"What a perfect hostel! A few steps away from the bus station and at walking distance from Kangding main square and the monasteries The hostel is clean, well organized, with a large communal space, a fridge and traditional stoves The room (6 female dorm) is spacious, there is a window with mountains view, the bunk bed is large and equipped with light and international socket; there is even an electrical blanket for keeping you warm at night The large outdoor terrace between reception and dorm building is so lovely and has a great view over the mountains and river I really liked the rustic feel and thee extensive use of wood of the hostel"

"Super beautiful and well designed hotel with exceptional service. After coming back from the mountains we felt so well taken care of and could get some rest: we could wash our clothes, got super tasty snacks for free and the staff immediately attended any question or requests we had. The hotel is also perfectly located in Kanding. Super close to two main temples and only a 20 minute walk to the city center. The view from the room we had was also amazing. Highly highly recommend this hotel when visiting Kanding - and we hope to come back again! Thank you again!"

"Overall, a really unique and special stay. While it looks close to the main road, you should know that going down to the city center might only take 5 to 10 minutes walking downhill but it's a steep hill going up. The staff was really helpful and knew how to use translation apps. Our one complaint was that the common areas (lounge and shared toilet) could be cleaned a bit better. Otherwise, we really loved the view and our stay."

"I'm already an old customer. I always stay in this hotel every time I go to Kangding. It's close to the station, with convenient transportation and a great environment. The owner is very nice and welcoming. This time I booked two rooms with my parents, and they were very satisfied. I was in a hurry to catch the bus this morning and left my things at the hotel. After contacting the owner, he immediately sent them out for me. He's a super nice person. I'll stay here again next time I go to Kangding! ! ! ! !"

"The room was spacious with a nice view, and the location was great. The bed was quite comfortable, and the underfloor heating was wonderfully warm. The staff were enthusiastic. Breakfast was well-balanced and nutritious. For dinner, we ordered two dishes for two people, and the portions were generous and the food tasted excellent – the chef is really talented! However, the building felt a bit old, and the elevator had an odor. The room's cleanliness details were not up to par: for example, there was leftover water in the glass, and I couldn't tell if it hadn't been cleaned or just not dried properly. There were also grease marks on the bathroom door handle that hadn't been cleaned off."

"This time I stayed at the Love Songwan Hotel and the experience exceeded expectations! The location of the hotel is excellent, the window is the beautiful bay, and it is very pleasant to take a walk in the evening to watch the sunset. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and clean, the shower water pressure is stable, and the living is particularly practical. What I want to boast about most is the service: from the front desk to the room aunt, everyone is smiling and responsive, and they also take the initiative to help us plan the play route, warm like family. The breakfast is also very rich, and the local specialties of small fried and fresh fruits make people appetite. This family trip, the old and young are very satisfied, next time I come to choose this one! highly recommended."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel in Kangding; with it's warm family atmosphere. The rooms are very clean, with comfortable beds and great views and the roof top balcony (and cafe) is a lovely place to hangout. Excellent breakfasts too, with lots of variety and great coffee. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming and went out of their way to help us. Thank you so much for the stay, it was one of the highlights of our trip !! Thoroughly recommended !"

"The hotel was clean. When I left in the morning, I saw the owner and his wife cleaning the place themselves. Disposable towels and seat cushions were provided. Parking was available, and the owner was very helpful, helping to carry our luggage upstairs. I asked him about traffic conditions before we left, and his advice was very helpful, saving us from even longer traffic. The area around the hotel was relatively quiet, and the glass provided good soundproofing. I forgot to take a photo of the room, but here's a picture of the Kangding River."
