CcaloricivyFacilities: There's an elevator, and the room amenities are quite new, including a smart toilet, which is a nice touch.
Cleanliness: Overall, it's pretty clean.
Environment: The courtyard is beautiful with lots of greenery, and there's a cute and well-behaved stray cat. It's very close to Lu Xun's former residence, super convenient to get there.
Service: Excellent! They deliver sweet soup every night, though I was always too full to eat it. When I mentioned the pillow wasn't comfortable, they immediately swapped it for a latex one. The staff are very warm and friendly, always greeting you when you cross paths.

MM28498****This stay was really warmed by the intimate service at the front desk! Before check-in, take the initiative to contact the parking guide, and after check-in, you will inform the takeaway arrival situation and help deliver the takeaway to the room. After consulting local specialties, the front desk also gave clear and detailed guidelines.
The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the small yard was particularly good, and the puppy went to the lawn to roll as soon as he arrived. I can see that I like it very much.
But the most plus point is the front desk service, professional and enthusiastic, completely at home! Next time you come to the ancient town to play, you must choose this hotel!

YYamijiThe room was very clean. The breakfast selection was plentiful. The dining environment was pleasant. Parking was convenient. Because I was traveling with a child and was in a rush, a young man who seemed to be the manager of the breakfast restaurant kindly packed breakfast for my child, which was very thoughtful. I was very touched. The baby tableware was adorable. The child's toothpaste and toothbrush were also provided. I would definitely stay here again next time.

AAnonymous UserStaying at the Dahao Kaiyuan Guantang feels like stepping into a picturesque江南 (Jiangnan) painting! The hotel exudes an ancient charm with its white walls, black tiles, flowing water, stone bridges, and high-hanging lanterns – every photo you take looks like a traditional Chinese masterpiece. The waterside rooms offer stunning views right from your window, with traditional Wupeng boats gracefully gliding by, creating an incredible ambiance. The room decor is exquisite, blending ancient elegance with modern comfort. Strolling along the stone-paved paths is incredibly relaxing.
During the May Day holiday, they had a 'Spring Craftsmen' event, which was perfect for families, and the kids had a blast. Our butler, Feifei, provided impeccable service; she was always responsive to our requests and incredibly gentle and thoughtful, making us feel very comfortable. Upon check-out, she even gave us special Shaoxing souvenirs, fermented bean curd and dried mustard greens, which was a very thoughtful touch.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic! It’s a remote hotel not far from the Fuzhi Rice Terraces. It’s a great place for the summer time when you want to relax by the pool and have a walk amongst the fields. They had fireworks which was a lovely touch. I maybe go back. However, the place is very dirty and is in need of a deep clean. There was a dirty plate in our room, the door on the inside of our bathroom is black at the bottom, the pool needs a clean and the tiles need fixing, the white curtains in the dining area are old and need replacing, there is dust in the corners or the windows as you eat. This place is great but it could be SO much better with a deep clean every month. There are different members of staff and the man on the last day was much more attentive than the first day. Instead of being on the phone, those men could be cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the place. It’s too expensive for what you get.

GGuest UserThe hotel is right next to the Lanting Scenic Area, which is very convenient. It gets a bit cooler after 4 PM when you visit the scenic area. You can stay if you get tired of walking around in the evening. The accommodation is considered good for the area, but not as good as hotels in the city center. The local people are very friendly and kind.

PPhung Thi My LinhThe hotel is in an extremely convenient location for accessing tourist attractions, and it’s also very close to both the train station and the bus stop. The hostess is incredibly enthusiastic, giving guests detailed advice on the best places to visit and the most efficient ways to get around. When guests check out, she even gives them a small gift as a token of appreciation. You truly feel valued here. Next time I visit Shaoxing, I’ll definitely choose to stay here again!

The facilities were comprehensive; the shower and air conditioning were particularly powerful, heating up the room very quickly, which was fantastic. It's conveniently located for getting around, with a subway station right next door and attractions nearby. Lu Xun's former residence is just a five-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient. The front desk lady even helped me with my luggage, which was a very thoughtful touch. I'll definitely stay here again.

Kkiki0124The boss help to upgrade a bigger room upon my request for quiet room which facing residental area for free. Thank you boss. The room is big and clean. It is about 15-20min walk to mingzhu subway station. Otherwise, can take 2 stops by bus to the subways station. The bus stop is just outside the motel. Water may accumulate on floor in aashroom after bath, not a big issue, can just swipe it with floor wiper well prepared in the washroom.
