"I give a huge thumbs up to the service at the Play All Hotel! As soon as we arrived, staff at the entrance helped us with our luggage and directed us to the baggage storage. I had already completed the online check-in, and they proactively informed us about the half-day passes and early park entry options when we arrived. Once we had our room number, our luggage was delivered directly to our room, and even express deliveries were brought right inside. The guest services center was always smooth, efficient, and incredibly responsive to any request we had. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job; everything was spotless, and we even found a handwritten note from the staff. Water and other consumables were replenished on demand. The mattress was comfortable, the bedding was cozy, and the 1.5-meter bed was quite spacious. They also have a shuttle bus service with very frequent departures, and the staff would even help lift strollers on and off. The recreation center staff at Play All Hotel organized a variety of engaging activities for the children, playing with them and even having interactive sessions with characters like Buzz Lightyear and Woody. They also offered hotel tours for kids, fridge magnet making, and clay activities. On B1, you can even buy ice cream and chocolate lollipops. Overall, the experience at Play All Hotel was superb and perfect for families. All the service staff were proactive in greeting us and responded to our needs immediately. It was an unbeatable experience, and I'll definitely be staying here again."

"The place is lovely, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, and the amenities are excellent. Even the TV channels offer a good selection of recent movies, which was a pleasant surprise. The only downside is the location. The property is situated within an eco park and is at least 1 km from the main road, so walking back at night can be quite challenging due to the complete lack of lighting. That said, the staff more than make up for it. They were incredibly helpful and even assisted us with ordering food, purchasing medicine, and other necessities during our stay. Getting a Didi was also relatively easy, so transportation was not a major issue. Do note that this is a pet-friendly hotel/villa, so you may encounter dogs roaming around the property. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for a pleasant and relaxing stay."

"I've always wanted to take my mom to Disneyland, and this year happened to be Shanghai Disneyland's 10th anniversary. Plus, I had some business to attend to in Shanghai for the past two months, so I booked the Shanghai Disneyland Hotel to celebrate my mom's birthday. I booked an Executive Room, and upon arrival, we went straight to the 7th-floor lounge for check-in. The next day was my mom's birthday, and the front desk lady gave her a birthday pin and sticker as a small gift. Although the gift wasn't expensive, my mom was very happy and carefully put it away. Oh, and the short-haired female employee in the lounge, I only remember her last name is Zhang, had an excellent attitude. She explained everything in great detail and patiently assisted with an elderly person's needs. If the hotel sees this review, please commend this young lady. The breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening light meals for the Executive Room are served in the King's Club. I think the food is good, not like some people say there's nothing to eat. They have both Chinese and Western options, and the dishes are all well-prepared. Especially the cheese, smoked salmon, and cold cuts of ham, which are fresher than the offerings in many international chain hotels' lounges. The Chinese cold dishes like sweet and sour pork ribs, drunken shrimp, and drunken pork belly were all delicious. For the evening light meal, there's freshly made pasta with three sauce options; I prefer the white sauce. The room has a very standard layout. The Executive Room's twin bed size is the same as non-executive rooms; it just comes with executive benefits. When we arrived, there was still one room available with a garden view. Although it wasn't a perfect spot, my mom and I thought it was perfectly fine; there's no need to be so picky. You can't always get the best of everything. What I was most satisfied with in the room, for a 10-year-old hotel, was that the air conditioning was not noisy. This is very important to me because I don't sleep well, and many hotel air conditioners are very loud, but I'm also very afraid of the heat and can't go without AC. Some old hotels have terrible AC, but I'm very satisfied with the one at Disneyland. You can barely hear any sound. Overall, I'm very satisfied, and the price wasn't expensive for the summer holiday period. I've already decided to come back for my dad's birthday next year."

"Facilities: Every villa boasts a unique style. On this trip, 10 people from 5 families stayed in Villa 58. It was spotless and well-maintained, featuring a private card/mahjong room and two smaller living areas โ€“ one upstairs and one downstairs. The only slight downside was that the main living room was a bit compact, so our group of 10 had to split into two to chat and enjoy tea. Environment: On our second day, we took the mini-train for a tour around the resort and were quite surprised by its expansive size! Electric shuttle buggies were available for convenient pickups and drop-offs. Service: The service was generally good, although there wasn't a clear map of the villas, which meant we spent a little extra time locating ours."

