"This hotel completely exceeded my expectations, a definite five-star rating! From the moment I walked in, Anna's warm and attentive service made me feel incredibly welcome; she even offered to help with my luggage. Layla and Regina at check-in were efficient and quick, and they thoughtfully upgraded my room. The room was spacious and bright, with a modern yet cozy decor. The bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until I woke up naturally. The view from the window was excellent, offering a panoramic city night view. The breakfast spread was extensive, a mix of Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh. The freshly cooked wontons, in particular, were delicious. The hotel's location is superb, with convenient transportation and plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. My trip was very fulfilling and enjoyable. Next time I'm in this city, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends!"
