GGuest UserI felt very comfortable and satisfied staying at this hotel.
The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and abundant shopping and dining options nearby. The hotel's amenities are comprehensive, including smart home technology, a humidifier, and oxygen. The bathroom and toilet are both separate and have separate wet and dry areas. Overall, the hotel was clean and tidy, and the friendly front desk staff made me feel right at home. The breakfast was also very generous, especially the beef noodles and pig's trotter noodles, which were absolutely amazing. I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

GGuest UserWe had an excellent stay here. The host and staff are super kind and caring. My partner was suffering from the altitude when we arrived and they immediately set us up with an oxygen concentrator. He felt better almost immediately. We are thankful they had one! They kept checking in on our health throughout our entire stay.
We had a beautiful big room on the fourth floor with views of Mt. Yala and life around the river. Loved the in floor heating. Even if you don't get a room on the 4th floor, there is a sitting area up with the view. The hotel is close to the main street, 10 minute walk to Tagong Monastery, 20 minute walk to the study monastery and 5 minute walk to the trail which leads up over the grasslands to Ani Gompa and Muya Dasi.
We can't thank the host and staff enough - they made a delicious hotpot on our first night, looked after us everyday and found us a ride onto Danba. They and we managed the English translation apps enough that we could work through the language barrier.

The hotel has an excellent location and the surrounding scenery is picturesque and relaxing. The room is spacious and bright, warmly and comfortably decorated, and the bedding is clean and tidy. When you lie down on it, you feel like you are surrounded by clouds and have a good night's sleep. The facilities are also very complete and every detail has been carefully considered. The staff's service is even more warm and thoughtful. From checking in to answering various questions, people can feel their professionalism and attentiveness. The hotel's breakfast is also rich and delicious, providing sufficient energy for the day's trip. In short, if you come to Xinduqiao, Xi'an Hotel is definitely a choice not to be missed. Highly recommended to everyone!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel environment was pleasant, and our stay was very comfortable. On the afternoon of our arrival, it rained, so we simply relaxed and watched shows in our room.
Areas for improvement:
1. **Minibar**: The selection felt a bit sparse and didn't quite match the hotel's caliber. Adding complimentary welcome fruit would be a nice touch.
2. **Restaurant**: On our arrival day, we had lunch at the restaurant around 3 PM, but the food service was rather slow.
3. **Butler Service**: There was no landline phone in the room. To contact the butler, we had to call the front desk via the Ctrip app. The lack of a dedicated WeChat service for the butler was quite inconvenient.

For safety reasons, I did not choose to cross the mountain and planned to stay there. It happened that there was a power outage. I had never been here before and thought I would step on a thunder, but it happened to be the opposite. I was there for a few days of business trip. This is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in so far. Friends who go there to travel, this is worth choosing. If I have the opportunity to go there again, I will still choose Lan Ou

GGuest UserThe hotel's setting is quite pleasant. I was initially concerned about noise since it's located by the road, so I waited to book until I arrived. Fortunately, our room was set back slightly, and even with the windows open at night, it was quiet. The room came equipped with oxygen and a humidifier, which really helped with the altitude sickness, ensuring we had a restful night and were well-prepared for the next day's excursions. We had the beef hotpot at the hotel restaurant in the evening, and it was absolutely delicious! The portion was so generous, we couldn't even finish it all. 😂 The breakfast spread was also very substantial. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

GGuest UserThis glamping lodge in Xinduqiao completely shattered my preconceived notions of high-altitude camping! It's truly the perfect stopover on the journey into Tibet or for an immersive experience in Western Sichuan, and absolutely deserves a five-star rating!
My first and foremost impression was the incredible cleanliness! I initially had reservations about the hygiene standards of high-altitude campsites or guesthouses, but this place was absolutely immaculate. Whether it was inside the tents or in the common areas, the floors, tables, and bedding were all meticulously arranged and tidy. The bedding was pristine and dry, exuding a fresh, sun-kissed scent. The shared but ample and private-feeling bathroom/wash area was also kept exceptionally clean, completely free of odors or standing water. To find such a fresh and spotless environment at this altitude instantly put me at ease and comfort.
Secondly, the facilities were surprisingly comprehensive and well-appointed! I never imagined a glamping lodge at this altitude could be so thoroughly equipped:
• Essential Safeguard - Oxygen Supply System: This was truly what impressed me the most! Their promise of 'ample oxygen' was no exaggeration! Each room came with a permanent oxygen supply system (not those small, flimsy portable cans); simply attach the nasal cannula, and you get a steady, abundant, and pure flow of oxygen. For first-time high-altitude travelers or those concerned about altitude sickness, it's an absolute lifesaver! This dramatically improved my sleep quality, eliminating any fear of waking up in the middle of the night with a headache. This feature alone completely justified the cost of the stay!

The room offers fantastic views, is equipped with an oxygen concentrator, features beautiful Tibetan-style decor, and I even woke up to a view of snow-capped mountains! The room was impeccably clean, perfect for anyone who values hygiene (a strong recommendation for germaphobes!). The front desk service was excellent, and in the evening, you can enjoy a delicious, warm hotpot – the taste was absolutely fantastic! The entire property is very quiet. Despite its high occupancy, it was very peaceful. You can definitely book with confidence.
