I booked this hotel in a rush, seeing a 4.5 rating on Ctrip. Environment: First of all, the hotel's location is very convenient, right in the old port, with a view of the pier from the window – the view is okay. Transportation is convenient, very close to the train station. The staff were very warm and attentive, five-star service. The following is for those who value cleanliness: The hotel's cleanliness was disappointing, which was my top priority for accommodation. The facilities did not match the price and four-star standard. For example, the wall materials in the room clearly needed replacement or renovation; they weren't just old, there was obvious dirt on the walls, which was very unpleasant to see while lying in bed. The hairdryer was heavily dusty. The toilet bowl had a yellowish tinge, making it unusable. The window faces the harbor, but the curtains offered virtually no light blocking. They were single-layered fabric in very bright colors, waking you up immediately.

Hotel above expectations, quality price absolutely disproportionate. Almost 4 star service with a very low rate. The staff was really kind and available for every request. The elevator a bit crazy while I was there, in my opinion the mirror reflects on the photocells and continues to reopen the doors. But even if this very prompt in solving the issue. The bed is quite big, maybe not as big as a king, but two adult women won't feel crowded. The room is a bit old, but it's still quite clean. There is a shower and a bathtub, but the seal of the shower room is not well pasted or old, and it leaks. The balcony faces the port. The rooms with balconies are all on the lower floors and face a road to the port, not directly next to the port. The view is average, and Marseille is always windy in winter, which feels quite tasteless. The breakfast is average. I don't know if there are not many varieties in the off-season, but the restaurant is high and you can see the whole Marseille. The popular seats on the terrace are not open in winter (and it's really cold). The hotel has a basement where you can pay for parking, 32 euros a day, and the entrance and exit are very narrow, so be careful. But this location is convenient for highways. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the center of the old port. The area around the hotel feels safe, and it's no problem to walk back after dinner in the evening.

I had a great stay as always at this BnB — check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient. I chose this location because it’s close to the embassy I needed to visit. The receptionist (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) was very helpful and kind. I was unprepared for my appointment, but she went out of her way to help me by finding scissors and glue so I could attach my photo to a document. She even looked for them in the next office! I really appreciated her small but thoughtful gestures. I also stored my bag there and picked it up after my appointment. Although my embassy visit didn’t go well, my experience at the BnB was still excellent thanks to her.

During this trip, I was fortunate enough to choose this hotel as my resting place, and it certainly gave me an unforgettable stay. First of all, the check-in process is extremely convenient. I arrived at the hotel a full two hours ahead of the expected check-in time, but the front desk staff did not the slightest inconvenience or evasion, but in a very warm attitude for me to check in quickly. Secondly, the room itself is large and comfortable to live in, and offers a wide variety of kitchenware and cutlery. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. I had reserved a room with one large bed, but upon arrival, I was given a room with two separate beds. When I raised the issue, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and that a change was not possible. Aside from that, the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped as a studio with a kitchenette for cooking. However, it lacked a coffee machine or a water boiler, which would have been appreciated. The location is quite far from the city center, which may not be ideal for everyone. Overall, it's a good stay for those looking for a quiet, functional space. time to check out is strict

The room was perfect, had airconditioning, good bed, clean. The only thing is that they should regularly check if everything still works fine. Specifically, lamps and items in the bathroom.

I have the habit of going to this hotel, the reception is nice, the location is very good at the entrance of Marseille and just next to the port of the stake.

Nice building , workers are very friendly. When we first arrived at hotel we thought it was closed but keep pressing the button to ring the reception to open the door for you. Keep in mind bring your own towel or you have to buy one here.

A welcoming hotel with a view of the sea and the ferry port. A bit far from the metro, especially when it's raining. Friendly and welcoming staff.
