"This hotel really gave me a sense of surprise ”home away from home”! The location is simply great, the Jiaxiu Building is out, there is a food street next to it, the surrounding area is all delicious, it is especially convenient to stroll back at night. What touched me most was the boss, who was super enthusiastic. Not only did he help us carry our luggage upstairs, but also recommended it to us like an old friend to have more distinctive authentic food nearby, and there were many tourist shops in lightning protection. The little brothers and sisters at the front desk are also very caring and responsive. Next time you come to this city, this is definitely the first choice, highly recommended to everyone who wants to warm a place to stay!"

LLansededianchuifengThe environment is the same as the picture uploaded by the store. You can walk to the lake in two minutes when you go out at night. The lake breeze blows, it is very cool, and you can see a beautiful sunset.
In fact, the room can also see the sunrise and sunset, but unfortunately it is dark when the walk back.

AAnonymous UserAs a local luxury hotel, the service was utterly inadequate. We checked in late at night with our infant baby. The baby didn't have an ID card or household registration booklet, although both parents were present and had identification, and we could provide the baby's birth certificate. However, the hotel reception refused to check us in, insisting on our baby's ID number. Around 1 or 2 AM, we called Guizhou's 12345 consumer hotline and the Guizhou Municipal Public Security Bureau. Local police finally arrived and criticized the hotel for not considering the guests' needs, suggesting they could help guests contact their police station and register their situation before processing check-ins in the future. But throughout the entire process, the hotel simply said that without the required information, check-in was impossible, leaving us to frantically call for help in the lobby, with no one offering assistance! We were extremely disappointed!
Because it's an established luxury hotel, the hot spring facilities were okay, but the service was terrible!
