My stay this time was incredibly comfortable. The room was spotless, and the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—perfect for relaxing and getting a full night's sleep. The mini-fridge in the room was really convenient for chilling drinks and fruit. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were very pleasant. The hot water in the bathroom was consistent, and the soundproofing was also quite good. Overall, it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone traveling.

Great facility, Great location, Great food, Great service and Great view.
Stayed three nights there with no problem at all.
The place is clean and the staff are very friendly.
Two minutes walk from Keqiao Ancient Town for evening chill and Five to Ten minutes walk from Textile Markets depending on your textile needs
The breakfast menu is same for all day but the taste was great.
The receptionists are not very well in English but always ready to help your needs. Room Service was so great.
The view from our room is not very well but can see the canal and the old home.

Facilities: The facilities are complete, the rooms are spacious, and the kids loved the tatami beds. The baseboard heater was always on, so we basically didn't need to turn on the air conditioning. Hot water was plentiful.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness was good, with no major flaws.
Environment: The environment is first-class. It's the only guesthouse located within the Keyan Scenic Area, so guests don't need to buy tickets to enter the scenic area. It's perfect for families to book during holidays, allowing you to enjoy the scenic views privately before the morning and evening rush hours.
Service: The manager is very professional, a smart and hardworking young man, and extremely enthusiastic in his service. During our stay, we even encountered the owner's wedding procession and received some wedding candy. The owner must be a very good person to be able to hire such excellent staff.

Guest UserHuge thanks to the hotel! We arrived at 1:30 PM and were immediately given a room. The lowest floor is the 2nd, and initially, we were given a room there. It had a bit of a damp smell, so they kindly moved us to the 3rd floor, which I really appreciated. They also allowed us a late checkout.
The large balcony with panoramic lake views was incredibly expansive and breathtakingly beautiful! This room type is rectangular, with two glass sliding doors creating three distinct areas: a small living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The room also offered lake views. The TV facing the bed can cast content and is retractable; if you're not watching TV, it can be lowered into the cabinet, allowing for an even more continuous and expansive lake view from the room. The bed is 2 meters wide, and the duvet is large enough that we didn't disturb each other's sleep. The whole room is smart-home enabled, which was great. It's perfect for two people, but not suitable for an extra bed as there's no space, and there's only one bathroom. It's also not ideal for working or studying on a computer, as there's no desk and chair, only very low tables and chairs perfect for tea.
The Chinese restaurant requires reservations; you leave your phone number, and they call you when a table is available. I found both the Chinese restaurant and the breakfast to have excellent, top-notch ingredients and superb culinary skills. I didn't try the buffet at the Western restaurant.
The outdoor infinity pool, facing the lush green mountains, was also beautiful. There's an indoor pool too. The room had a capsule coffee machine, a tea set, and a well-stocked mini-bar. They even provided Western dinner plates, knives, forks, and napkins in the room, which was a very thoughtful touch.
The bathroom is divided into three areas: the bathtub and double vanity area, the shower room, and the toilet cubicle. The toilet cubicle, no matter how much it was cleaned, still had a persistent foul smell. I think this is the only, and quite serious, downside. The cleaning staff thoughtfully provided us with a disposable toilet seat cover.
It would be better if guests with pets were assigned to a specific area of rooms, rather than pets being allowed in every room. While pets are cute, we're not very comfortable staying in rooms that have housed pets. No matter how thoroughly it's cleaned, you can't guarantee that every corner won't retain the scent of furry friends – for instance, the strong urine smell in the toilet cubicle, I wonder if that was it. I found it quite off-putting.

