11989huohuasaiThe location is fantastic, right near Qianmen, and directly above a subway exit, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's a standalone building, so it's quite peaceful. The front desk service was exceptionally warm; they proactively offered water, and check-in was very quick. Since I was alone, they even gave me a free room upgrade. The room facilities were new, and it was spotlessly clean. You can really tell they put a lot of effort into running this place. For a hotel in Beijing at this price point, the room size is quite generous, offering amazing value for money. Bottled water is also available in unlimited supply. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Beijing.

GGuest UserVery close to all major city sites. You can practically walk to Tiananmen, Wangfujing street, Beihai lake etc. Just 2 minutes walk down the street, there are 2 large supermarkets and lots of small eateries.
Staff are helpful and you communicate with them through WeChat. They may take some time to get back to you. Despite it being a relatively new hotel, there was quite a bit of rust and dirt in the bathroom. Also being a service apartment, the rooms are basically cleared of rubbish and there is a change and replacement of towels. However, the rooms are not cleaned. As the tables etc still had stains on them. But for the price it’s value for money.
The gym is very small with a small selection of free weights and just treadmills.
The room is large and has a washing machine (with liquid detergent) and a large fridge if you are planning on cooking. A value for money hotel if you just need a fuss free stay in Beijing.

MM512235****This hotel is absolutely amazing! We were able to store our luggage a few hours early, which was super convenient coming straight from the high-speed rail station.
The room itself was huge, easily accommodating four people. My friend and I had so much space we could practically roll around in it! It was very spacious and comfortable, with two tables, and the hygiene was excellent, with complete and high-quality facilities.
They didn't rush us to check out even though we woke up late, which was incredibly thoughtful and human-centered 🥹.
Most importantly, it was only a little over 200 yuan a night, and it's so convenient to get everywhere. The value for money is absolutely fantastic (^_^)v! Even my friend, who studied in Beijing for four years, couldn't stop raving about this place!

DdabaituThis inn is located in the ancient town, and its location is excellent, right by Wangjing Street. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area, and the room is very comfortable. There's a tatami mat by the window for scenic views.
It's convenient to walk everywhere from here, and you can also go hike the Gubeikou Great Wall.
There are also many local snacks nearby.

The rooms are clean and tidy, and there's a restaurant downstairs where you can order food via QR code in your room until 9:30 PM. When we checked in, the hotel staff saw our large suitcases and proactively came to help us carry them to our room, which was a really thoughtful gesture. We had an excellent stay this time! 👍👍 I've been to Beijing many times and always try different hotels, but I'll definitely choose Qiao Family Courtyard again on my next visit. 🥰🥰🥰

GGuest UserI stayed in a different branch last year which was amazing. And based on that experience, this year I chose this branch for convenience as it was the closest to my friends residence. Comparing the two branches, the room size felt very small. Also there was no window in my room which made it a bit claustrophobic for me. I had to turn on the AC on a cold night as it felt cramped up for me. There was a lot of noise too outside my room at 11.30pm with some kids running around and speaking loudly which was very easily heard and it disturbed my sleep. You need to take a few stairs to take the lift and with heavy bags it can become a bit tricky. I had 2 big bags and it was a little inconvenient. Overall it was ok as I only had to be there for one night. I personally wouldn’t stay here if it was any longer than 1 night. As an international business traveller, I would pay a little extra and stay in Hampton by Hilton which is a 5 min walk away. This is my honest opinion.

GGuest UserThe hotel has been open for a while, and it shows. The wallpaper in the hallways is peeling, and some of the room designs are impractical. For instance, the row of power outlets below the TV is right next to the desk, making it inconvenient to plug in a kettle or a mosquito repellent. There are also very few TV channels available (a common issue with Time Walk hotels). The in-room game console that uses game cards has connection problems, leading to a poor experience. The only thing I was satisfied with was the service. Both the front desk staff and the housekeeping team were very polite and promptly attended to guests' requests. Thumbs up! 👍

GGuest UserThe location is a nice quiet neighbourhood in Beijing. The room was nice and had everything we needed. We went to the bottom floor to the spa which had two pools and you can even get a massage or do yoga there. The breakfast is mainly Chinese cuisine but they have bread, yogurt and fruit too. The staff don’t speak much English but you can get by with translating. The staff were very nice and helped us when ordering delivery.

MM511925****This is hands down the best value-for-money hotel I've stayed at in Beijing. The front desk kindly upgraded me to a suite for free, which was incredibly spacious. They even have robots to deliver items, and the restaurant has a nice ambiance. The location is super convenient with great transport links and plenty of shops nearby. The room facilities show great attention to detail, especially the well-designed separate toilet and even bathrobes! Plus, the TV has wireless screen mirroring. Despite a few minor imperfections, they don't overshadow the overall excellent experience. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserWe had a very comfortable stay at Qinglian Furun Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, providing a relaxing environment throughout our stay. During our visit, the lift was under maintenance, and the hotel kindly offered us free breakfast, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The location is excellent, with easy access to the subway, making it very convenient for getting around Beijing. The staff were very accommodating and responsive, especially in assisting us with our early check-in request, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. Overall, a great stay with excellent service—I would definitely recommend this hotel.
