The hotel facility and amenities are great, it's very comfortable. The room from the view over the mountain was great as well. However we felt like it was more of an hotel to go when you have a car because it's 10+ minutes from the city center by foot, also we had trouble to get information from the staff when we asked them where we could go hiking.

There was a mountain view from the window, and the sunlight shone in in the morning, which made us feel really good! The room was clean and tidy, and the bed and quilt were super comfortable! It is very important to have a good sleep on the plateau. And with floor heating it’s not cold at all at night, a plus! What I want to praise most is people! Affection! taste! *The guys and girls at the front desk are very enthusiastic and don’t have those fake professional smiles. We had a little altitude sickness when we first arrived, so we asked where to buy oxygen cylinders. Not only did they tell us the location in detail, they also reminded us not to walk too fast and to drink plenty of hot water. The lady boss is also very nice, just like a relative. She tried her best to meet all our needs. When we left, she reminded us to bring good things with us, which made us feel warm inside.

The hygiene in certain areas of the hotel needs to be improved. For example, there is obvious dust accumulation on the bathroom door frame. Environment: The design elements of the hotel and the room environment in the public area are very good. It has a very artistic atmosphere. It is very good in a location like Xinduqiao👍. The water bar in the room is also covered, and the utensils are also very particular. It can be given full marks. Service: It was almost evening when we checked in. The front desk service was very attentive and upgraded me to a room type. The room was larger and had two floor-to-ceiling windows. I felt very satisfied! The welcome fruits in the hotel's minibar are also good, and they are sweet to relieve the fatigue of the journey. The downside was dinner and breakfast. We had planned to order food from the hotel the night before. When we went to the restaurant, it was obvious that there was no air conditioning and it was cold. The menu was simple and printed in A4 with no pictures, so we had to choose takeout. The breakfast on the second day was not served until 8 o'clock. The dinner plates were also cold and most of the meals were warm. I felt that the hotel's hardware was so good but the software was a bit broken.

After breakfast, go to the front desk to order a cup of coffee and sit on the terrace to bask in the morning sun. It is very comfortable and comfortable. The room is very good. You can walk to the market in 10 minutes. Hotel staff are very nice. They cannot communicate in English but always has the intention and tries to help foreign tourists. They find a car to go to tagong temple for me just 20yuan.

The room itself had diffuse oxygen, but I felt a little uncomfortable at the time, so the sister immediately brought the diffuse oxygen concentrator (oxygenating the entire room) + a separate nasal oxygen concentrator to the room for me, and soon I no longer felt uncomfortable! You will also sleep much more soundly at night! My friends and I have always felt that the experience of staying here is great! When we left the hotel, they also presented us with Hada.
