The hotel was very new, very clean. The receptionists were very helpful, very attentive and very cheerful. A 100 euro deposit is taken at the entrance. However, it was returned to my account the day I left.
It was within walking distance to everywhere. The tram stop and Desire Clay metro were very close.
The price was very reasonable for the service provided.
The fact that the beds were higher than normal standards and the windows did not open was a bit of a problem. But it had central air conditioning.
As a result, we were very pleased.

Beautiful hostel with a nice outside area, good location & big rooms. Bed was comfortable and had a curtain. There’s a safety box for everyone but you must bring your own locker. Unfortunately, the little safe next to the bed doesn’t work. Showers could be bigger tho.

Definitely a basic room but the linens were clean, pillows comfy, water pressure and temperature were good and pump soap was handy by the sink and in the shower so that was all fine. Unfortunately the TV didn't work and the air conditioner wasn't robust enough for such warm weather. Otherwise, the facility seemed safe, the front counter always seemed to be attended, and the location was very close to the old port and metro, and there was a civic parking lot within easy walking distance.

Hotel is good, how the receptionist treat the customers is VERY BAD!
He told us with high tone that our booking is not in the system, although we already paid for it & can show our booking confirmation :)) It's is very stupid.
Then the fault is on the hotel. That the owner booked with his name (not my name). Actually it is okay. But how the employee (receptionist) behave so bad in handling the customers is just SHAMEFUL. He should get a proper training in Service and Customer Handling.

If you need to be close to the port and you are going on a cruise, then in general, you can. The hotel raises questions, everything is extremely simple and not always clean. The area itself does not inspire confidence, but this can be said about the whole of Marseille, you need to behave carefully and keep an eye on everything. The room is small, but looks like the one in the photo, there was hair in the bathroom, the bed is relatively fresh, if you do not pick too much and it is a question of overnight stay, then it will be quite suitable. Probably, the hotel fulfills its function. But, I repeat, for very unpretentious people.

Room not very big but just enough. TV office bathroom. Only small problem, the shower curtain has a problem for closing. So plenty of water everywhere. Otherwise no noise from neighbors. We slept well.

2. more drawers and wardrobe needed then staying long thing too messy due to lack of drawer and wardrobe
3. vending machines don't give product on the first try, need to pay 2 times I bought water and my money is deducted from my bank account but no product and the reception girl doesn't give **** about vending machine malfunction

Not bad, behind a gas station, taxi to the convenient transportation, it is very convenient to go to the old port line 2 to change to line 1, do not go to the hotel in Marseille, there is no air conditioning in the summer heat, but fortunately, this hotel was set in time, let us have a place to live very grateful, stayed for four nights. It is also very convenient to walk to the subway station. There is a football stadium during the Olympic Games. There is a lot of people. Marseille has people of color. Pay attention to safety and don't go out alone at night. Especially women. Provence remembers to see before the end of June, and to collect in early July, there is basically no lavender, the scenery is so beautiful. The back of the trip to France is too heavy.

It's a bit far from Marseille Central Station, but it's very clean and nice. There are often trains from the central station to Blancarde Station, so you can move around~~

It is 2 subway stops from Marseille Railway Station. There are also trams and multi-buses nearby. It is also close to the old port and there is a large shopping center nearby. The room is a password lock.

AAnonymous UserA v good hostel!! Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, safe security. The hostel has a shared kitchen with plenty seats, and a bar with fair price drinks. The location of the hostel is v good, 5 min walk to the bus station and 8 min to tram. The reception have a s storage room, if u check out early, u can still store the luggage there and have fun before leaving. Strongly recommend!!

QQIDONGI usually get up late without booking breakfast; free parking; walk to the supermarket within a few minutes to solve the problem of eating and drinking (borrow hotel microwave oven); there is a gas station nearby, and there is a KFC within ten minutes of walking; choose to stay because of the cost-effectiveness, and drive to the city It takes 20 minutes. I drove the car to the public free parking lot at the Metro Terminal near the Marseille Stadium, and then took the Metro to the Old Port of Marseille. There is no hair dryer in the room, and the smell of the corridors I don’t know how to appreciate...

NNo_return_dateThis place is very basic and I feel like I overpaid given my experience. First it is close enough to a dance club that you can hear the music and patrons. In my case that was until 5:15 am when I got up for an early morning train. The shower is handheld and not mounted to the wall so it is a bit like bathing with a hose. No working elevator and the stairs were not built evenly so walking up and down them risks a fall or turned ankle. The thing this place has going for it is it’s proximity to the marina and it is a reasonable walk from the train station.
