Facilities: Very comprehensive, has everything you need. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Great. The lobby is huge and has a fireplace that creates a wonderful ambiance. Friends from all over gathered here, and the owner even allowed volunteers to shower and do laundry for free. Such a great person!!!!!!! A big thank you to the owner!

As a self-proclaimed ”Sichuan West enthusiast” who spends at least 20 days a year driving through the region, this was my sixth time venturing into this land. I've stayed in countless hotels and guesthouses over the years, but this time, ”Linxi Xiaozhu” in Kangding still made our whole family feel a unique warmth. The guesthouse's location is very convenient; it's a short walk from the highway exit into town, and about a 20-minute walk to Kangding Love Song Square. The most surprising thing was the exceptionally large parking lot, a godsend for travelers like us with an SUV and plenty of luggage. While the room facilities weren't luxurious, they were clean, tidy, and fully equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. What truly impressed us was the service. The two young ladies at the front desk, Zhuoma, were gentle and welcoming. They proactively greeted us every day, helped with our luggage, and brought us fresh fruit and local snacks. Seeing that we had children, they thoughtfully provided small-sized disposable slippers—a detail that showed their attention to detail. The local restaurants they recommended were also authentic and incredibly delicious. We booked two rooms and stayed for three whole days. Every day we had all sorts of questions—from road conditions to attractions, from the weather to food—and they always answered patiently and without complaint. This kind of genuine, heartfelt service is becoming increasingly rare in many commercialized accommodations these days. On the day we left, the sun finally came out in Kangding. Although the temperature was still quite low, the sunshine warmed our hearts. My mother said, ”The weather here is warm, but the people are even warmer.” These words expressed the feelings of our whole family. We sincerely hope the owner will reward these two excellent employees; they are the most valuable asset of ”Linxi Xiaozhu.” Next time we come to Kangding, we will definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel in the borders of the Tagong grasslands. When we arrived, we were a bit worried that it was too far from the town, but the owner gracefully drove us there the next morning. After sitting down and watching the view for a while, we were completely satisfied for having chosen this place. The owner is extremely nice, we talked with him a few times. The hotel is on the land behind his family's home, so it's all very cozy. When we had problems calling a taxi from Muya temple, he went there to pick us up himself. He also assisted us on finding a ride back to Kangding.The ******* breakfast was very good, as well. Even though it is a tent and the toilet is shared, we found it cleaner than almost all hotels in the same price range in China. The beds are also nicely soft.

Perfect location with Kangding Bus Station just across the street. Ample restaurants and small local convenient stores within walking distance. Appreciate the front desk lady who helped us carry our luggage to the room, explained basic info about the room, made sure the floor works and answered all our logistic inquiries. Areas to improve are more on the cleanliness, though as we spotted some stains on the bedsheets, it was around the end of the bed so we didn't bother. I got rid of a roach in the toilet. The sealant on the glassdoor at shower area is off so water spills out and wet the floor that is supposed to be a dry area.

I never write reviews. This B&B is really worth staying in again in Xiduqiao. The uncle boss was super nice. He helped us with our luggage and gave us butter tea. The room is very big, the facilities are complete and very clean. It's a great value to stay in this room. At this price, I even think it's too cheap compared to other famous hotels. And it's very quiet when sleeping at night. It's super quiet. You can see a temple when you open the window. That’s a big thumbs up~

The lady boss was very welcoming. I suggest you contact the boss in advance because the parking lot is in another place to avoid the difficulty of turning around due to the heavy traffic. The parking lot is close to the hotel on foot. The bed sheets and quilts have a faint scent of laundry detergent. Sorry, I forgot to take a photo. It's pretty good. The standard room for a family of four is still OK. It's not far from Love Song Square and Liuliu City, and you can walk there.

After comparing several hotels, I chose Kangsheng. This hotel has a very high cost performance. It is located on the pedestrian street on the left side of Liuliu. There is someone to meet you at the door. The environment is good and it is not noisy at night. The photos seen on the website are the same as the actual ones, and the hygiene conditions are also very good.

This guesthouse was truly an unforgettable surprise! The bedding was soft and clean, and the toiletries were of high quality. What touched me most was the host, who was warm, attentive, and unobtrusive. He not only provided detailed check-in instructions but also thoughtfully recommended nearby restaurants and attractions.

Amazing hostel with cozy interior and a really lovely host who made the stay extra enjoyable! The location was ideal for me as the hostel is high enough up the hill that you get an stunning view but still only have to walk around 10 minutes (up/down hill) to get to the centre of the city. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the common area for relaxing is beautifully decorated in traditional ******* style. The host was really helpful and caring (always bringing us tea and snacks) and we had some great conversations with her about life in Kangding. She gave us lots of advice on what to do in the city, helped us out organizing cheap transport back to Chengdu, and even made us a super unique and delicious fusion meal of yak steak with salad. Highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere with a traditional feel and a great view!

Such a good place in the heart of Tagong! Very clean and the owner is an amazing person! I booked a double room but he offered me a free upgrade to a bigger room. He also helped me book a bus and came all the way with me to the bus station to make sure I board the right bus. I really recommend this place!
