The USB charging ports were really convenient. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The surrounding area is also great, with a 24-hour convenience store downstairs. It's also within walking distance to the city center and the Old Port."

The hotel has a beautiful lobby and wonderful breakfast, and the room on the 2nd floor was adequate, although a bit cramped. I would like to give it higher marks but the area it was in pretty much makes it hard to recommend."

"The design of the hotel is visually great and staff was friendly but it's noisy (and I'm usually not sensitive to noise and it even bothered me). Before the rooms on our floor (2nd) is a general door that is super loud when it closes. Then at 9am the fire alarm falsely went off. All not too great when you want relax. The terasse dowmstairs are very nice though."

"The hotel was clean and well-maintained. I had reserved a room with one large bed, but upon arrival, I was given a room with two separate beds. When I raised the issue, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and that a change was not possible. Aside from that, the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped as a studio with a kitchenette for cooking. However, it lacked a coffee machine or a water boiler, which would have been appreciated. The location is quite far from the city center, which may not be ideal for everyone. Overall, it's a good stay for those looking for a quiet, functional space. time to check out is strict"
