PPockyBackpackThis hotel is located off the main road, requiring a short drive on a dirt path up a hill. On clear days, you can enjoy a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains. All the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Since I was traveling alone, the hotel thoughtfully adjusted the hotpot portion to suit one person — which I really appreciated — and it was absolutely delicious.
Every room offers a view of the snowy mountains. The in-room amenities are of high quality, the room is cozy and comfortably warm, and the size is just right — not too big or small. My favorite part, though, was the hotel’s common area, especially during sunset when the snow mountains turn red. The staff even invited me to step outside and take photos, which was so sweet of them.
The next morning, I had to leave early, but breakfast normally starts late. Still, the staff kindly prepared an early breakfast just for me. Overall, the service mindset here is truly impressive, and the hotel’s common area is stunning — a paradise for photography lovers, with countless beautiful spots for pictures.

GGuest UserJust got back from Xinduqiao, and while the memory's still fresh, I absolutely have to rave about this unexpected gem we stumbled upon. Honestly, by the time we reached Xinduqiao, I was pretty tired and didn't have high expectations for accommodation; I just wanted a decent night's sleep. But this place gave me quite a few pleasant surprises.
The first thing I noticed when I walked into the room was how 'un-highland-like warm' it was. The underfloor heating was cranked up, and walking barefoot felt incredibly comfortable. There was a free oxygen diffuser running, almost silently, and indeed, it was the soundest sleep I'd had since arriving at altitude. No headaches, and I woke up feeling completely refreshed.
My room had a window with an excellent view, and the scenery was truly breathtaking – nestled by mountains and a river. In the evening, I just curled up on the sofa in my room, doing nothing but watching the mountains and clouds outside slowly change colors, from golden to pinkish-purple, eventually darkening as stars began to twinkle one by one. In that moment, all the driving I'd done that day felt absolutely worth it.
The hotel's common areas were also quite interesting. The coffee bar and screening area were connected and designed with an open feel. I ordered a drink here one evening and chatted with some fellow travelers I'd met on the road; the atmosphere was very relaxed. I only realized it was pet-friendly when I saw other guests with their dogs – one dog was quietly lounging on the terrace, enjoying the view, which was quite heartwarming.
The staff didn't feel like 'hotel employees'; they were more like friends helping you out. I casually asked where the best spot for sunrise was, and the guy not only gave detailed directions but also showed me photos he'd taken on his phone and offered time recommendations. If I had to pick a flaw, since the hotel is newly opened, you can still see a few signs of it being fresh and not fully 'broken in,' but it's nothing major. Breakfast is a simple set menu, but a steaming bowl of rice noodles hit the spot perfectly. For those driving, parking is very convenient.
Overall, it doesn't feel like a cold, impersonal hotel; it's more like a warm haven that understands both the plateau and its travelers. If you're passing through Xinduqiao and looking for a comfortable and good-value place to stay, this one is definitely worth considering.

Choosing this hotel was probably the luckiest thing about this trip. The room was decorated like home, the bedding was soft and plush, and the view from the window was beautiful. I was woken up by the sunshine and the aroma of breakfast in the morning. The front desk staff even thoughtfully recommended a local favorite for satay noodles. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ganzi!”

The room's aromatherapy was a sophisticated woody scent, and even the bathrobes were as soft as clouds. The most surprising thing was the toiletries; they even provided fruit, drinks, and an oxygen tube – very thoughtful. They even provided a fan to cool me down when it was too hot to sleep at night. GGuest UserI came to western Sichuan to take wedding photos. When I saw the pictures, I felt that they were very suitable for me, so I booked it immediately.
Shortly after landing in Chengdu, the lady called me to ask if I needed to reserve dinner. I felt the warm service before I checked in.
After a day of shooting, the altitude sickness was a bit serious. When I returned to the hotel, the lady helped us prepare sugar and salt water. It really felt like returning home.
Here, the key point is: for a journey dominated by natural scenery, it is really too important to live comfortably. The basic configuration of Tingshan impressed me the most. 1️⃣ The room temperature is suitable 2️⃣ The shower water pressure is very sufficient 3️⃣ The pillow is super comfortable
But what impressed me the most was the lovely people. Whether it was the boss or the store manager, they were all very warm and warm. I look forward to coming again in the summer, and everyone will sing, drink and BBQ in the yard together!

Hygiene: Excellent bathrooms with separate wet and dry areas; there's also a laundry room and dryer on the first floor.
Environment: Just a 2-minute walk to Love Song Plaza, and parking is very convenient.
Service: The 24-hour front desk service is very welcoming; someone greeted me as soon as I arrived at the door, before I even turned off the engine.

They escorted me to my room, showed me how to turn on the underfloor heating, and even turned on the waterfall-style oxygen supply and the humidifier! I just came down from Yuzixi and was browsing on Ctrip while eating. I saw a designer art hotel that looked interesting, so I compared several options and finally chose this one. I didn't make the wrong choice! They really guided me to my room step-by-step. When I told them I didn't have altitude sickness and didn't need the oxygen supply, they said, ”It's fine, just leave it on!” The next day there was a ******* costume experience, a coffee shop, free breakfast, etc. I thought the cleanliness was generally okay. The interior design is really stylish; apparently, the owner recommended everything. The coffee shop has a second floor, and on a sunny day, it was so comfortable to sunbathe there. Location: Xinduqiao Youran Muyun Designer Art Hotel. It's best to book in advance; I didn't book, and it took some time to coordinate.

AAlyssa Teng 敏丽Super hospitable hosts. Very welcoming. Room is very clean. Shower room was awesome. Smart room comes in handy. We even caught drama on the projector before bedtime. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. Highly recommended!
Just some things to take note of, though it didn’t bother us at all:
there’s no lift and
it’s abit of an uphill/downhill walk to 柳柳城.

882hunsamaThe room was genuinely spacious, and the double bed was impressively large – a great choice for those who appreciate ample space. The mattress comfort was only average, and the pillows were a bit of a letdown, being overly soft and fluffy and offering little to no neck support.
Hotel service was excellent. Both the front desk staff and the housekeeping team were incredibly warm and accommodating. Extra requests, like additional toothbrushes or blankets, were promptly delivered. The housekeeping staff even helped put on the duvet cover for the extra blanket, a thoughtful gesture as some hotels expect guests to do this themselves.
The room offered a nice mountain view from the window. However, small bugs were quite prevalent, which I found a bit unsettling. The stick-on window screen had started to peel off, leaving gaps and allowing insects in.
The bathroom was also very spacious and featured a smart toilet. However, the hot water pressure in the shower was quite low, which wasn't very refreshing. A full set of disposable toiletries was provided.
Breakfast, served until 9:30 AM, offered a decent variety, including bread, porridge, milk, fruit, and a mix of steamed and fried options. However, freshly cooked noodles or vermicelli were not available. The dining area wasn't very large, so it's best to avoid peak hours.
Free and ample parking was available.

The store provides pick-up and drop-off services, which is very considerate! Children like the small playground in the hotel very much. There is a book bar on it where you can read books.
