The room layout is very comfortable and emotional. It feels very suitable for couples. The space is large. I personally feel very satisfied. There are many windows. Before going to the bathroom, you must manually pull all the curtains. Breakfast is delivered to the room. This is normal. Later, take a taxi to the snack street on Gulou Street. More choices are also cheap, and others are very good.

XXidan123Two days in advance, I added the housekeeper's WeChat and booked the meal and hot spring time.
It is more convenient to drive there. After locating their parking lot, a housekeeper will pick us up to check in at the B&B.
The room is still clean as a whole, with everything it should have. The welcome fruits and flowers are still very warm. There is only a window on the top to watch the starry sky. The glass is a little dirty after a long time, but it doesn't affect it at night.
After that, we walked around. The content of the B&B is still very complete, with a large room for dinner, facilities for children to play, hot springs and swimming pools, and places to read and drink tea.
Walking out of the B&B, the village is peaceful and quiet. Walk around and feel the environment and culture of Maoao Village.
I made an appointment for dinner and hot springs in the evening at the B&B. Because it is a reservation system, it is equivalent to a private soup, which feels good. Half an hour is completely enough. The dinner tastes good, and the chef gives a good review.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Intime City, and it's also super convenient if you're taking a fire safety exam nearby. I truly felt a warm welcome, just like being at home. The staff were exceptionally attentive and meticulous throughout my entire stay, which was incredibly thoughtful. It was a very pleasant stay, and I have to give the hotel a big thumbs up! From check-in to check-out, every step showed the professionalism and dedication of the hotel staff. The front desk service was warm and thorough, always ready to answer any questions.

SSUN_W_First, the pros:
1. The location is great, about 100 meters from the famous egg pancake shop, with a breakfast place next door. You can also order takeout from some popular restaurants.
2. It's within walking distance of Tianyi Square and Drum Tower, and there are plenty of buses nearby, making travel convenient.
3. The bedding is comfortable; I slept well for both nights. The deluxe twin room was spacious.
Now, the cons:
1. The shower head fell off while I was showering at night. The maintenance worker came to fix it but couldn't, so we were moved from the 5th floor to a room at the end of the 4th floor. The window faced the road, and even with it closed, I could hear cars passing by, indicating poor sound insulation.
2. I used a two-night pre-sale voucher for this stay. Due to my itinerary, I booked Saturday night first, then Sunday night. When checking in on Saturday, there was no mention that I would need to renew my key card for Sunday. When I returned to the hotel at 12:30 PM on Sunday, I found I couldn't open the door. After calling, I was told that because I had two separate bookings, I should have known to come down and renew the key card. Later, when a staff member came to open the door, I was lectured about renewing the card. So, if I hadn't renewed the card, would it be assumed I was only staying one night? If so, 12:30 PM was well past the check-out time, yet no staff member questioned why I hadn't checked out, nor did any cleaning staff enter to tidy up.
3. During previous stays at other Hanting Hotels, the front desk would try to sell me a 50 RMB top-up experience golden card that included breakfast. At that time, I specifically asked if I could still get the golden card breakfast benefit if I booked through other platforms, and I was told I could negotiate with the front desk. This time, however, the front desk informed me that I couldn't enjoy the breakfast if I hadn't booked a golden card directly through Huazhu app. Since there are many breakfast options nearby, not having breakfast was acceptable. But just as the check-in process was almost finished, the front desk suddenly said that downloading and activating the Huazhu app would get me free breakfast. The marketing pitches are inconsistent, making it seem like they're only interested in a one-time sale. I hope they improve their staff training.

RRojeamI recently stayed at Ningbo Warm Ramble Hotel (Beilun Yintai Branch), and overall, it was a great experience. One of the highlights was the fully automated hotel room, which made everything very convenient and added a modern, tech-savvy touch to the stay.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the room type we booked even included a massage chair, perfect for relaxing after a long day.
The hotel’s location is also convenient, especially for visitors to the Beilun area.
However, customer service is an area that could be improved. While the front desk and restaurant staff were able to assist when needed, their overall demeanor often felt unfriendly. A more welcoming and approachable attitude would greatly enhance the overall experience.
In summary, the hotel offers great comfort, convenience, and thoughtful in-room features, but improving staff friendliness would make the stay truly outstanding.

The front desk was quick and friendly, the room was spotless, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The restaurant's breakfast was varied and delicious, especially the freshly made omelets.
