I chose this homestay from many B&Bs on Ctrip. When I arrived at the door of the B&B on the first day, the proprietress came out to pick me up and helped me get off the tricycle, fearing that I would fall. How considerate! The room was very clean and spacious. The location of the B&B is also very good. It takes only three to five minutes to walk to Sifang Street. There are many treasure shops nearby.

I glad and happy choose this hotel for 3 night stay at shangrila vacation .thank to Trip .com recommended .it turn out our stay are great and wonderful .Location the hotel right in centre ancient town ,moving around convenient .thank to Mr Solang Renqing local native ******* act as Hotel operator service are friendly and helpful too this hotel provided transport free service pick from Railway stations .He personally pick us up from Railway station and,when we check out too he send back to Railway station .you can call him tru hotel phone and add him on wechat to communicate need notice him advance one day before arriving. The hotel room that we check at ground floor are well pleasant and clean .easy to access .the bathroom have warmer ventilation .I good went it very cool at shangrila ..the floor have thermal heat warmer .really help when in this cool area. The hotel toilet bowl amazing have control self bidet spray as long you want and seater cover feel warmer .i salute this !! The arcade hotel are spaces and calm cosy . Free fruits apple for guests when we check in Location are easy and many shop and restaurants Surrounding. For Halal restaurant very good food first corner at main road . I will recommend this hotel for everyone one planning holidays at Shangrila .good .

I stayed here for two days and was really satisfied. When I got off the bus, someone came to help with my luggage, and when I left, someone also saw me off to the station. The last time I had this kind of service was in a five-star hotel, but this one only costs 200 yuan. The toiletries, towels and face towels are all disposable and sterilized. The room heating is very warm and there is oxygen supply. The breakfast is also very rich and delicious. The snacks and fruits provided are also very delicious! Very satisfied and will definitely recommend it to all my friends who are going to Shangri-La! !

The receptionists were very friendly and responsive. However, that’s the best thing about the hotel. Will not recommend for solo female travellers especially. The first room I was given smelled very strongly of smoke despite it being a non-smoking room. There were signs of cigarette burns on the floor between the twin beds. The staff were quick to respond when I made a complaint and gave me a new room. Although the second room was much better, there was an unopened condom on the night stand. This made me very uncomfortable as this probably meant one of two things: the room was not cleaned properly or it was left there because of the kind of clientele the hotel attracts. I was also bitten by some insects while sleeping. Since I arrived late, I decided to tough it out but left early in the morning as I felt very uncomfortable.

I was looking for accommodation in Dukezong Ancient Town before, but the alleys were small and the roads were stone. The B&Bs that I saw online that could park were actually parked in the alleys. It was very crowded and difficult to pass by cars. I also encountered several shopkeepers with arrogant attitudes who kept asking us to move our cars. I didn't want to stay in the ancient town anymore. I came to the north gate of the ancient town to try my luck. I happened to see that this B&B was very close to the north gate, so I just crossed the road and there was a yard for parking. The shopkeeper was very nice and helped us park. The accommodation was also very good, fully intelligent, and the facilities were very clean. The elderly who were traveling with us had altitude sickness, and oxygen was also provided in the room. The key was that it was very close to the ancient town, and we could reach the north gate as soon as we walked out the door, which was very convenient. The shopkeeper also recommended surrounding attractions and routes to us, which was very enthusiastic. I like the shopkeeper!

The boss is very friendly and can provide pick-up and drop-off, and also gives us snacks. The location is very good, very close to the ancient city but relatively quiet, convenient to go everywhere. There are also many makeup stores nearby, which is very convenient. All in all, highly recommended! High cost performance and good experience.
