Despite the rainy weather, the views were still incredibly beautiful — misty mountains and lush greenery that made the whole place feel serene and magical. The service was excellent; the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. One of the highlights of the stay was the ******* photography experience — it was such a fun and unique way to immerse ourselves in the local culture and take home some amazing memories. The property also had lots of adorable animals roaming around, which added a lovely charm and made the stay even more delightful, especially for animal lovers. Overall, Lisiman Xinsu offers a peaceful retreat with a great balance of natural beauty, cultural experience, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Shangri-La!"

"The service staff was really detailed and helpful in every way. They added us on WeChat upon arrival, carried our luggages into the room before we knew it. They delivered fresh fruits to the room that were really sweet and good, and the goodnight milk was a nice touch to end the night. They also took good care of our luggages after we checked out for the day until we left for the airport. They arranged our transport to the airport as well. Top notched service and hospitality that made the stay really enjoyable and we wished we had stayed here for longer. The rooms were nicely renovated and clean. The smart features were a really nice touch, especially the automatic water closet that opens when you enter. Amazing stay."

"After traveling for so many years, I mainly stayed in 4-star and 5-star hotels. Yixin Yuexia gave me more than 5-star service, which made me feel warm and at home. When we arrived, the hotel proprietress came out to greet us, and the housekeepers helped with our luggage. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. They cared about us every day, brought us fruit plates and foot bath soup bags every day so that we could soak our feet in the hotel at any time. The hotel is new and clean, with all kinds of facilities. In addition, it also has oxygen supply and an AI projection screen for watching movies. After a day of fun, I soaked my feet, ate fruits, and watched a movie on the projection screen in the hotel room at night. I also saw the Guishan Park Buddhist Temple from the hotel room. It was a real pleasure! The hotel is located in Dukezong Ancient Town, which is quiet and comfortable, but only a few minutes' walk to Guishan Park, prayer wheels, Moonlight Square and other popular and lively attractions. On the second day in Shangri-La, I had some altitude sickness. The landlady was very worried and immediately arranged for the housekeeper to take me to the hospital to see a doctor and get oxygen. I was very touched. In the following days, the boss's wife arranged for me to drink ginger water, which reduced my altitude sickness and improved my health. On the day we checked out, the lady boss personally saw us off and gave us some local souvenirs. I sincerely thank the staff of Yixin Yuexia Hotel for their service. Next time I come to Shangri-La, I will definitely stay in this hotel again."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean—just like the photos. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We left our luggage on the floor and woke up to find our clothes warm in the morning—such a nice surprise! The location is perfect—right within Dukezong Old Town and just a short walk to the prayer wheel. Boss lady Zhou was incredibly kind and helpful—she arranged our trip to Balagezong and even sent us to our next accommodation. Truly outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend staying here!"

"The location of this property is very good, walking distance to most attractions. The rooms are big & some with views. This place is fairly new and run by a young couple with 1 other cleaner. The owner is very helpful, great resources for any information or booking you need. Somehow it lacks the personal touch, warmth & standard of other homestay that I have been to. It feels like “ 1 time stay” kind of place, not up to par for international tourists. The quality of the toiletries & amenities does not match the kind of price you pay for the room. Definitely over priced for what you get."

"This is definitely a hotel I would recommend..smart room with all disposable amenities and lots of thoughts put into making customers comfortable, such as fruits and drinks at the front desk. Most importantly the staff are so helpful and friendly. The breakfast is delicious and prepared with love. If there is one thing I would like improve is ti suggest some hooks in the shower area so as to provide convenience when we bring in our clothes and towel during shower. Thank you every staff at the hotel who made our stay so memorable"
