Scenic Hotels in Kangding

"We drove to Tibet and chose the Kangding City Hotel for our stopover – it was truly the right choice! The location is superb; it's just a short walk to Love Song Square, and right across from Liuliu City. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. Parking is tight in Kangding's old town, but the hotel has an underground parking lot, and staff help move cars around, which was a huge relief for us driving ourselves. The room facilities are new and spotlessly clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the hot water pressure is excellent. The room is well soundproofed at night, ensuring a good night's sleep – perfect for resting and recovering after arriving at high altitude. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, check-in was efficient, and they patiently recommended local delicacies and tour routes. The breakfast offers a rich variety, including local specialties like yak butter tea. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations and was excellent value for money. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kangding; I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"Facilities: The hotel is newly opened. The room smelled a bit after the windows were closed for a while. I'm not sure if the trash can in the room didn't have a trash bag or if the housekeeping staff forgot to put one in. There was only one set of toiletries. Cleanliness: Average. There were stains on the sheets, watermarks in the bathroom, and stains on the second shelf of the toilet. Environment: Average. The room is next to the road; it's hot with the windows closed and cold with them open. It's also quite noisy! Service: The hotel service was very good. The front desk staff were friendly, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options and was quite plentiful."

"This guesthouse was the absolute best on our Western Sichuan Grand Loop trip. It's grand and luxurious, with various room types to suit different needs. Even during the holidays, they didn't jack up prices like guesthouses in Yading Village charging thousands a night. I was so satisfied, it completely exceeded my expectations! Honestly, I was disappointed with the Kangding scenic area. I came because of that famous song, but the maintenance and management of the attractions were the worst in all of Western Sichuan, even though the natural scenery is stunning. Just fifteen minutes after leaving the scenic area, we arrived at this hot spring hotel and were completely cured of our disappointment... The hot springs, the hotel's design, and the overall architecture are beyond five-star. Chatting with the owner later, I learned it was indeed a master-level design. As detail-oriented people, we lingered in every area, and every photo turned out amazing. It wasn't just for show; it was genuinely comfortable and relaxing. The service and hygiene were definite bonuses. Thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up! I immediately recommended it to everyone on my social media. The ******* owner, a native of the area, was very thoughtful and kind. From dinner to breakfast, he constantly checked if we were enjoying our food and personally demonstrated how to make ******* butter tea and sticky rice cakes. He even showed us his private collection of heirloom ******* clothing, which was a real treat. We will definitely be back, and I hope Ligou maintains its quality and has a prosperous business!"

"The hotel is located in an alley opposite Liuliu City, with its own parking lot and, most importantly, charging stations. Although it's slow charging, it's very convenient for us electric vehicle owners. The receptionist was handsome, enthusiastic, and provided excellent service. From the first floor alone, you can tell the hotel owner has a sophisticated style. Unfortunately, the coffee machine wasn't working, even after asking twice. If it were available for guests, it would be amazing. The hotel facilities are all quite good, even thoughtfully providing a makeup mirror. However, the room doors are really heavy and difficult to close. The TV casting software is fantastic—stable and without dropouts. In short, I didn't get enough of Kangding; I'll definitely come back. One last thing: the traffic police officers in Kangding are really tall and handsome! 🥰🥰"
