A nice hotel with room with modern facilities. Location is just far enough from the noises from the main pedestrian street yet near enough for all amenities. Food options are plentiful nearby and a local morning market nearby as well. Simple chinese breakfast but I was not used to the non heated breakfast room. There are 3 floors at the hotel but no lift. However the female receptionist was so kind to carry one of my heavy luggage upstairs. Hotel undergoing major renovations but no problem. It's already an excellent value for money hotel but once the renovations are completed it'll be more special. Highly recommended.

Staying at this newly opened hotel, right at the south gate entrance of Guandu Ancient Town, its location is excellent and easy to find. Although the room space is a bit small, it's neatly arranged and well-designed. The bedding is clean and tidy, and the amenities are very practical. The soundproofing is fantastic! Downstairs is the hotel's restaurant, which has a very distinctive setting with dance welcoming guests and a song and dance show. The staff are young, energetic, and have a great attitude; their service is prompt and attentive. It's great to have both dining and accommodation in one place – you can enjoy a meal and then head upstairs to rest and sleep.

The front desk staff were efficient with check-in and had such warm smiles. The breakfast spread was extensive, and I particularly loved the freshly cooked noodles and fresh fruit! The room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable sleep. The value for money is outstanding, I truly recommend it to everyone, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit! 👍

There are plenty of dining options nearby, including the delicious Lielieqingchu coffee, BA bakery, and Banpo Copper Pot Rice Noodles – simply fantastic! The front desk staff are very friendly, and the hotel offers standard Ji Hotel amenities. The room was clean and odorless. They provide 8 bottles of mineral water as standard. We didn't choose a street-facing room, so it was very quiet. A really great stay!

The room itself was a good size, maintaining the simple, clean, and cozy style characteristic of Ji Hotel. The soundproofing was a pleasant surprise too. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, which really helped alleviate travel fatigue.

11590101****The front desk staff were warm and efficient. We got an upgrade to a better room, which offered even more beautiful views of Kunming. The breakfast was a real local treat, with delicious grilled Erkuai, steamed Ersi, rice noodles, and Xidoufen (pea jelly). The cakes sold in the lobby were also very tasty and reasonably priced, with a buy-one-get-one-free offer after 6 PM. The only downside was that the room facilities were a bit old, but that's understandable for an older five-star hotel. It's only a 10-minute walk from Kunming Station. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming.

The shuttle service to/from the South High-Speed Rail Station was excellent. Overall, the service was truly impeccable, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. GGuest UserStayed here from 29–31 December. The hotel is literally right next to the viral beef bread spot, and there are many other attractions nearby as well. The location is superb — very convenient for going back and forth for shopping, and there are plenty of halal restaurants around. One thing to note: the hotel has only one lift, and the exterior doesn’t look very impressive. However, once you step inside, it’s a completely different story — the interior is absolutely beautiful, seriously so stunning. Great stay overall, especially for the location 👍

I would not recommend to stay during cold nights - the room doesnt have AC. I was staying in room 207 and i heard all noise from stairs, even just walking and also people in room 206 were awake and screaming whole night so be aware of that.
