Hot spring Hotels in Kunming

Very family friendly hotel, great service, beautiful scenarios and delicious breakfast. My kid enjoyed their swimming pools and garden area so much and kept mentioning them after we left. I should also mention that the photography package came along with the hotel reservation was such an excellent deal. Our photographer 梨子 from 恒壹旅拍 was super professional and patient with kids. We are really satisfied with the experience and enjoyed the beautiful photos we got to take home with.

InterContinental hotel locates near Kunming's DianChi - 滇池 within walking distance. The hotel resort is relatively huge and it took me quite a while from my room to the lobby. So if you hate walking, this maybe something you need to consider. Furthermore, the room facilities are kind out of date especially the toilet which is a minus compared with other 6-star hotel. The restaurant especially the Chinese restaurant is not where you would get local Yunnan flavor, so avoid it if possible. In general, this is a resort hotel which is much better than any of the resort hotels I have visited in the West Coast of US. So I would still recommend it for anyone visiting Kunming, China.

It was a wonderful stay. I enjoyed the aesthetic and beauty of the place. I liked that they think about all details. Hot springs and swimming pool are nice. I also enjoyed the restaurant with its great choice of dishes. Strongly suggesting the place. The staff is very friendly and polite. When I was leaving I even got a small souvenir from the front desk manager. I stayed in a lot of hotels around China. I would say this was one of the best choices. Besides the location is also very convenient.

This trip to Kunming Lakeview Hotel was perfect. The room was spacious and bright, with all the necessary facilities and high quality. The staff was friendly, the service was meticulous, and they responded to every request. It was very convenient to feed the seagulls near the Haigeng Dianchi Dam. Here, both the body and mind were greatly relieved and satisfied, and I really like it!

After getting off the high-speed train, we had to catch the high-speed train early the next morning, so we had to find a hotel with breakfast near the high-speed train station. We found several hotels but none of them were ideal. We were ready to go to Hilton. The taxi driver introduced Lishui Yunquan to us. It is next to Kunming Normal University and has a quiet environment. At the front desk, when we said we didn't want a high-rise room, the lady immediately helped us change to a low-rise room. The room is large, clean, well-equipped, dry and wet separated, and it is very convenient to use hot water. There is also a large glass window sill, and you can see Kunming High-speed Railway Station in a straight line (about 10 minutes away from the high-speed railway station). For dinner, a male staff member was very enthusiastic to take us to the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. When we were dazzled by the dishes, the lady who took the order was very patient and stood and waited for more than 15 minutes. The dishes are delicious and not expensive for two people. The breakfast has many varieties and styles and is very delicious. The ladies at the front desk and the Chinese food department are always smiling and have a very good service attitude. When leaving, the security uncle took the initiative to help us carry our luggage to the car. Lishui Yunquan is very comfortable. Awesome 👍👍👍!!!

Very good experience. I originally just wanted to find a place to soak in hot springs, but I received surprises one after another. First of all, the hotel is Wyndham brand, so it is naturally excellent. The overall decoration of the hotel is in the style of European castles, which is absolutely upscale. Secondly, there are many hot springs, including indoor saunas, outdoor hot springs, and two swimming pools. The only drawback is that it is the weekend and there are many people. Maybe it would be better to go there during the week. Finally, I have to praise their star-level service, especially Tsuki in the lobby, who is very attentive and thoughtful. She found out that it was my birthday that day, so she arranged a series of surprises and specially prepared a cake. I was originally very tired after traveling, but I was moved by their enthusiasm. It is worth recommending!
