We had a wonderful stay. The employee who checked us in was very friendly and gave us many great local recommendations of where to visit and where to eat! The hotel was very unique and beautiful with so much history. The staff also scheduled complementary pickup and drop off to the train station which was very convenient for our arrival and departure.

The room was clean, tidy, and modern, fully equipped with everything you could need. It offered excellent value for money and a great location. There's a dedicated shuttle service for both check-in and check-out that takes you directly to the hotel. After a 5-minute walk down a small alley, you're right on the bustling South Street, making it a perfectly quiet retreat amidst the action. The hotel is very high-class, the bedding is incredibly comfortable, and they even offered a clothing experience. The front desk staff and all the other employees were incredibly friendly. Plus, there was free afternoon tea, fruit, and a complimentary souvenir. Overall, it's the most satisfying hotel we've stayed at recently 😊😊.

When I started looking for a hotel for them, I immediately noticed Qianxiqing, which is very close to the North Gate of the ancient city. Its antique decor perfectly matches the characteristics of the ancient city. After browsing further, I found that the hotel facilities were very new and high-end, and they also offered services like station pick-up, so I decisively made a reservation. On the day of their arrival, I communicated with the owner in advance. The owner was kind, amiable, and meticulously provided me with an introduction, and understood the details needed for the pick-up. For the pick-up, the owner personally used a Mercedes-Benz van, which was quite a high-class touch! Upon arrival at the hotel, he patiently and thoroughly explained the hotel's features and provided information about some attractions in Pingyao Ancient City. He even contacted me after my mother and aunts went into the ancient city to inform them about some things to pay attention to while exploring. He was truly thoughtful. The next day when they checked out, the owner personally drove them to the North Gate. Even though it was a short stay of less than a day, it truly demonstrated the highly professional standards and warm, attentive service of this hotel, the owner, and their team. It made me feel incredibly reassured. The next time I bring my family to visit the ancient city, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The room is the same as Atour. It is large and spacious, the bed is very comfortable, the room is cleaned very well, and the location is also good. It is right next to Pingyao Railway Station and close to the west gate of Pingyao Ancient City. It is also convenient to see Pingyao and see Pingyao. You can walk to it. The family room I booked includes breakfast for two, and the front desk also added breakfast for the child for free. The front desk service is in place. They booked a chartered car tour service for Pingyao Ancient City for us. There were 8 of us, and the price was 270 yuan, including the guide's explanation and the sightseeing car. It was a good deal. There were elderly people in the group, and we didn't want to work too hard. Fortunately, we made an appointment, otherwise the young people wouldn't be able to bear it. The ancient city is not small. Without a guide, it was a bit confusing to find the route. It was easy to go the wrong way. I walked around at night and got a general idea of ​​where to go. When I checked out, they proactively reminded me to scan the code and enter the license plate number. Free parking was provided, and souvenirs were prepared. It was very good. The hotel is clean, and its location near the north gate of the ancient city means you can walk everywhere, which is very convenient. I'll definitely come back next time.

The rooms are clean and tidy, and the back courtyard provides a peaceful and private escape. The butler service is exceptional – attentive and thoughtful. They offer free pick-up and drop-off, help plan your itinerary, and ensure a worry-free and comfortable stay. It's incredibly good value for money. If you're coming to Pingyao, Yundingxuan is my top recommendation!

The inn is elegant, clean, and tidy. The staff are friendly, patient, and responsive. The aroma of freshly baked bread fills the air daily, and the Chinese and Western breakfasts are cooked to order. While the variety isn't extensive, every bite is satisfying, especially the bowl of beef noodles, which is incredibly good! The room's simple and elegant decor perfectly reflects the ancient city's style. No matter how exhausted you are from exploring, returning to the courtyard provides a truly relaxing and tranquil experience. Overall, it was a truly wonderful two-day stay. I'd especially like to thank Ms. Dong Yanxia (I think that's her name) for her patient, meticulous, and attentive service, which has left me and my family with wonderful memories of this holiday!
