I’ve just returned to my home country, and I’m already missing my stay at this Shangri-La hotel! Located in the beautiful Napahai Grassland area, the setting is so serene and peaceful. You don’t need to go anywhere—just staying at this hotel feels like a healing vacation in itself. I stayed for just one night, and I didn’t leave the property because I wanted to fully enjoy the experience. The room was absolutely wonderful, surrounded by many cute animals that added such a delightful touch to the stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They created a group chat to communicate with guests and were incredibly attentive. Anytime we needed something, they were quick to help. For example, we asked for coffee, and they generously provided it free of charge! We also got to enjoy a free customer photoshoot, which was a fun and memorable experience—the photos turned out amazing! To top it off, the staff kindly offered us a complimentary drop-off service to the train station, making our departure so much smoother and stress-free. The room itself was warm, spacious, and cozy—with probably the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever slept in!

I had the most incredible stay at Shangri-la Runjing Muqi B&B. The moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a serene atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The property is beautifully designed, blending traditional aesthetics with modern comforts, offering a perfect retreat from the hustle of daily life. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully decorated, reflecting the local charm of Shangri-la. The attention to detail was remarkable—from the soft linens to the carefully curated amenities that added a touch of luxury to my stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the owner of the inn. She was incredibly kind and accommodating, even offering to pick me up from the train station and drop me off when I left, which was a huge help as the B&B is located about 25 minutes from the town and getting a Didi can be a bit challenging in the area. The inn doesn’t have elevators, only a staircase, but the staff were so attentive—they carried my luggage up and down for me, ensuring I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The location is perfect for exploring the serene beauty of Shangri-la. Nearby attractions include Potatso National Park, Songzanlin Monastery, and Dukezong Ancient Town, as well as a nearby horse ranch, where you can dress in traditional ******* costumes and ride across the scenic grasslands. The on-site breakfast was delicious, with fresh, locally sourced options that made each morning a delight. Overall, Shangri-la Runjing Muqi B&B offers an unforgettable experience. It’s a peaceful retreat with exceptional service, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to explore the wonders of Shangri-la. I can’t wait to return!

There are little cuties in the yard, Yangjin, Qianjin, the first, fifteenth and sixth graders. We will miss you... The process of feeding and close contact with the animals is particularly healing. You can sit on the terrace to bask in the sun and watch them play all afternoon. The experience of making tsampa is also very interesting. After tasting the tsampa made by yourself, you can also share it and feed it to the animals. It is so happy. There is a billiards room in the leisure area on the second floor, and there are also some ******* clothes for you to try on. Lying in bed and watching the sun shine on the golden mountains when you wake up, this world is worth it!

This is a very good B&B I've stayed in. The overall building has a strong sense of design. The boss said that it was designed by a designer from China🇨🇳Taiwan. You can watch the sunrise directly in the room🌅. The indoor facilities are complete, equipped with a projector, washing machine, smart toilet, etc., all of which are branded. The details are also very good, with mouthwash and laundry gel beads prepared. The boss and the boss's wife are also very nice. Very good living experience.

Had a wonderful stay here. The hotel had stunning views of the Yila grasslands/Napa Lake. There is a hillside pathway just a short walk from the hotel which leads you to an even better view of the surrounding areas. The hotel had horses, deers, and a Samoyed which you're free to interact with. Staff were very attentive and helpful from beginning to end. The dining area is in the adjacent building. The first floor is the restaurant and second floor is the cafe. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Ingredients tasted fresh and portions were good. Coffee was made upon request with an espresso machine. The dining area had lots of windows to look out and enjoy the view. The room was modern and clean. Heated flooring, shower stall, and toilet seat were appreciated. Room had a large projection screen for media. The 270 degree panoramic view room was perfect, what a sight to wake up to! Note weather conditions are variable in Shangri-la and can change by the hour. Can be windy and raining for a couple hours and then transitions to bright sunny skies. May have to stay for a few nights to avoid disappointment. Finally the hotel offers free transfers to and from the airport/train station in a very comfortable van. Hotel staff called the day prior to make transportation arrangements; your experience may vary if you have an international number vs. mainland number so may have to proactively reach out. Overall this is a quiet and peaceful hotel with great amenities about 30 mins outside of the Shangri-la city area. I would come back again.

