"I have the habit of going to this hotel, the reception is nice, the location is very good at the entrance of Marseille and just next to the port of the stake."

"I think the location is a plus, and the hotel staff provided good service. The breakfast was also good with a nice view, and the staff even helped prepare coffee. The bathroom was spacious, but many things were broken. The drain in my room had issues, sometimes leaking water all over the floor. The metal toilet paper holder next to the toilet suddenly fell off, which startled me. The shower screen had a faulty seal at the bottom, preventing it from closing properly. The bathroom lights also flickered constantly, suggesting unstable voltage. My colleague, who was traveling with me, had a broken AC in their room the first night and had to switch. The second night, the replacement room lost power in the middle of the night, forcing them to grope in the dark to switch rooms again. Compared to their experience, my issues seem minor."

"I almost didn't stay here after reading so many reviews, but once I checked in, I found it to be pretty good. First off, the location is a huge plus. It's only a 2-minute walk from the train station, which was incredibly convenient as I needed to take frequent trains to Aix these past few days. However, if you're planning to explore Marseille itself, staying closer to the main attractions would be better. This area is a bit far from the beach, and Marseille isn't known for being particularly safe at night. The hotel room isn't very big, and it lacks amenities like a fridge, kettle, coffee/tea bags, or cups. However, there is a bar in the lobby. Otherwise, the cleanliness and service were acceptable. I was pleasantly surprised that they allowed me to check in 3 hours early! On the downside, luggage storage does cost between 6-12 euros."

"The suite is actually sectioned off by a movable curtain in the middle. If you don't use it, the room is quite spacious, enough for three people to open up their suitcases. The bathroom is integrated and very clean, and it's separate from the shower room."