"It was my first time visiting the Natural Echo Resort. I booked a mud house here during the May Day holiday. It cost more than 600 yuan a night. I booked it in the evening. I followed the navigation and found the wrong place. It was dark everywhere and there was no one. The further I drove in, the more I felt something was wrong. I turned around and called the hotel ๐Ÿจ, and finally found it according to the instructions. The room is just average. There is a smell when you enter, and the musty smell is too strong! And itโ€™s not as bright as in the photo ๐Ÿ˜‚, the photo is a bit deceptive, thereโ€™s nothing in the refrigerator, itโ€™s completely empty. Also, the door of the cabinet for cups was broken. Once you opened it, the whole door fell off. It was ridiculous. ๐Ÿ˜’ The only advantage is that each room is separated by a distance, so they don't disturb each other and there is no need to worry about sound insulation. Let me complain about the breakfast on the next day. It was from 7:30 to 9:00 and was really average. There were steamed buns, bread, a kind of small cake, eggs, white porridge, wontons, egg fried rice, and the only fruits were oranges and cantaloupe. The coffee machine was broken. We went to eat at around 8:00 and there was no seat. It was crowded and the food was almost โ€grabbedโ€ away. My husband said it was like fighting for food in a slum. . Due to the shortage, the custard buns were hastily served while they were still cold in the middle, and there was no time to steam the frozen products. ๐Ÿ˜ก We had hotel breakfast on the morning of 5/3, which was not the first day of the holiday, but the third day. Didnโ€™t they take into account the flow of people? Too bad. Fortunately, we didn't book a hotel that costs more than one thousand yuan a night. The service, environment and breakfast are not up to the standard of five-star hotel. It's so low. ๐Ÿ˜“ Won't come again a second time. . . ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿป"

"It's clear that the guest rooms are well-maintained; although they're old, they're still habitable. However, the main building lacks any distinctive features, and the facilities throughout the park are basically abandoned. You should definitely book a campervan-type room, which allows for barbecues and camping, giving you a much better experience."

"Feeling overwhelmed by the demands of work and longing for a breather, the Flower Blossoms in Fengxian, Shanghai, is my sanctuary of healing. I escape to this idyllic countryside for the weekend to rejuvenate! The resort is surrounded by a winding river, fields, and trees, and right now, the rapeseed flowers are in full bloom, turning the fields a golden yellow. The blue and white tiled infinity pool in the courtyard is incredibly photogenic. Under the sunlight, the shimmering blue of the pool seems to hold back the summer heat, creating a scene reminiscent of Santorini โ€“ no filter needed! Imagine lying on a beach chair, feeling the breeze, and simply letting your mind wander โ€“ all your work worries will vanish! Next to the pool is a pink sand beach, a visually striking sight. The butler thoughtfully provided sand-digging tools, making it impossible to stop digging! The resort's architecture consists of wabi-sabi style villas. I booked the Nude Residence, which opened to a private courtyard. Sunlight streamed into the room through the floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a fleeting glimpse into my ideal life. I was completely captivated by their bathtub! The enormous tub faced the view, and soaking in it made me forget everything. Even better, the bed faced the large window, and the rapeseed flowers and green trees outside created a picturesque scene โ€“ my mood was indescribably wonderful! The rooms on the second floor held even more surprises โ€“ stargazing rooms! Lying there at night, gazing at the countless stars was incredibly romantic. Thoughtfully, there was also a private bathroom on the second floor, so you didn't have to go downstairs. The resort boasted a large lawn with several giant haystacks, a sight only found in Northwest China. Taking photos on those haystacks was a breeze! The craft workshop offered a variety of experiences, including printmaking, painting small pottery jars, and tie-dyeing. After completing your craft, you could take your creation home โ€“ a truly satisfying experience! I initially thought everyone here was staying, but surprisingly, nine out of ten people were there for coffee and milk tea. The afternoon tea was both beautiful and delicious, a real treat. The resort offers two restaurants that you can switch between at your leisure: choose the Western restaurant for steak, or the Chinese restaurant for local cuisine. Both feature floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the surrounding countryside while you enjoy your meal. As the sun sets, watch the fields bathed in its gentle and romantic light โ€“ this resort is simply irresistible! The breakfast is piping hot and nutritious, perfect for starting your day full of energy. A weekend getaway for working professionals like yourself is all it takes to rejuvenate and recharge for the next day!"

"We changed the hotel on the first night and stayed at the Pearl Lake Resort. The resort has a beautiful environment and the room facilities are complete and very good. Returning to the Swan Lake Resort Hotel on the second night: the front desk staff is too unactive, the room facilities are outdated and the smell is very heavy. This is the recommended hotel for the Shanghai Pearl Lake Long Feet Festival, but the service staff inside did not know that the lunch was not in advance. Later, many people said that they had to advance and the cockroach was half an hour in advance. I didn't eat because the time I ate early was too short for the running time. This is the first regular hotel I have encountered in the country that does not understand the breakfast of the horse."

"The place found by the unit team building is very suitable for company team building. The environment is beautiful, the privacy of the single house is very good, the parking is convenient, not only accommodation and dining, but also outdoor barbecue team building, and its own parent-child vegetable garden. The vegetables eaten in the private kitchen at night are all picked by us. It tastes great"
