The hotel is brand new, modern, clean, and stylishly decorated, with comfortable rooms and great amenities. The rooftop pool, gym, and rooftop bar made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my entire stay. Housekeeping is fantastic; everything is replenished, and they even provide extras. You get bath towels, two pool towels, and two bathrobes. Coffee, tea – everything is refilled daily if used. Everything ran smoothly and professionally, and I truly felt welcome. The location near the sea is also a big plus. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again."

"Room: Good, comfortable, and the A/C was cold. The hot water in the bathroom worked well, and the pillows were great, I slept very comfortably. Service: Easy check-in. Amenities: For parking, if 10 is the highest score, I'd give it a 2. I parked in spot number 6, but around 10 PM, I couldn't get out because I was double-parked, and I couldn't contact any staff or find the person who double-parked me. This meant I couldn't go anywhere. I really want to advise future guests that the parking is insufficient for the number of visitors. Guests lose their ability to go out if someone parks incorrectly. It's such a shame, I really hope the accommodation finds a solution for the parking situation."

"This is a new accommodation with a good location, within walking distance to Phuket Old Town. The room size is perfect for a solo traveler or a small couple. The staff are helpful and friendly, though there might be no parking and some amenities could be missing."

"I stayed here for 2 days, and overall it was good. It's not far from the beach, and the market and shopping mall are just a 2-minute walk away. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff was very friendly. On the downside, there's a large deposit of 1000 baht, which can be hard to spend if you're leaving directly for the airport and traveling alone. The mattress was too soft, which isn't ideal for anyone with back issues. The balcony isn't big, but it has a table and chairs. However, the AC unit's outdoor condenser blows directly on you, making it feel like an oven and quite uncomfortable to be out there. There was also a slight, unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which is probably why there were air fresheners everywhere. The room itself wasn't very noisy, but on the balcony or outside, the noise can be irritating because the hotel is on a small street surrounded by tall buildings, creating a lot of echoes. For a short stay, it's perfectly fine."

"Honestly, I was completely blown away by the view at this hotel. We initially had the smaller room, or rather, the 60-square-meter loft apartment, which already had an amazing view. After seeing the other room, we decided to upgrade. The upgrade process was incredibly smooth. The upgraded room is absolutely fantastic, the view is top-notch, and above all, the team here is very welcoming and makes you feel like family. We truly have a horizon view."

"For this trip to Phuket, I compared and selected over ten hotels before departing. Some weren't conveniently located, some had facilities that didn't meet expectations, but my biggest concern was that most hotels didn't offer Chinese-speaking staff. For me, communicating in a foreign language isn't easy, and it would have been inconvenient for both pre-booking inquiries and various questions during my stay. After several rounds of filtering, I almost struggled to decide due to language barriers, until I chose this hotel, which truly resolved my main worries about accommodation for the trip. My entire stay was very pleasant, and I'd like to express my approval with a five-star review. The hotel's location is moderate, making it convenient for sightseeing and daily dining. The room was clean and tidy, with both hardware and software configurations prioritizing comfort. The environment was peaceful, perfectly suiting the relaxation needs of an island vacation. The most crucial reason I chose this hotel was the availability of Chinese service at the front desk, making it the only option among many I compared where I could communicate in Chinese without any barriers. Being able to communicate with staff from my home country in a foreign land reduced language barriers and added a sense of familiarity. Whether it was for check-in procedures, local itinerary inquiries, or travel tips, the staff patiently answered my questions, and their advice was practical and helpful. There was no need to rely on translation software or struggle to decipher meanings; the entire communication process was easy and smooth. This front desk staff member was kind and meticulous, easing the unfamiliarity of traveling alone and making the journey much smoother. I have already recommended this hotel to friends planning to visit Phuket. If I ever return to this area, this will still be my top choice for accommodation. I also hold a gentle hope that, if fate allows, whether I return to the island or have another opportunity to meet, it would be wonderful to see them again."

"What's good: The hotel's ambiance has a Balinese style, emphasizing wood and brown tones. We chose the highest room type, and it was excellent. The room was clean and well-equipped with kitchen appliances, including an electric stove (though it lacked pots, pans, and spatulas, which would be a great addition). There was also a capsule coffee machine, a dining table, and a Jacuzzi. Most importantly, the bed was incredibly soft. Areas for improvement: I had a 20-inch suitcase, a large bag, and a small bag, and no staff came out to help from the parking lot, even though three employees were watching from the counter. There wasn't even a ”hello, welcome” greeting. The welcome drink tray was just left on the counter and wasn't brought to my partner, who was waiting. The hotel requested a 1000 baht cash deposit, but I didn't have cash, as this wasn't mentioned in the booking details. So, they took my ID card instead. I asked the staff if I could check out late, no later than 1 PM. They said the room was available but would charge an additional 200 baht. The room we stayed in cost 3,700 baht (for two people), excluding breakfast. Considering the location (right next to the road, so you can hear traffic at night), the price felt a bit high. However, I decided to pay because the hotel looked interesting. I've stayed at many hotels, and if late check-out before 1 PM is allowed, they usually don't charge extra. It would be great if the hotel had a better service mind. Please improve the service from the front desk."
