The front desk staff were all very enthusiastic and thoughtful, and the laundry room attendant was also excellent."

The hotel's environment and facilities were reliable; the rooms were spacious, bright, well-equipped, and clean. The receptionists were very welcoming and efficient during check-in, even recommending local delicacies and providing sightseeing tips. The hotel's location is excellent, close to Liuliu City. It's very convenient for shopping and dining. In the evening, we went downstairs for dinner and then strolled to Liuliu City and Love Song Square to watch ******* dances. Overall, we had a good experience and would choose this hotel again next time we're in Kangding."
