Second stay at this hotel. Convenient for when traveling to / from the cruise port or airport. The hotel itself is very nice, small but great character and good facilities. We had a double floor mezzanine family room. Great room with comfy beds, clean, good amenities and nice bathroom, fridge, coffee machine etc so everything you need. There are two big downsides to this hotel that are out of their control. The old big French doors / windows look great but are not good at all for sound. We were on the 5th floor and heard cars, sirens, mopeds and people until the early hours and this does impact sleep. The second thing is the area, not a pleasant place at night. Lots of Homeless, rough sleepers and not a welcoming place. For us, simply going there to sleep and be comfortable and have a nice room it was good and we’d stay again, but it is expensive when you consider the area and noise at night vs some other better located hotels in Marseille

1. On June 17th, I had a 'Still in' sign on my door during the day. Although I went out for lunch, I didn't remove the sign as I didn't want anyone entering my room. However, when I returned in the afternoon, I found that the room card I had left in the power slot was gone, stolen! I immediately went downstairs to report to the front desk that my room card had been stolen from the slot inside my room. The front desk had no idea who had entered my room, meaning the person who stole the card could re-enter my room at any time. There was absolutely no security during my stay. The front desk staff were completely unhelpful and showed a passive attitude. 2. On June 18th, around 9 PM, I was taking the elevator downstairs when it broke down and wouldn't open. I was trapped inside, continuously pressing the emergency button. It took several minutes for someone to respond, but still no one came to help me get out. The elevator was a sealed space with no air circulation, which was very uncomfortable. In the end, I had to use all my strength to pry open the door myself to escape. I immediately went downstairs to complain to the front desk. There were two staff members on duty at the time; one sat there as if nothing had happened, while the other had a terrible attitude, stating that he had called maintenance and that the broken elevator was not his problem. I asked, 'Shouldn't you have helped me get out first? If maintenance never arrived, would I have been stuck in an airless elevator?' This hotel clearly has no SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for elevator breakdowns, simply abandoning guests trapped inside. When I complained after freeing myself, instead of apologizing and comforting me, the duty staff member argued with me, saying he was only responsible for calling maintenance and nothing else. He even dared me to complain to hotel management, saying he didn't care. There was absolutely no service quality. 3. From the theft of my room card from inside my room to being trapped in a broken elevator with no assistance, this hotel offers absolutely no security and terrible service quality.

I had a great stay as always at this BnB — check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient. I chose this location because it’s close to the embassy I needed to visit. The receptionist (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) was very helpful and kind. I was unprepared for my appointment, but she went out of her way to help me by finding scissors and glue so I could attach my photo to a document. She even looked for them in the next office! I really appreciated her small but thoughtful gestures. I also stored my bag there and picked it up after my appointment. Although my embassy visit didn’t go well, my experience at the BnB was still excellent thanks to her.

This hotel is centrally located, offering incredibly convenient access to both the subway and bus systems, making it easy to explore the city and reach the Calanques. The room was very clean and spacious, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel staff were very responsible, and luggage storage was free. There's a Carrefour supermarket right downstairs, perfect for grabbing some snacks.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. I had reserved a room with one large bed, but upon arrival, I was given a room with two separate beds. When I raised the issue, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and that a change was not possible. Aside from that, the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped as a studio with a kitchenette for cooking. However, it lacked a coffee machine or a water boiler, which would have been appreciated. The location is quite far from the city center, which may not be ideal for everyone. Overall, it's a good stay for those looking for a quiet, functional space. time to check out is strict

During this trip, I was fortunate enough to choose this hotel as my resting place, and it certainly gave me an unforgettable stay. First of all, the check-in process is extremely convenient. I arrived at the hotel a full two hours ahead of the expected check-in time, but the front desk staff did not the slightest inconvenience or evasion, but in a very warm attitude for me to check in quickly. Secondly, the room itself is large and comfortable to live in, and offers a wide variety of kitchenware and cutlery. All in all, convenient check-in, warm service, comfortable room, a perfect experience beyond expectations!

1. one centered whole room lighting is annoying, separate small independent light are needed 2. more drawers and wardrobe needed then staying long thing too messy due to lack of drawer and wardrobe 3. vending machines don't give product on the first try, need to pay 2 times I bought water and my money is deducted from my bank account but no product and the reception girl doesn't give **** about vending machine malfunction

The room was perfect, had airconditioning, good bed, clean. The only thing is that they should regularly check if everything still works fine. Specifically, lamps and items in the bathroom.

I have the habit of going to this hotel, the reception is nice, the location is very good at the entrance of Marseille and just next to the port of the stake.

Pros 1. Clean facilities 2. Spacious room for 3 people Cons 1. Difficult check-in I waited from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM, but was told that check-in was only possible from 2:00 PM. Other hotels usually allow check-in once the room is ready, but this place insisted on 2:00 PM. Also, when I arrived in the evening, the reception was closed, so I had to check in using a machine. I attempted to check in multiple times using the reservation number on the booking confirmation, but it was unsuccessful, so I had to use a phone service. The reservation number provided there was completely different from the one on the confirmation. 2. Distant location It is a bit far from the city center, which requires one tram transfer, so it is inconvenient.
