AAnonymous UserI stayed in the 4 bed mixed dorm for 2 nights on the upper deck near the door. And the overall stay is pleasant.
First of all. the iron rack itself is mounted in the wall. so there will be no shaky double decker and no noise when you climbing up and down. The space is kinda wide as well so you wont find yourself squeezing in a tiny bed. Aircon is well functioning but temperature is not controllable.
A towel will be provided for the stay, together with a puffy pillow and blanket. It comes with a spacious locker that can accomocadate a big luggage.
Entrance to the main door and your room door using card. like a hotel you will need to slide in the same card to the socket on the wall for electricity.
There is a tiny washroom in the room. shower space and toilet bowl seperated by a nylon curtain. Need to mention their toilet bowl is pretty silent when flushing which make the stay even peaceful.
While on the facilities, the common area pretty mucn looks the same in the photos. Beautiful and comfortable. However, the premise is built by a river, so there is quite some whiteflies(?) kind of insect flying around.
Simple breakfast including bread and jam, cookies, coffee, black tea, fruit of the day, soup of the day etc. will be provided every day. I enjoyed their pumkin soup and black tea very much. Just sitting by the pool enjoying the breakfast is very satisfiying.
The staff are welcoming and helpful. Communication in english is fluent. Do take note to inform the staff upon checkin if you preferred a down deck bed. no bed change allowed once you get you key.
The stay is not directly located in the center of the town. walking to the center takes around 10~ minutes. a small mall located right opposite the building. a few restaurant in the mall that smells pretty good. Tops daily is also available in the mall, and 711 is at 5 minutes walking distance.
Overall enjoyed the stay very much. Would consider to visit again.

AAnonymous UserThe facilities are really old. The air conditioning vents were black, looking like they'd never been cleaned, and the filter was loose, causing a huge amount of noise! The refrigerator also made a loud noise when it started up. I had to unplug the fridge and turn off the AC at night just to sleep, otherwise, I'd definitely need earplugs.
The room key operates the electricity, so when you take the key out, the power cuts off. This meant returning to a hot and humid room, which was completely unacceptable.
The room was cleaned reasonably well, and the pools weren't crowded. The area was quiet for Kata standards. However, the balcony faced a construction site, so there was dust.
Hand soap, toothbrushes, and slippers were not provided. The face towels were yellow and old. On the upside, the water pressure was good and the hairdryer was powerful.

Ccheungchiho824The hotel is conveniently located near Patong's bar street, just a 2-3 minute walk away. Directly across from the hotel is the famous Number 6 restaurant, which offers good food at reasonable prices, averaging around 50-80 RMB per person. I booked a twin room, and to my surprise, the hotel assigned me a room with a balcony, which was perfect for drying clothes after two days of island hopping. The hotel service was great, though the soundproofing was a bit poor; I could often hear clear footsteps. The main issue was the lack of toothbrushes – when I asked at the front desk, they said they don't provide them, citing environmental awareness.

Quite quiet.
There are bike rentals for 130 baht (old model), 300 baht for new bikes.
Rooms are cleaned every day (on request).
The area with the pool is beautiful.

MMaddog220This is a small boutique and budget hotel located within 10 mins walking distance to the Patong Beach and nightlife in Bangla walking street. The location is great and close to many local eateries and massages and spa.
The hotel is jaded but at least it’s clean and the basic amenities are there to ensure a safe and comfortable environment to sleep overnight. The walls are thin and not soundproof as you can hear your neighbours’ loud conversations late into the night, though there are not much noises from the streets. The swimming pool is not well maintained and non-usable during my stay there (see last picture). The free breakfast buffet is simple and the same every morning and they are mostly western-styled menu and nothing to shout about. I would only recommend this hotel to budget travellers who is not fussy and spend most of their time out except to come back to sleep at night.

FFahriyahWe got a free upgrade!! Super nice view with balcony. The beautiful beautiful beach view. The location was perfect. Not too busy and noisy. Big 7-11 store nearby the hotel. Park your bike opposite the hotel. It's safe! We parked there for a week.
Staff was super nice and friendly. The room has an old smell but it's clean. We brought our room spray. So it's all good. The bed was nice and room was super cosy. We definitely will come again to this hotel..!

NNehumiawmorThis hotel was super comfy and good located! I don’t know why they have some bad critics on comments. I’m a traveler and been in many different hotels, and in this one I had a great time, they have a 24hs help desk , the view from the penthouse room was amazing, any annoying noises at all. And yes, there is a trash point next to the hotel, but you can’t even notice, is not that bad. People from the hotel super nice! And the swimming pool was ok as well! Great time here

1. A clean sheet, mattress, and pillow provide comfort.
2.The water pressure is excellent for hot or cold. You can wash your clothes in this spacious bathroom. Drying clothes on the balcony.
3. The mini fridge and A/C are functioning properly.
4. The place is in the straight line to the Patong beach 100 meters away.
5. There are numerous 7-Eleven locations around. Easy to get halal foods in this convenience shop at affordable prices.
6. Nearby, there are two Starbucks, one is 200 meters away and the other is 300 meters away by walking. Muslims have the option to order juices or coffee with plant-based milk. Watson’s are next to the store.
7. McD's, Subway, and Burger King are also near this place, but they are not Muslim friendly. Bars and eateries is numerous around.
8. You can get Halal famous banana crepe and pad Thai at street vendors along Patong Beach, but please look for the Halal signage.
9. The receptionist is fluent in English. The housekeeping lady is helpful and generous. Every morning she will place a bottle of drinking water in front of the door.
10. I made the full payment via Trip.com, there was no need for a deposit.
11. You can walk to Bangla Walking Street, Hard Rock Cafe/Shop, and OTOP Market in less than 1km.
12. I charged RM130 for three nights. I love the location that surrounded a lot of attractions and can reach on foot. To get to this place from the airport, you can take a minivan at a cost of 180 baht per person. You'll be dropped off at the roadside and then walk to the hotel about 300 meters.
13. Wi-Fi connection is good.
14. Functioning water kettle.
15. Shampoo and soap is provided but better bring your own.
16. Easy to get Bolt e-hailing service at the roadside without long waits.
Cons
1. The TV is not working at all.
2. No iron is provided inside and out of the room. But, this place is offering the service of washing, drying, and ironing for 100 Baht per KG.
3. The shower curtain is very dirty. I hope the hotel can change it to make the customers comfortable.
4. The balcony is slightly filthy and rusty.
