I had the most wonderful stay at LISIMAN Xinsu Yusiye Oxygen Supply Manor in Shangri-La! Everything was perfect, from the beautifully designed room to the breathtaking view and the peaceful atmosphere, but what truly made this experience unforgettable was their staff. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with warmth and genuine kindness. They weren’t just helpful; they were thoughtful, caring, and truly dedicated to making us feel at home. Their attention to detail was incredible, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask and always ready to assist. Traveling with a baby here felt effortless. The staff absolutely adored my baby, and the feeling was mutual. My baby loved them just as much. Their kindness and care made us feel safe, comfortable, and deeply grateful for their hospitality. The staff here don’t just do their jobs. They pour their hearts into making our stay special. Their warmth, patience, and attentiveness set them apart, and they truly deserve all the recognition in the world. I would return to this place just for them. If you’re looking for not only comfort and stunning views but also the kindest and most genuine people, this is it. A million times recommended!

We are in a group of 6. the host is amazing, helped out with how to used the oxygen machine with essential for our elderly. We all had the room with fantastic view and the top roof view was majestic 🙏🙏🙏 we have been the most welcome and relaxing stay. the host was always be there to helped if you were need it. Special thanks for pick up from the north gate and also drop off this morning to catch our early train. Your kindness and helpful is definitely we will back to stay with you again. .

We truly truly enjoyed our stay here. The view, the animals, the staff, everything was great. We had to get used to the climate but after 1 night, everything is well! We're Muslims and the hotel prepared a vegetarian breakfast for us. The hotel also prepared us tea time, evening special drink sent to our rooms. It was really enjoyable. They were not stingy as well. Sent us to the nearest farm for horseriding experience, gave us goody bag when we checked out. We even had a free photoshoot, complete with traditional costumes! The hotel is about 20mins away from dukezong town, I think it's ok! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

A very lovely place to stay! The room is very clean with modern design. The location is also not far from the attractions, just 15 mins walk to old town. What I like the most is staff is very helpful and providing excellent service~ I lost my jacket at a tourist attraction and they helped me to find it back! High recommended to stay if you are coming to Shang-rila!

This homestay is the best! Very recommended 👌🏻 the host is very accommodating. The location is just perfect. It’s near to everything. There’s bed warmer and floor heater and the toilet comes with automatic bidet. There’s washing machine and even extra jackets that can be borrowed from the hotel as we undermine the cold in Shangrila the puffer jacket we borrowed really help us a lot with the cold. There’s pickup and dropoff service for free to and fro the Railway Station. The room that we book is really nice and the view is also nice. Please stay here if you come to Shangrila. You won’t regret it.

I had the most incredible stay at Shangri-la Runjing Muqi B&B. The moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a serene atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The property is beautifully designed, blending traditional aesthetics with modern comforts, offering a perfect retreat from the hustle of daily life. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully decorated, reflecting the local charm of Shangri-la. The attention to detail was remarkable—from the soft linens to the carefully curated amenities that added a touch of luxury to my stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the owner of the inn. She was incredibly kind and accommodating, even offering to pick me up from the train station and drop me off when I left, which was a huge help as the B&B is located about 25 minutes from the town and getting a Didi can be a bit challenging in the area. The inn doesn’t have elevators, only a staircase, but the staff were so attentive—they carried my luggage up and down for me, ensuring I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The location is perfect for exploring the serene beauty of Shangri-la. Nearby attractions include Potatso National Park, Songzanlin Monastery, and Dukezong Ancient Town, as well as a nearby horse ranch, where you can dress in traditional ******* costumes and ride across the scenic grasslands. The on-site breakfast was delicious, with fresh, locally sourced options that made each morning a delight. Overall, Shangri-la Runjing Muqi B&B offers an unforgettable experience. It’s a peaceful retreat with exceptional service, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to explore the wonders of Shangri-la. I can’t wait to return!

The host is very friendly On our first day arrival , he go thru with us our itinerary and adjust some Has many little tibbit serve for free, free flow mineral water, probiotics The camp fire environment at night is also very cool Overall pleasant stay for 2 nights during our shangrila trip Location is nearby the old town but not exactly in it Car assessable location which I feel is good instead of staying inside the old town Amenities is one time use towel but if u don’t like u can request normal towel All amenities is average grade not as luxury type but ok for the price of the hotel charge Breakfast is the simple type but nice noodle

This trip was a great experience, and Qianyun Inn must be praised! As soon as I arrived at the inn, the flowers and plants in the courtyard were particularly pleasing to the eye. Considering the low temperature, the staff turned on the floor heating in advance, and it was warm when I entered the room! As a northerner who enjoys central heating in winter, I really feel warm at home here, and my family of three is very moved. The room is decorated in style, the lighting is arranged in a very colorful way, warm and comfortable. The hygiene of the room is even better. The bed is clean and tidy, the bathroom has no odor, and the toiletries are neatly placed. It can be seen that it has been carefully cleaned. The service of the inn is also very considerate. The staff is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is fast, and they also carefully introduce the surrounding fun places and delicious restaurants. Living here, I really feel at home. Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this one!

The location is unbeatable, with everything within walking distance, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible hospitality of the owner family. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with such warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even helping us with our heavy luggages. One of the highlights of our trip was when they personally drove us around the city! As a group of five, we struggled to find a taxi big enough to accommodate us, but the owners stepped in and made sure we didn’t miss out on seeing the best parts of the city. They also gave us fantastic recommendations, including a fun and engaging cultural show that we thoroughly enjoyed, as well as some amazing local restaurants that we wouldn’t have found on our own. The owner family’s warmth and genuine care for their guests truly set this hotel apart. If I could give them ten stars, I absolutely would—they deserve every single one! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and heartwarming stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Very good hotel located in the middle of the city .The hotel has three floors. The rooms are very nice with good amenites such as a heating floor, an oxigen machine, an electronic assistant (haha but you need to speak Chinese).The receptionists are polite and helpful and they even have a very cute cat. It is two minutes away from the main square. Recommended!
