The breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, and it's right next to Baolong Plaza! Overall, it was a very comfortable trip!"

"Traveling with kids, the main goal is to avoid unnecessary detours. The hotel's location is excellent; you can take a Wupeng boat right outside, and it's not far from any of the attractions. It might have been the Qingming holiday, so the breakfast area was quite crowded, but every staff member was very diligent and responsible, and the food was replenished promptly. On the last day, there were probably fewer tourists, and the supervisor at the restaurant's front desk and Sister Xiao Yan even made beautiful yogurts for us. We were very happy ❤️"

What really stands out is the service, from the warm and efficient check-in process where the front desk proactively helped us get our preferred room, to every staff member we encountered who greeted us with a smile. Any requests were handled incredibly quickly. The attention to detail truly shows how much care they put in, making us feel really welcome."

3300598****Five-star review! I wholeheartedly recommend the Shaoxing Wenduyuan Hotel. I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Shaoxing, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! As soon as I entered the lobby, I could smell roasted sweet potatoes. Eating a warm one instantly melted away most of my travel fatigue. The room size was incredibly generous, not cramped at all. What really impressed me was that the room actually had a massage chair and a massage gun! After a day of exploring the ancient city, a massage was pure bliss. These little details really added to the experience. The 28-yuan breakfast also exceeded expectations. It had a good variety and was very satisfying – incredible value for money. The hygiene was also top-notch, making my stay very comfortable. They even upgraded us to a better room for free, with a view of Mirror Lake, which was a delightful surprise upon check-in. They also provided disposable toilet seat covers and disposable bath towels. The most unique feature was a row of hooks in front of the air conditioning vent, perfect for hanging clothes. With the air conditioner heating, it also helped dry clothes – truly a two-in-one solution. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Shaoxing. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I sincerely recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserStaying at this secluded mountain retreat, nestled amidst misty peaks, was a great experience! The butler-style service was incredibly attentive. Gerry added me on WeChat in advance and was always responsive to my questions. The shuttle bus was available on demand. Upon arrival, we received complimentary welcome fruits, and in the evening, they delivered goodnight snacks. At checkout, they even prepared farewell treats. The sense of ceremony and attention to detail were excellent. The hotel's free travel photography service was also quite good, though my child was eager to return to the room and wasn't very cooperative. The popular 'Cliff Cloud Ladder' takes you directly to the mountaintop, and from there, you can walk along steps to reach Xiayanbei Village, enjoying expansive views all the way.

GGuest UserThis hidden gem of a hotel, nestled at the foot of Kuaiji Mountain, boasts an amazing ecosystem and is perfect for a weekend getaway. The rooms are spacious and exquisitely designed. The service exceeded all expectations – we received a welcome tea and snacks, tremella soup, afternoon tea, and a complimentary dinner for two, which truly showed their sincerity. Our butler contacted us in advance to help plan our itinerary and offered thoughtful reminders. The staff at Shenlu also proactively informed us that we could choose between a set meal or afternoon tea for each of our two rooms.

The hotel breakfast was average, and the wonton was delicious. The disadvantages are as follows. The room was good overall, but some higher places were dusty.
