is for consumption, so if you don't want to spend money, don't come here. Ugh... are all artists so petty? Last night, I had planned to stay with friends for a few days during the Qingming Festival holiday. Now I'm thinking Hilton or Parkview Green. At least their service is top-notch, and they won't get mad at you over a few bottles of mineral water. Many hotels even offer mineral water upon check-out. Hot tea upon arrival, water upon departure. Are you really that aloof?

LLanyouyouyoyoThe most successful off-peak May Day travel, it is quiet, peaceful and comfortable here, very suitable for slow life Retro Italian castle style, children like it very much, the room is also equipped with a Philips coffee machine, welcome fruit, the reception center to the room has a sightseeing bus that can be picked up at any time, there is a large lawn, very suitable for team building activities The restaurant ordered 5 dishes for dinner, which were exquisitely made and tasted very good. The chef was attentive Activities: You can barbecue, horseback riding, archery, and the children's playground is on the third floor of the reception room Surroundings: We drove to Shangwang Village, where there is a good restaurant in the past, and the attractions in Shangwang Village are still under development and construction.
