"Parenaka Hotel made my trip to Western Sichuan truly unforgettable! Upon arrival, the staff warmly greeted us, helped with our luggage and check-in, and even offered warm butter tea, which immediately melted away our travel weariness. The room itself was full of pleasant surprises: a whole-room diffused oxygen system completely alleviated any worries about altitude sickness, underfloor heating kept my feet warm and cozy at all times, and smart toilets with wet/dry separation bathrooms were definite plusses. The thoughtful details truly stood out. The hotel's setting is truly unparalleled. Nineteen independent wooden cabins are scattered along the stream and lawn, and 270° floor-to-ceiling windows offered panoramic views of snow-capped mountains, streams, and meadows. In the morning, I was woken by the sunlight and the gentle sound of flowing water. In the evening, I watched the sunset glow cast its hues on the snow-capped mountains from my room. At night, I could even lie in bed and count the stars – pure bliss. The dining experience was also outstanding. Nanka Restaurant served authentic and delicious ******* and Sichuan cuisines. From yak hot pot to matsutake chicken stew, every bite was rich with highland flavor. Breakfast was lavish and exquisite. There's also a coffee bar and a regular bar; afternoon pour-over coffee and evening drinks made for delightful moments. Exploring the surroundings was also incredibly convenient. The hotel is very close to Xinduqiao Town, making dining and shopping easy. Attractions like Moon Lake, Yuzi West, and Tagong Grassland are also nearby. Additionally, the hotel offers free ******* costume photo shoots and 'Sa Long Da' experiences, allowing for an immersive experience of ******* culture. Every spot is picturesque! Next time I visit Western Sichuan, I'll definitely be staying here again!"

Everything you need. The view is just stunning. I slept the curtains open to be with the mountains, even at wake up with the sunrise which is just amazing ! The breakfast buffet was diverse and nice. "A few days before my trip, there seemed to be a mudslide in Kangding. The windows weren't closed before I checked in, so the room was full of dust. The mouthwash cups and water cups were filthy, as if they hadn't been washed. The water heater vent was also very dirty. The front desk service was okay; they picked me up from the main road and responded promptly to the hygiene issue. Breakfast was an extra 15 yuan, not expensive, but it was only available until 11 am. When I went down around 10 am, there was only a few very dry fried dough sticks left. The most noteworthy thing was that the owner would pick me up and drop me off in town anytime, which was very nice. Otherwise, it was just average; it's okay for a short trip."

They were attentive to detail and showed great warmth. Personally, I really appreciate this practical yet stylish hotel. It's a very good hotel, truly exceptional for its price. How to describe it? I think it's like, within their capabilities, you'll experience the best hospitality. —————————————————— Enough rambling! The hotel primarily caters to travelers, and parking is convenient. Follow the navigation into the side streets; there are plenty of their own parking lots, so parking isn't a problem. It's located next to a small lake, and the hotel lobby is just a short walk away. While you're still putting your luggage down, their staff are already incredibly welcoming, preparing khatas (traditional ******* scarves). For a region at such a high altitude, they have enough staff to guide you from your parking spot to the lobby. It really is a group of women—a whole group—coming up to help you with your luggage! We arrived at night and could feel that... you know? The lighting and color scheme, the Tibetan-style modern interior design—it's something trendy hotels can't replicate. It stands up to close scrutiny. For a super hotel, it's not large, but the lobby is incredibly cozy, allowing you to quickly relax. Besides check-in, I suspect their biggest draw during peak hours is the lobby's art gallery; I love every single photo there. The lobby's flow is excellent, with a butter tea area, a sofa lounge area, and a ******* clothing display area. The layout feels very logical, preventing overcrowding during peak hours. Going upstairs, there's an elevator. Having an elevator at this altitude is great; I appreciate that. They might even help carry your luggage into the city. There were also art photos in the hallways; many of them were worth looking at and told a story, perhaps fitting its theme—a photographer's paradise. The room layout was reasonable, and the welcome drinks were handwritten, with both ******* and Chinese labels, truly showing a warm touch. One more thing to mention: it was incredibly clean, absolutely spotless. I was supposed to change into slippers upon entering, but before I could even find any, the floor was warm to the touch, a testament to its pristine condition. Everything you could touch, everything your luggage could reach, was immaculate. The bedding had a textured feel. Honestly, it felt very much like Muji's quality; I personally really like this kind of thing because my home is like this, so I felt like I was coming home – it was even cleaner than my own home! Haha. This hotel will definitely raise its prices in the future; the amenities are those of a high-end hotel, including a refrigerator and safe. I haven't had a chance to visit the rooftop garden during the day yet; I'll try it out tomorrow morning with breakfast. I'm already out of space. I just hope that the price will be affordable when I come back in the future, and that they can continue to find a cost-effective and market-balanced operating model. Maintaining this level of management, cleanliness, and service consistently"

"I really have to talk about this hotel. We were driving on Highway 318 and came down from Xinduqiao, suffering from severe altitude sickness. This hotel has floor heating, an oxygen machine, and a very spacious courtyard. The rooms are all in great locations, and the view from the window is excellent. It was incredibly cold in March. That night, we were really struggling with altitude sickness, but by the next morning, we were fully recovered. In the past, when I drove on 318, I never had such good conditions. I'll be sharing this hotel with many friends. If you found this helpful, feel free to give it a like."

"Mu Xuezhuang is the hotel with the best experience during this trip to western Sichuan. It is also a ceiling-level hotel in Gunong Village. Let’s talk about the hardware first: whole-house floor heating, whole-house diffused oxygen supply (no need to insert a nasal straw), bathroom with electric heated towel rack, a balcony with a view (directly facing the Yala Snow Mountain), and an electric screen door on the balcony. I guess it is configured like this in Western Sichuan. There are not many hotels either. Because only newly built hotels or B&Bs can implement these hardware at the same time, and it also requires investors' vision and willingness to invest. Let’s talk about the software: The service was very considerate. They called me to ask for my opinion before I even arrived at the hotel. They upgraded my accommodation to the third floor. I asked if there was an elevator (because I had two big boxes) and they said there was a service that would deliver it to us. On the third floor, I agreed to upgrade. The view of the snow-capped mountains from the third floor is even more visual. The hotel waiters were of good quality. They took us into the room and introduced the floor heating and central oxygen supply facilities. They were attentive but not overly enthusiastic. Can chat when understanding travel advice. It can be seen that they are all people who like and love traveling, which matches the high-end positioning of the hotel. A complimentary fruit platter can reflect the standard of a hotel or B&B from one aspect. First of all, the fruit plate is fashionable; secondly, the fruit plate is covered with plastic wrap; thirdly, the fruits are fresh and of high quality, which is very important. You don’t have to give fruit as a gift, but if you give it, it must be high-quality. High-quality gifts are plus points. Giving low-quality gifts is minus points. I would rather not give them. Accommodation includes breakfast. In addition to the prescribed breakfast, you can choose one of three drinks: milk, American coffee, and latte; and choose one of two staple foods: noodles and rice noodles. The quality of the soup house for dinner is also good, the medium portion is 398 yuan, which can feed two to three people, but the price does not include ingredients. Whole-house diffused oxygen supply: very good"