The most correct choice I made when I came to Shangri-La was to choose this B&B, where I stayed in the love house of my dreams🏠. The windows with no dead ends give you the sense of déjà vu when you step into an oil painting in one second🖼️. ❣️The scenic spot has an unobstructed view of the Napa Sea, a superior location and excellent scenery The breakfast at the B&B is delicious, and you can order lunch and dinner. The B&B has a cafe and its own large yard. The equipment is complete and perfect, and the hot water floor heating is excellent. I have to say that the bathtub with a large window and a view is really cool🛁, with a wide view. You can watch the sunrise and sunset from the room, and it's quiet at night The package includes grassland horseback riding and Zang-style cultural meditation. You must experience it to cleanse and relax your body and mind. The warm reception and travel route guidance of the staff made this trip a lot better. They also gave local special ******* salt as a gift after leaving. High praise!

Our friend is a loyal fan of Xilinyuan and insisted to stay here. As a result, he suffered from altitude sickness as soon as he arrived in Shangri-La. Hahaha, I enjoyed it for him. When I first chose the B&B, I thought its location was not perfect and the price was a bit high, but after checking in, I felt it was worth it! Because it has a lot of experience projects, including bird watching, stargazing, ******* home visits, etc., which are paid and unpaid. Staying here for a day will not be boring at all, and it will even be fulfilling and meaningful. We signed up for the bird watching experience. At 7 o'clock in the morning, the teacher took us to Napahai to watch the migration of migratory birds. As a result, we also saw the colorful clouds and Rizhao Caishen Mountain at the same time! What a surprise! ! I was so lucky! ! The service of the B&B is also very good. They gave us medicine for our friends who suffered from altitude sickness, and sent us hot milk and delicious cheese at night. It felt as comfortable as living at home~

From the moment I opened the door, I was greeted by an impressive panorama stretching view. The scenery view was simply breathtaking, making every moment spent in the room a memorable experience. The customer service was top-notch, with attentive staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The facilities were impeccably clean, reflecting a high standard of maintenance and hygiene. What truly stood out was the quiet and serene environment, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Overall, my stay was nothing short of exceptional, offering a perfect blend of stunning views, excellent service, cleanliness, and tranquility.

The hotel was so beautiful. The wood of building structure makes every angle of the hotel is unique. It reminds me of Istana Seri Menanti in Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. We just stayed in the room and enjoy the view. The Sunset and sunrise. The owner named Renqing Cimu Mei was so kind. She helped us in wearing traditional clothes - tibet. She also helped us in paying our dinner at the dukezong halal restaurant since that restaurant didn't receive Ali Pay. We're panicked at that time and so relieved when Renqing Cimu helped us. She also pickup and send us back to the railway station and give us some souvenirs. We're so happy with the hospitality that given by her. For sure we will comeback with my big family of 12, with extra days of staying, riding the horse, and let my 2 years old niece play with the sheep. Thank you, Renqing Cimu Mei. Recommendation: Maybe you can open a small shop at the lobby and sell white tshirts that printed your hotel name or napa hai lake view or any beautiful nature view in xianggelila. The guests can buy it and bring back to their hometown and will always remember the memories being in your hotel.

The housekeeper manager has taken the initiative to contact before arriving at the store, and picked up and sent the luggage all the way to the room. Because it is off-season, the hotel upgraded the room type for free. The lobby staff drove to the door of the room and introduced the surrounding environment and related facilities of the hotel along the way. Even at ten o'clock in the evening, I still went to the room to help deal with the air conditioning and floor heating debugging problems. Thank you very much. 4. The hotel faces Napahai directly, and the location is very good, but the water of Napahai has been drained in winter, and only the vast grassland can be seen, which is still very beautiful. You can see the morning fog when you get up in the morning, lie on the balcony to bask in the sun and watch cattle and sheep wandering around at noon, and the lambs in the hotel will also graze outside the window. The biggest highlight is that it is far away from the city lights. It is very quiet at night. You can see a very bright starry sky when you go out for a walk. 5. For meals, the rice noodles are delicious, and the others are average. It is recommended to heat up the nine-square meals.
