This hotel is truly excellent and exceeded our expectations. The location is very convenient, close to Harbin Railway Station, and the surrounding area is full of food options with many local restaurants nearby. The room price is also very reasonable and affordable.
The service was outstanding—fast, professional, and very welcoming. From the moment we walked into the hotel, we felt warmth and comfort. The hotel is extremely clean, and the front desk staff work efficiently and provide excellent assistance whenever requested.
The room was spacious and very clean. Water pressure was strong, and both hot and cold water worked perfectly. Toiletries such as soap and shampoo were fully provided. The blanket and bedsheets were thick, comfortable, and of very good quality—this is genuinely true.
One impressive highlight of this hotel is the use of a delivery robot. This is something Thai travelers will really appreciate. The robot is smart, fast, and very efficient, allowing staff to deliver items without having to walk to the rooms themselves.
One day, when I brought my clothes to be washed, the hotel staff kindly helped wash them for me. After that, the robot delivered the clean clothes directly to our room, right on time. The service was excellent.
Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, we could contact the staff immediately, and they were always more than happy to help.
During this trip to Harbin, we had to visit a hospital because my partner had an eye injury. The hotel staff recommended Ming Ming Eye Hospital, which is a large and well-equipped hospital. The doctors and staff there were very helpful, even though there was a language barrier. We were able to communicate using mobile applications, which made everything much easier.
Another great benefit of this hotel is the complimentary tea and fresh coffee available at the lobby. Free drinking water is also available at all times, and guests can help themselves.
Lastly, we would like to sincerely thank the hotel staff for their kindness and constant support during our stay in Harbin. We truly appreciated everything, and we will definitely return to stay here again in the future.

XXiuxiuxiangtaopaoI absolutely have to leave a great review for this hotel! First of all, the location is superb, right on Central Street. I was traveling with elderly family and children, and it was only a leisurely 10-minute walk to St. Sophia Cathedral. Central Street is right downstairs for shopping, and taxis can drive directly to the hotel entrance – it's fantastic. Secondly, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the cleaning staff are very prompt. Most importantly, all the staff are so welcoming! They always proactively greet you. Staying here felt like experiencing the warmth of the city, truly heartwarming. I particularly want to commend the young man and woman who were on the night shift last night – they were incredibly thoughtful. We were starving after returning from Harbin Ice and Snow World, and our takeout order got messed up. The young man helped us buy chopsticks, and when he saw me buying instant noodles in the lobby, he quietly went to boil hot water and brought me tissues. I was genuinely moved to tears! Everyone, this place is truly excellent, definitely go for it! (I forgot to take photos of the room, so here's a random one of the lobby~)

XXiaozhangaifachouThis stay was a truly delightful experience. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with excellent amenities nearby. The room was comfortable and cozy, and the soundproofing was very good. All the staff members were warm and attentive, providing exceptional service. I genuinely feel this is a trustworthy and excellent hotel. They also offer a wide variety of ski suits, and I purchased a ski package from them (absolutely no hidden fees, includes admission, ski suit, and protective gear), which was very worthwhile. Highly recommended!

The service is incredibly attentive, and the butler team in the group chat is always responsive to every request. They offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to nearby attractions and restaurants. While we were making tea at the tea table, the butler immediately brought over freshly cut fruit. This is the first time I've encountered such observant and proactive butler service. The kids had a fantastic experience, and we ended up staying a second time within a short period. The breakfast was also very exquisite. Both villas have unique charm, especially the common areas, which are all distinct. We'll definitely be back!

If you’re flying, you can easily take the airport shuttle bus—just buy a ticket and hop on, as the stop is right across from the hotel. When leaving, there’s also a direct bus to the airport available. Highly recommended.

The room was very clean and quiet, and the bathroom was spacious. The housekeeping staff were also very responsible. Right next door, you can find a very famous dumpling restaurant, and it's also close to the Harbin Ice and Snow World. The deluxe king room was quite spacious.

MMrWong888I recently stayed at the Vienna Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is truly unbeatable—it’s just steps away from a subway station, making it incredibly easy to explore Harbin. All the main attractions, including the railway station, are only a few subway stops away, making this hotel a prime choice for tourists. Additionally, it’s within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, the stunning Sophia Cathedral, and the bustling Daoli Vegetable Market, where you can grab a delicious and affordable breakfast.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large window offering a nice view of the city. The beds were very cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was also generously sized, especially the shower, and everything was in perfect working order. Despite the freezing temperatures outside (it was -25°C during our stay!), the room stayed warm and comfortable thanks to the excellent heating system. We kept the heater off for the entire six days, and the temperature inside remained just right.
Another highlight was the hotel lobby, which offered free coffee, tea, and even milk tea—a thoughtful and convenient touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.
Overall, I highly recommend the Vienna Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) to anyone visiting Harbin. Its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and thoughtful amenities make it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Harbin!

MMiniminimalThe hotel has a great location, very close to the city, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and polite, and they helped us carry our luggage during check-in, which was a nice touch.
The room itself was acceptable, and most facilities were fine. However, the floor cleanliness needs improvement, as it was dirty when we arrived. Other than this issue, everything else was okay.
With better cleaning, this hotel could offer a much better experience.
