This hotel is truly excellent and exceeded our expectations. The location is very convenient, close to Harbin Railway Station, and the surrounding area is full of food options with many local restaurants nearby. The room price is also very reasonable and affordable.
The service was outstanding—fast, professional, and very welcoming. From the moment we walked into the hotel, we felt warmth and comfort. The hotel is extremely clean, and the front desk staff work efficiently and provide excellent assistance whenever requested.
The room was spacious and very clean. Water pressure was strong, and both hot and cold water worked perfectly. Toiletries such as soap and shampoo were fully provided. The blanket and bedsheets were thick, comfortable, and of very good quality—this is genuinely true.
One impressive highlight of this hotel is the use of a delivery robot. This is something Thai travelers will really appreciate. The robot is smart, fast, and very efficient, allowing staff to deliver items without having to walk to the rooms themselves.
One day, when I brought my clothes to be washed, the hotel staff kindly helped wash them for me. After that, the robot delivered the clean clothes directly to our room, right on time. The service was excellent.
Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, we could contact the staff immediately, and they were always more than happy to help.
During this trip to Harbin, we had to visit a hospital because my partner had an eye injury. The hotel staff recommended Ming Ming Eye Hospital, which is a large and well-equipped hospital. The doctors and staff there were very helpful, even though there was a language barrier. We were able to communicate using mobile applications, which made everything much easier.
Another great benefit of this hotel is the complimentary tea and fresh coffee available at the lobby. Free drinking water is also available at all times, and guests can help themselves.
Lastly, we would like to sincerely thank the hotel staff for their kindness and constant support during our stay in Harbin. We truly appreciated everything, and we will definitely return to stay here again in the future.

CChuLowI stayed on the 8th floor (room 808) and found the hallway had the cigarette smell for the 3 days I stayed so probably there was a guest smoked in the room. Lucky that the smell did not come into my room.
Despite this issue, this is a great hotel in which if I have a chance to come back, I will stay here again. All staff here including those in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.
What to be improved is perhaps adding the cloth hanging rack in the shower room as the one installed is too high.

YYiying（huihui）I booked this budget hotel at the last minute for my trip, and my experience completely exceeded expectations! The location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the train station, and there are plenty of options for dining and shopping nearby. It's a lifesaver for anyone on a tight schedule.
The room, while not huge, was very well laid out and didn't feel cramped at all. More importantly, it was exceptionally clean—the sheets and duvet covers were fresh, and the bathroom was spotless with no hidden corners. The attention to detail was impressive. The bedding was just the right firmness, and I slept soundly without any disturbing noise.
The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and efficient with both check-in and check-out. Not only did they arrange a parking spot in the backyard, but they also patiently recommended nearby restaurants and routes, which was incredibly thoughtful.
The value for money is truly outstanding. To find a hotel this clean and well-located at this price point is amazing! I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and have already recommended it to friends.

The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, with excellent attitudes. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and they offer airport shuttle service along with welcome fruit. MMediterraneanSeaFacilities: The facilities are comprehensive, with a restaurant on the first floor offering free breakfast every day, and the breakfast selection is quite rich. The rooms are spacious with a dry-wet separation bathroom, and the drying area is particularly large and well-designed. The bedding is also clean and comfortable. It's really great! 👍 The only minor issue was that the air conditioning was a bit difficult to control, making it a bit warm.
Cleanliness: It was clean and hygienic; even with consecutive stays, they came daily to clean and take out the trash. The lobby had a subtle, pleasant orange scent.
Location: The location is superb. It's a 300-meter walk from St. Sophia Cathedral and 2 kilometers from Central Street, both easily accessible on foot. There are also several shopping malls near the cathedral, making it convenient to go anywhere. There's a bus stop 200 meters from the entrance, and the subway is about 1 kilometer away. It's convenient for getting everywhere.
Service: The young ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were all very enthusiastic and actively helped guests, responding quickly to any issues. This is definitely a plus point.

MMediterraneanSeaFacilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area.
Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting.
Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀
Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

GGuest UserStaying at this hotel was a delightful surprise! As soon as I entered the room, I was blown away by the giant projector screen and professional sound system. It instantly transformed the space into a private home theater, offering an incredibly immersive experience for movies or binge-watching shows – something you rarely find in hotels at this price point!
The room design was very stylish, with wooden elements and clean lines creating a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance. The smart toilet in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch, highlighting the attention to quality details. Plus, the mini-bar area had everything I needed, from a kettle to tea sets, making for a very convenient stay.
The service was also excellent, from a smooth check-in to an effortless check-out, with friendly staff throughout. My overall experience far exceeded expectations. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town and highly recommend it to anyone who loves a great audio-visual experience and appreciates quality accommodation!

GGuest UserOne of the coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the first moments inside I was smitten by the fresh aroma in the hotel, which was lingering in the lift and in the rooms. It’s not an unbearable perfume, but a very subtle hint of floral freshness. The hotel is undoubtedly clean and comfortable; everything from the hairdryer and shampoo to the massage bed is wonderful and clearly maintained. They have a cute robot that delivers food straight to your room. The rooms are clean and the smart home function with its automatic curtains is very convenient on those lazy mornings before another eventful day. The breakfast is very cozy and tasty, I especially loved the steamed buns and the coconut coffee. The location is just right, the road allows for a comfortable taxi access, and within a 10-15 walk you can see the beautiful Central Street. And right outside the hotel there are many delicious food options (though, I recommend robot delivery for ultimate cozyness). The staff is polite and helpful, especially the ladies (I once again confirmed ladies are always much more professional and helpful in every nation, the young man at the counter was not helpful at all). All in all, this hotel made my stay very enjoyable. If I’ll have an opportunity to return to Harbin, I would love to choose this hotel again 💖

What I really can't understand is the faucet's position in picture 1; it's too close to the basin, causing water to splash everywhere, and the drainage isn't good either.