IrisChoosing Anlan Xinchang for the Dragon Boat Festival, I got to relax amidst the misty mountain wilderness.
For a domestic mountain retreat hotel, it's really quite good. Some minor imperfections weren't deal-breakers for me, as my main needs were all met.
Our butler, Leo, was enthusiastic, attentive, and responsible, always communicating and providing a truly home-away-from-home service. He reminded us to climb the Cloud Ladder to see the sea of clouds. When we left, in addition to the hotel's souvenir, he specially prepared a large portion of pastries and fruits, as well as a goodie bag for the child. He was incredibly thoughtful from before our arrival until our departure! Huge thumbs up!
The buggy was also available on call, even during the Dragon Boat Festival, and arrived very quickly.
The room cleaning aunties were also warm and smiling. Despite the rain, they diligently changed linens and provided supplies, and every evening we received Madeleines and different drinks, like iced mung bean soup and iced black tea.
Every staff member at the hotel was enthusiastic and attentive.
The breakfast variety was sufficient for our family. I highly recommend the noodle bar's soup noodles; both the Zha Mian and handmade noodles were delicious.
Most importantly, the natural scenery is truly spectacular. Whether it's the lush greenery or the streams and waterfalls of the Hanfei River, it's full of wild charm and a sense of seclusion.
Anlan's location is excellent, right in the Nineteen Peaks scenic area. It was very convenient to spend time at the hotel daily and then drive out for excursions. Taking the kids on the mini-train and climbing the Cloud Ladder for panoramic views was a great experience. The Cloud Ladder even has air conditioning, which was very comfortable. The only regret was that our planned stream trekking on the last day was canceled due to heavy rain the night before making the water too turbulent for safety reasons, but we can always go back next time.
The kids really enjoyed playing in the kids' club and the infinity pool. The only minor inconvenience with the infinity pool was having to go to the building upstairs to get towels.
[The hotel's dinner was also delicious, with fresh and flavorful ingredients that showcased local specialties.

We stayed at this resort for a two-night, three-day trip, and while the building and location were visually impressive, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially for international travelers.
First, the golf course was not well-maintained and did not resemble the pristine images shown online. Additionally, while the archery court was fine, it lacked proper safety protections, making it a concern for families traveling with young children.
Despite being branded as an Italian resort, there was no functioning Italian restaurant during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Even though the breakfast was really good, the food options for lunch and dinner were very limited, especially for non-Chinese guests. As visitors from Nepal, we found it difficult to enjoy the meals, and one member of our group who is vegetarian struggled even more to find suitable food options. There were no alternative dining options nearby, so if you don’t bring snacks or food with you, your choices are extremely restricted.
Another challenge was the language barrier. Only one staff member could speak basic English, which made communication quite difficult at times.
While the venue might be suitable for events like weddings or photoshoots due to its scenic appearance, it’s not ideal for a relaxing getaway unless you come with your own activities planned. Without that, there isn’t much to do onsite, and the lack of entertainment, food variety, and language support made the experience feel isolating.
Overall, this resort has potential, especially in terms of architecture and ambiance, but it still needs significant improvements in service, food, and international accessibility to truly be welcoming for global guests.

Overall, the hotel was great, and we had a fantastic two-night stay with the kids. The room size was decent, and the view outside in April was a lovely green, very comfortable. Miss Duck reached out to us in advance, she was super enthusiastic, sending us information on all the activities ahead of time and fulfilling every request. She even brought us fruit and sparklers! 🫶 Exceeded our expectations.
Facilities: The outdoor playground for kids is large with a good variety of play equipment, pretty good. The indoor play area is indeed quite small, so it's better to come on a sunny day. Food and drinks at the hotel, like coffee and cake, weren't expensive.
In the evening, there were bonfire and movie activities, which created a wonderful atmosphere. Breakfast was very rich and varied, with all the local specialties. The roasted sweet potatoes and noodles were delicious! We'll definitely come back again.

I stayed a few times and the facilities in the room are very complete. The room is very clean and tidy when I look inside. The front desk staff are also very good. If you need anything, they can help and reply in time. Overall, I feel good. The location belongs to the city center. It is very close to the Passenger Transport Center, Grand Theater and Science and Technology Museum. It is a 5-minute walk. It is great. Wanfeng is also there for eating, playing and shopping. It is super convenient.

Guest UserBeautifully located about 1.7km from city center at a quiet residential area which is very peaceful and serene next to a river. It's easily access by online taxi booking.
We love the awards winning Southen Song Dynasty design of the property , however we noticed that the management didn't really put in efforts to upkeep the place.
We stayed in the garden room on the ground floor which we have access to the Riverside garden. It's a shame that the garden are not maintained and the furniture in the garden are not clean to tho use.
I'm sorry to say that staffs attitude are pretty standard or below, not warm nor cold , didn't make the guests feel welcomed.
