The room was great, the bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the shower offered good privacy. The tea was surprisingly delicious. Right downstairs is the City God Temple pedestrian street, so it was a little noisy, but not a big issue. The breakfast looked diverse, but honestly, none of it tasted very good. They should consider reducing the variety and focusing on quality instead.

Overall, the stay was fantastic, highly recommended! The hygiene was impeccable; the entire place was spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The service was an absolute bonus. The front desk staff were incredibly patient during check-in, not only helping me connect to the Wi-Fi but also thoughtfully offering sour plum juice to beat the heat. They actively assisted with carrying luggage to the room and patiently explained how to use each amenity. During check-out, they even prepared bottled water and snacks, showing great attention to detail. The uncle who brought the complimentary nightly sweet soup was very kind and enthusiastic, always asking if I wanted more and diligently answering any questions I had 👍. The room facilities were excellent, with electric curtains that could be controlled with a single button, making them convenient and adding a touch of luxury. This stay was truly perfect and well worth visiting.

Really happy with the room, got a free upgrade! Parking was super convenient, and there's a shopping mall right across the street. Great for getting around, and plenty of food options nearby. Being on a high floor, it was quiet and peaceful. Definitely my top choice when visiting Cixi. Very good, very good!

Good,clean, but be careful when choosing the room. I chose the cheapest room and it turned out the room was at the back of the hotel and it has no elevator with old building. The good one is at the new building which has higher price.

Right as I entered the room, it felt clean and fresh with no strange odors. The bedding was also clean, and the room was well-equipped. The front desk gave me a free upgrade to a Kijimu room, which had a comfortable Kijimu king-size bed and a useful mini-fridge with complimentary drinks. The room was quiet, so I felt very at ease and slept really well. The lobby also had a subtle, pleasant scent. I highly recommend it; it was a great choice!

I came to Romon to celebrate ONER's 8th anniversary. I booked this hotel on Ctrip early in May, and sure enough, the entire Hilton was surrounded by '彎妹' (a playful term for female fans). The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the amusement park. Next door is Intime, practically the same building, making it super convenient for dining and sightseeing. The front desk service was fantastic. Since my friend and I had multiple bookings, I called the hotel in advance and added Cece from the front desk on WeChat. She was very enthusiastic and helped me with the arrangements, even receiving packages for me. Mia, who checked us in on the day, was also wonderful. The front desk was incredibly busy, but she patiently helped us arrange our rooms. Although we weren't on a high floor, the room was quite spacious. If 830 (August 30th) is held here again next year, I'll definitely choose Hilton again! 🎉

I stayed for a single night at this hotel. I wish I could stay longer. This hotel exceeded my expectations. For the first time in all the bookings I’ve had so far, I could not find anything negative to say. Everything about this hotel was on point , the location, hygiene, customer service etc 💯. The receptionists were very welcoming and check in was really fast . I didn’t even have to queue for check in. You can see from the pictures I took myself, exactly the same as advertised. Very very clean . The bed was very comfortable , the sheets, the floors , the bathroom, the walls and the towels were very clean. Everything was provided including coffee, which you can just make by yourself in seconds in your room. There’s a whole lot of restaurants just outside the hotel , both Chinese and foreign , and we were treated by a very cool fountain show at night just outside the hotel. The hotel is in the heart of Ningbo and very convenient to reach both on foot and by car. Parking is also very convenient, there’s a massive underground parking lot, full of empty slots, it’s really really big . I’ll definitely book it again the next time I visit Ningbo. This hotel I recommend 100 percent!!!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Wanda Plaza. It's also a short taxi ride to Tianyi Pavilion, Yuehu Park, Drum Tower, and Tianyi Square, making transportation very convenient. For those driving, parking is easy, and there are even charging facilities available. The hotel staff are enthusiastic and helpful, always ready to assist guests with any issues. The rooms are clean and spacious. Our triple room was very comfortable, with soft beds, cozy duvets, and comfortable pillows. The facilities and amenities are comprehensive. The only minor drawback was that the shower water pressure was very low during peak hours. I'd suggest the hotel upgrades its water facilities. The breakfast selection is rich and varied, offering both Chinese and Western options, suitable for all kinds of guests. Definitely recommended.

We chose this hotel for a rafting and summer getaway. It's quite remote, a drive of several kilometers up a mountain road after entering the ancient village. The entire route is very natural; if it weren't for the hotel's signs, we almost would have turned back. After about ten minutes of driving, the view suddenly opened up, and a large wooden house served as the hotel lobby. Each guest room is scattered throughout the mountainside, connected by wooden boardwalks. Along the paths, we saw lizards, squirrels, and various insects, and occasionally even water snakes in the pools. In the evenings, we listened to the chirping of insects, and in the mornings, the calls of birds – truly a unique natural experience. In the stream next to the lobby, there were schools of small fish, and my son got hooked on fishing and actually caught quite a few. The only minor drawback is that the hotel facilities are a bit outdated.

I have always wanted to experience the Tree Frog Tribe, but unfortunately it is really difficult to book in summer. I am so lucky to be able to book the last two tree houses during the Spring Festival. The 3 days and 2 nights passed very quickly, and I was really reluctant to leave here. . The kind teachers and enthusiastic staff moved us every moment. The store manager of Tribe is professional and attentive. He has another identity as a barista. The coffee produced by the store manager is really delicious. Mr. Liu, who is in charge of the operation, always made us mistakenly think that he is a professional preschool teacher. He knows how to guide children very well and is very kind. She is very patient and takes good care of every child in the activities she leads. In the past few days, the children have experienced plant dyeing, went up the mountain to chop wood and set up a stove to light a fire, made their own glutinous rice dumplings, made a cabin, and spent time at night bonfire party, etc. I am very grateful that the B&B can arrange such rich activities for the children in winter. Although I have just left, I am already looking forward to coming back here in the summer to experience a richer summer boutique camp. I will definitely come back here this summer.
