The estate designers perfectly combined the comfortable traditional accommodation with the beautiful natural scenery of the snowy plateau to create this stunning hotel that cannot be replicated. Located in the Prairie Scenic Area of Napa, facing the eighth highest mountain of the region, the Mount of the Goddess "Shikashi," The ancient city, airport, railway station and bus station are only a 10-minute drive away, and the door is filled with endless grasslands and wetlands, with yaks and horses and a wide variety of large wild migratory birds. The geographical location is unique.From the city to the integration of nature, Xinsuo, Under the Dome, "Xinsu · Qionglusiye" is waiting for you!

The temperature goes down to -10 at night but you can hardly feel it while inside the rooms. Their insulation is very good and the room feels warm everyday even without floor heating. Only downside was the low ceiling which we were not warned about. Hence, be extra careful when walking around in the room. The hosts are very helpful and would fetch/send us with the luggages to the North Gate. It’s within 5-10 mins walk to 四方街 and the 转经筒. Beautiful view of the whole 古城, which also means that it’s an upslope walk back to the accommodation. The dryer will be turned off between 11pm-930am everyday, but the hosts will kindly help you with your laundry if you ask! Highly recommended and one of my favourite stays in Yunnan!

Great stay at Shangri-La Anxu Garden Holiday Home (Shangri-La Dukezong Ancient City Branch). Not directly located within the ancient city so you won't have to worry about the noise especially during high season. Ancient city is only a short walk of less than 10min. Staff are super welcoming and helpful. It is located at No. 9 - 2, Nanbengci Road, Dukezong Ancient Town, Jiantang Town, Shangri - La. The homestay has 52 guest rooms in total, enjoying a prime location with convenient transportation. The homestay offers attentive and thoughtful services. The front desk operates 24 hours a day, and the staff are warm - hearted and friendly. It also provides free pick - up and drop - off services at the station, as well as luggage storage services. A Family of 6 from Malaysia: I traveled for 11 days and stayed at 4 different hotels. What I want to say is: No need to think twice—just book this hotel! You will never regret it. I highly recommend it, 10/10. To be honest, this is the most comfortable hotel I stayed in during my time in Yunnan! I’m so grateful that I chose this hotel. I booked two rooms for 3 days and 2 nights, and I wish I could have stayed longer! The room was incredibly comfortable. The TV had many channels, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Even though the weather outside was -12°C, we didn’t feel cold at all. The room was very warm, the heater worked great, and the toilet had a heater as well. The floors were heated too. The room looked exactly as advertised—huge, brand new, and super clean! The hotel offers all the basic facilities you need, such as a washing machine and a microwave. But among all the wonderful facilities and rooms, the biggest applause goes to the owner himself! The owner is extremely kind and helpful. He arranged a day trip for my family to Balagezong, lent us jackets for free, and even helped us with our luggage. He greeted us warmly upon arrival and waited for us so kindly. He also drove us to the railway station for free! Drinking water (bottled) is unlimited. It was available at the corner, and we could take it for free. I left my glasses in the car we rented for the Balagezong trip. The owner arranged to retrieve them from the driver, had them sent to me by express delivery, and I received them the next day. It was so meaningful to me, as I can’t see without my glasses! Oh, and if you're Muslim, there is a halal restaurant just two minutes' walk from the hotel. The owner guided us there. There are also many places to eat nearby, including Mixue, and a convenient store. Didi can take you directly to the front of the hotel. It’s very convenient! I really want to send my heartfelt thanks and kudos to the owner for such wonderful service and kindness. They are doing an excellent job taking care of the hotel. I really loved it, and I hope to visit again someday. Wishing the owner a long, healthy, and prosperous life! Thanks so much again for your amazing services ❤️

Hotel is really nice, this is the nicest hotel our whole china trip. Hotel looks new and host is friendly, they helped us carry our luggage up to the room. We came mid December and it was so cold but the moment you enter the hotel it is very warm. The room is warm enough as well and the water pressure is good and warm water easily available for shower.
